I have no idea how the health care here is. That’s because I can’t get in to see anyone. I’m leaving shortly and making an appointment elsewhere. I simply don’t have the time available to wait 2 plus hours past my appointment time to be seen. They really need to schedule better. Adding to that the building is darn near impossible to get to because of road construction and the condition of the building is pretty gross, I couldn’t possibly recommend this place to anyone.

The office is on the clean side. Ladies at check in are always nice. There is one nurse who works there, I really do wish they would reconsider with her. She is a nightmare. Doctor Wade is awesome. I feel a good energy from her. She is warm and she listens.

I really like coming to this clinic but the wait time is very bad. I hope to God they can Improve on that long wait time. I always be on time for my appointments. Once Im called back to a room I sit there for a while before Im seen. Please lets do better. God Bless.

I usually see Dr Jalil and shes amazing. Always sees me as close to my appointment time as possible. I saw a different dr the last time and I waited an hour in the back room and she only came to see me after I told the nurse I needed to go back to work.

Ive read people reviews..and its there opinion..but its free!!...and Ive come across good, decent, respectful people that work for UF. I love this place ❤️

This facility used to be great but in the last year the new doctor me and my husband have does not have a clue what is going on. I have been trying to get a presciption vfor over two weeks now. I was called on Friday told it was available got there and the doctor did not send it in right sit there for two hours never fixed it I finally left and called today still not there it is jyst ridiculous. This is not the first time this has happened but believe me I will be finding another doctor because me and my husband do not feel at all comfortable here.

I’ve had prescription problems meaning for some reason the pharmacy said my dr put I was allergic to a medication I have been taking for years. I messaged the dr to let them know and they still have not fixed it. It’s been a month now.

I have a wonderful team at Total Care. Ms Jalil and Ms Kerri is wonderful. I feel very comfortable with them.

Omg the after hours team here to night is absolutely on point and doing the most to provide healthcare to the covid19 quarantined patients to the best of their ability! Be patient guys! We have to remember our city fell under a curfew and Marshall law as darkness fell at 8pm this evening. Apparently theyve been inundated with telecommunications for the lat 67.5 minutes. God bless the after hours triage staff!!!

I have never been more disgusted with a medical facility. The lack of common curtiousy for the patients time is beyond me. I came 30 minutes and 2 1/2 hours later. Not one staff person has made an effort to acknowledge me or my appointment time. One patient had left. One who came in after me has been called back.... I however can not get my medicine without being seen. I will not only be writing on here I think I will write a letter to the CEO next maybe that will warrant some damn RESPECT!!!!!

The staff is very nice and respectful. They take the time to ask and answer questions and explain results. Very happy.

Poor Indoor Environmental Air Quality. This is a clinic. It should have a visible FRAGRANCE FREE POLICY.

If I can write this place any lower I would very disgusting place bathrooms are dirty rooms are dirty nurses dont do their jobs doctors are sick they come to the room to see you sneezing and coughing at you the whole place is cold dont even change the paper from the bed that you sit on very ignorant and disgusting staff

What a failure you get an appointment and you still end up waiting what feels like forever. If your a walk in patient then you have to prey youll even get seen.

Staff here is very respectful and nice
