Been taking my parents here since 2004. Dr. Walter is very attentive takes his time with my parents and provides good care.

My mother is a patient there. She asked them for a referral to be sent to a lung specialist. Which dr walters told her to see. She called, I called and the pulmonologist called for weeks and the receptionist did not send. We had to reschedule her appointment twice for the specialist and they still did not send. They are rude and difficult to deal with. My mother is on oxygen and needs to see the specialist. We are switching pcp to someone who is professional and will actually do their job.

The nurse / receiptist has a very unwell coming attitude. Perceived to be rude. Never bring my kids there. Ever again. The doctor is friendly

This is a good doctor. He listens to all that concerns you and works on the best of care. The staff are friendly and caring. I am so glad they take care of me.

Doctor actually cant help I was told this by the personal in office I will be reporting them to Medicaid to take them off the list of providers I have never meant a doctor with so many excuses of why he cant help with general things that a doctor who is a general family doctor has helped me with but he cant and I actually worked for st vincents and this is ridiculous everything he could do my obgyn could do but he tell me Im not specialize in it that straight foolishness me and my husband will not be coming back as patients and I will be reporting you to ascension

I walked in one day a few months back and asked for information on my young adult brother who is one of their patients. He wasnt present. The receptionist had no idea who I was, but she told me what I wanted to know, and volunteered extra information as well, everyone in the lobby heard. I was not asked to verify my relationship to the patient, and she definitely did not try and reach out to my brother to get permission to share his information or his condition. I was literally a stranger walking in off the street asking for her to defy HIPAA regulations and sure enough, she did. Id been trying to get my brother to change his doctor for months, and my point was proven.

Yes they have a small business but I feel that they do a great job anything I ask or request they have been on top of it, my baby has been well taken care of by the doctor as well as the nurses and staff. With such a short staff due to a small business of course it takes time to see 20 plus patients a day. I feel that the wait is worth it. Now on another note my entire family has been seeing them for over 20 years and they have kept us in great health. They have offered great advise of places to go to for services that they dont do when I needed help. I love coming here and wont change anything about it. I will continue to see these wonderful people they are like family to me.

Dont go here if you have major health promblems, I actually had a stroke in his office and Im in recovery, With a very long road ahead, This office wont help me get things I need ,Simple things as blood thinners or muscle relaxers for the muscles that my nerves coming back to life have got me in horrible crippling pain, unable to use the right side of my body , I ask a friend of the family to help with phone calls and nothing happens, Im in the process of getting a New PCP because I have grandchildren and Children who need me to get better, When ask for something to help with horrible muscle spasms from the PT & OT and my nerve trying to come back I was told to go to Pain Management.. I get no response to things I need for my therapy at home and my OT has ask for supplies and no one contacts the company, This is malpractice at its worse..If you love yourself a d your family, Get a real Doctor..

The Doctor and his Staff are absolutely great! Ive been a patient of theirs for many years and I wouldnt go anywhere else! The personnel greets you by name, they ask about your family and are ALWAYS genuine with me. Great place to get complete and compassionate care! 💝💝💝💝💝💝😄

I didnt have an issue with him in the past until recently. He prescribed me some meds that I cannot take because I already take heart meds. The meds he prescribed me could interfere with how my heart meds could work. He had my history of meds in front of him. he knew what meds I was on, yet he failed to really pay attention and look at my records before prescribing. That was enough for me to not want to return. If you can over look that, what else could you over look? I take my health seriously!

My kids have been going there since they were newborns and one is already 14 years old. They always took good care of my kids. I have no complaints.

Dr Walters used to be okay, but now it shows that he lacks humanity. I came to him when I was feeling lost about a recurring throat infection, and he treated me like a child. He let me explain that I had had the same sickness twice and that the ER couldnt tell me what was wrong then he treated me as if I was faking it. When I tried to stress to him that the infection had already seemingly cleared up once, he interrupted me the whole time as if MY feelings on MY situation didnt matter. I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone. There is an underlying element of drama when they dont feel like doing their jobs. He didnt want to fill out my paperwork for my missed days from work either. He wrote that I had never been sick and he told me to sort that out with my job.

The Doctor really cares about his patients. He is honest and very good at the care he provides, He has been my husband, daughter and my doctor for over 5 years.

Definitely going to find my son a new pediatrician. Went in for a physical. Had an appointment. Doctor finally came in well over an hour after. Very heavy accent, almost not understandable. Not very personable. Also waited for referrals to 2 different types of specialists, that never called. I took matters into my own hands for those. Staff is friendly, but dont really listen to concerns.

This office has a good environment and the Doctor is honest. I’d recommend them.

Dr.Walters , I didn’t know being Disabled and on SSI made seeing a Doctor so difficult and you did Nothing to help ! I signed referrals 2x’s for you to help me , you didn’t! I know have 8 cyst on Thyroid and bolts , pens, and rods in Right foot and left is fused you have all the information ( MRIs, ctscans)because of another Doctor explaining my Blood word! You took a Oath to help people but chose Not too , you seen me cry from the care i got and said you would help but did Not ! Just because Medicaid pays what they want not what you want should not make you forget there hurting Humanbeings !!! Sad

The staff does not provide adequate customer service. Not only do they lack a welcoming atmosphere but they also avoid many of the concerns that you may have. There are many times I felt like I offended them just by being a patient. I wouldn’t suggest going there if you don’t have to.

Please do not visit this doctor I had the worst experience over the phone on all my 3 calls after they take all my information she tells me that I should go some where else because I had high expectations and I wasnt going to receive that kind of attention does were her exact words !!

This has been our family doctor for about 8 years and they are very friendly, patient and helpful.

Went here twice as a new patient, my first visit appointment was for 730, I arrived and had to wait outside staff did not show up until almost 8... Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I was given an appointment to see doctor in 30 days to give him time to get my medical records from the hospital, after the 30 days I arrived for my appointment, again had to wait outside due to staff arriving late, waited in the room for the doctor for over an hour for him to tell me that the hospital never sent my medical records ..and I need to reschedule... When I called the hospital I was informed that a request was never submitted, not to mention that the doctor could have sent a stat request and obtained my records while I was sitting there. Can you say never will I go to this doctor again!!! The doctor was rude and was trying to over talk me like it was my fault that his staff is not doing their job. .beyond pissed!!!!!!

The doctor does his job well HOWEVER I’ve been waiting a week for records and I’ve now been told 3 days when I’ve already waited WELL OVER THAT so the staff on hand is not ergonomic they need customer service training especially when you’re dealing with sick patients that need to not be treated like they are annoying but like they need care which is VERY important for my family
