My daughters been going here for the last 2 years. I love the treatment for acne and hyperpigmentation. Michael Perry is the best and very informative.

I was under the care of Dr. Genebriera here, he and the nursing staff are amazing as well as one of the surgeons that treated me. However, I will no longer be coming back here due to their continuing billing office issues. I received a bill in my email for a date of service back in December, the last time I saw them. I called them back because I took care of this $14.75 coinsurance responsibility. Now, 7 months later, I received a bill in the email for that same balance and when I call back questioning it I was told that the amount I paid was applied to another balance for July 2020. A $600 balance that is. I was never billed for this, did not receive a statement in the email or physical mail and it is now over a year later! You can imagine how upset I was. This is not how billing should operate, and I would know I work in Revenue Cycle, this reflects poorly on the business there. I was never told on my date of service of this responsibility and I will not return to their office again.

The staff and Dr’s are great! Perfect location.I arrived to a very polite staff and signed in, updated my information and was taken back to an exam room within minutes. A nurse asked me about my issue and said the Dr would be in shortly. Within a minute or 2, Dr. G entered and did a quick biopsy. No pain and was finished within a half hour max. I was very happy with the entire process. I work in medical myself (Which they did not know) and I was so impressed with the Professionalism and how quickly, I was in and out.I recommend them highly!

Office is clean, very friendly front desk staff. Building is under renovation so the area around the facility is a little congested but not a huge deal. I am looking to establish a new dermatologist and needed a recheck of a previous surgical site that was of concern. I was able to have it treated with no problem. I was invited to have a full body check which I felt was too soon since this was my 1st office visit and getting familiar with a new doctor and staff. I know times have changed but it would be nice to have an initial consult where the patients history is discussed prior to examination. Appointment was quick In and out 45 min.

I had a cyst on the back of my head that was causing great pain a discomfort. They were previously North Florida Dermatology who I had used previously. I was told they cannot remove the cyst and would have to refer me to another MD who could, but could drain it for relief. When asked what I would have to pay they gave me the price and agreed to the procedure. Got the procedure done, paid the bill and left. A month later I receive a bill for nearly same amount I paid. Thinking it was mistake I called and they said it was correct. I argued and they said that put me in contact with the office manager. The manger never called and they sent me another bill. This is just another example of a big corporation buying a small group, then over billing, charging and over selling. Stay away from this group and find a local dermatologist to help you.

The staff is always very nice and professional. Dr. G is very nice as well. Never wait for a long time to be seen . I would recommend this place to anyone. Dr G knows is stuff 👌.

The PA was very informative, kind and made me feel comfortable. I asked a number of questions and she was quick to answer in a way that I could understand- she was very kind to me in light of the fact that my skin is badly damaged from not having the benefit of sunscreen when I was a child.

On my first appt I waited an hour for my daughter to be seen, a follow up was scheduled to perform an in office procedure and now over 2 months later we still have yet to be seen due to them canceling the follow up twice and on the same day of the appt. As patients, we would never be able to cancel an appt without even 24 hour notice without having to pay them.

I have tried reaching out to Advance Dermatology for two weeks, NO response, need an adjustment to my son’s prescription, I have tried customer service in English and Spanish, front desk and left 2 messages… the only thing they respond to is to make an appointment (the only thing they care about) after that you are basically on your own.

Nice clean office. No waiting time. Doctors and nurses real nice and they make you feel comfortable.

They were both quick and professional. They had me in a room before I could finish the checkin process. I’m from out of State, and they had no problem taking me in, and I was able to pay direct without using my insurance.

I appreciate the courteous staff and the prompt service. They kindly called me promptly with my biopsy results and treated me with dignity. Thank You

DO NOT GO TO THIS DERMATOLOGY CENTER!You will be charged for services you didnt ask for or notified about. If you want to waste your money then this is the place for you. Dr. Genebriera will dismiss your concerns, will not help you meet your needs, or do anything helpful of the sorts. Learn from my experience and find a dr that wants to do more than bill the heck out of you. If you try to resolve any billing issue you will just be playing middle man with the billing dept and the office staff. DONT DO IT, just dont.

Originally called for an appt and was able to secure one the next day at a favorable time. I was then able to come early for my appointment and all the staff was super pleasant, personable and patient. Listened throughly. Gave good recommendations. Customer service to me is everything and they delivered. I was a new patient and they made me fee so welcomed. I would recommend for future patients.

Walked me through the braces process I didn’t have to wait long and getting my braces put on was fast , even though it’s two people who work in the front it’s only one lady that’s always upbeat remember patient’s name and who they are as soon as you walk in but everything is good I would recommend

I sat in the exam room a half hour before the P.A.came in and I had to lean out to see if they forgot me. She did the fastest exam Ive ever had. Barely answered questions and I had to ask for something to be biopsied. Then she gave a memorized 2 mins talk on skin care that I heard her give others thru the thin walls. It overall was not a professional feel at all and I am going to go get another look at my skin. I had to call to get biopsy results too bc no one called. I should have seen the M.D. instead but I wont be back regardless.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Worst DR EVER!!! I drove a total of 8 HOURS to come to this office and then to be refused service because of the DR not wanting to do a procedure that was already paid for and scheduled. no communication whatsoever, this dr deserves to be fired and not be in practice. All they care about is how many clients they can get money from rather than actually making the patient happy, I will definitely make sure that I request medical records and make sure OSHA, HIPPA, verify that chapter 381 Section 026- 2011 of the Florida statutes and will apply the law at full extent until justice is served. This Office and DR will be hearing from my lawyer soon

The staff was very pleasant. I didnt have to wait long. They made sure to tell me the cost of what I needed done prior to doing any procedure so I wasnt caught off guard on the amount. I would recommend them to anyone.

Didn’t like the way I was treated by the doctor, waste of money.

I was a new patient to the practice and was having an ongoing scalp issue. They got me scheduled in so fast; other places didnt have appts for like a month or more. Dr Perry was very kind and easy to talk to. My appointment happened pretty fast, too. Dr Perry and the nurse were so in synch, the nurse knew what he was going to say before he did! and my issue was resolved in just a few days after my appointment. So happy with them, thanks so much!

Thank god for this new office. The other where booked up for several months. They were able to get me in quick (one week). Then the doctor and staff went over and beyond to help me out with the bill. Some of us hard working lower income people dont make the large paychecks others make. So Thank you so so much for being so nice at Christmas time and working with me.

So far I’m healing up fine but I was in a lot of pain for the first two days over my left eye from stitches I’ve never been bothered with pain from skin cancers before when y’all take them off so I’m right now 4

Fast & easy checkin and checkout. Waiting room was spacious and social distancing was observed. Waiting time in exam room was short & Dr was thorough with exam & listened to my concerns.

The office is run efficiently and the staff are compassionate and listened to my concerns and addressed each one. Highly recommended for someone needing a great and caring dermatologist.

Im not to happy with my dr. ( no names) she was very rude. I feel she could have done more and that she just didnt want to because i have a very protective husband who had 50 questions and expected answers. Im still hurting and she sent me off to another dr so i wasnt her problem. Because i have a husband who gives a damn.

Today was my first time at this office and seeing PA Michelle Sanson and I have absolutely NO intentions of returning. I have never in my years of seeing estheticians, NPs, PAs, anybody be this cold, dry, and unhelpful. She seemed very agitated, had her arms crossed the entire time. Even the assistants seemed embarrassed by her mannerism. Saw me for 5 minutes. It was extremely awkward and uncomfortable, a complete waste of my time other than the prescription. Luckily, front office staff was quick and kind, but nothing makes up this type of patient care.

Very personable and professional team from check in to check out. Location is very inviting and doesnt have that hospital/doctors office feel as well as being conveniently located and easily accessible from any area of town. Dr. Sanson and her team are the best in the Dermatology field.

They are all around just great. The nurses know there job. Doctors are very good at what they do.

Everyone was professional, cheerful and attentive, even though they were at the end of a long week. While pressure to see more patients is high now, did not feel I was being rushed to get to the next appointment.

Results took a while but they took care of me and were very professional. Could have given a follow up call after surgery to check on me, but I guess thats asking too much.Just went for yearly appointment now that they are advanced dermatology and in new location. TERRIBLE experience. The PA I have seen for years acted like shed never seen me before. I had to remind her to examine my scalp since thats where the basal cell was found last year. The nurse admitted to not reading my chart and kept turning away from me when she spoke to me. I will not return.

Went in for regular skin cancer screening and scalp acne, was told to take my T-shirt off by Dr. Brown and he looked me over for about two minutes and said everything looked good. He looked at my back, chest, arms, and legs from my knees down and never checked my head or scalp. I expected more of a thorough inspection from a specialist.

Dr. Schiavone and his staff are great! They took time to explain all of the procedures and answered all of my questions. I have been coming here for years and feel very confident that I am being treated well for every visit. Very professional and friendly!

Wait times are routinely horrible. Be prepared to consistently wait for an hour in the wait room and another 30 minutes in the exam room. Avoid it if you can.

Easy appointments and staff are cordial and helpful. Ms. Sanson is an excellent P.A. and keeps you informed of your dermatological needs.

Every time I call up here to ask a question the staff is VERY rude. Treated me like I was retarded just because I didn’t know how to use a medication they perscribed me that had NO DIRECTIONS on it. Even in my visit the lady was rushing the process. I don’t think I’ll be returning back here.
