This office is amazing. All of the staff are very sweet and of course I forgot all of their names, but I met so many women at my first visit here and I love them all! This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. It’s clean and they offer beer and wine after 12! Haha! So thankful my friend recommended this office to me.

Love this dental office!! Walked in and felt so welcomed. The staff is so kind and caring. My daughter had never been to a dentist so was kinda of nervous and they helped her to stay calm and safe. Walked us through everything. The music playing was awesome and fun,, my daughter loved watching the TV in the ceiling. I have nothing but praises about everyone here! For the first time I found a dentist office that I feel comfortable coming to. From the time me and my husband walked in to the time we walked out, the experience was great. Dr. Hylton and her staff has the best bedside service. Your also not pressured into doing anything you dont want to do. Great Office!

Had a great first visit. My son loved the Netflix and Mrs. Natalie gave him hot cocoa. They also had a game in the front with Mrs. Lisa ,that was fun. Mrs. Erika took her time to explain how she placed sealants for my son and he was no longer scared. Doctor Hylton told us funny jokes to calm him down. Thank you guys for being my family’s new dental office!!!— the music is great and up beat.

Politically motivated dental care. 😳 Asked why dental staff werent taking basic precautions with masks.. Was told its not mandated anymore. Because who doesnt want care and service driven by government mandate?? 😂😂

It’s the lavender and Vaseline for me! Just to be able to come in for an appointment and have a great experience is essential. They are so nice and caring - everyone. I appreciate the culture and the moral throughout. The extras and perks just make you feel thought about and important. I’m not just another patient here. I love it... and it’s so clean! I like to make my appointments in the afternoon, they have extra perks after lunch. But, I can also come in as early as 7:30am. Try them, you won’t be disappointed.

I just want to say how much I love the experience that Ive had at Marietta Dental. I have severe dental anxiety based on past experience, and the staff here have made me feel comfortable getting my teeth worked on. Everyone Ive come in contact with, from the office staff to the dentist herself, have been amazing. I only wish that my past experience with dental offices was as great as the experience Im having now- my severe dental anxiety may have never even occurred! I no longer dread getting my teeth worked on thanks to the amazing people who work at Marietta Dental. Thank you all for being so kind and courteous as well as just doing an excellent job of taking care of my dental health.

The facility is extremely nice, it reminded me of a luxury hotel. Also the staff was very friendly, from the warm welcome in and hot cup of fresh coffee on the way out. I had a dental emergency and these lovely ladies squeezed me into their busy schedule, within a hour. I would recommend bringing your whole family here, from kids to seniors. If we were not currently dealing with COVID-19, I would have stuck around and hung out with the staff a bit longer! Thanks again ladies!

I had my first visit today and everyone from the check in person to the financial person at the end was extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional. The dentist and her assistant were very pleasant and explained everything in detail. Best experience ever at a dentist. So thankful I found them and will forever be a patient!

This is the best dentist ever! I love Maria and Dr Hylton. I don’t like the dentist but they made feel comfortable and relaxed.

After 3 Visits, I can say my entire family 👪 has now been to this office. They have been absolutely wonderful.My daughter who is very skeptical of Drs & Offices 🏢 was put at ease and came out very happy! They made her 1st set of denial X-Rays a happy thing for her.My husband is normally a tough it out guy but when he had a toothache, that wouldnt stop, we found this office and he was extremely impressed.I have to say I have found my familys new dental care and Im very happy.

I loved it! It was my first time going and I had an amazing experience, the staff there is very nice and friendly.

These ladies are a gem! I have always had a dental anxiety so I would avoid going and getting work done until the very last minute. Lesson learned: my tooth had to be pulled out. Never again will I or Marietta let that happen again. They truly care about your oral health. Dr. Hylton is the most patient, caring, and detail oriented dentist I’ve ever had. They also try to make you really comfortable by playing upbeat music, offering a blanket, water/coffee, or turning on Netflix for you. I’m so happy we have these professionals in our area. You won’t be disappointed☝️

All my kids went today and taken care of as usual! The music, the energy, and the staff create an incredible atmosphere. My 7 year old commented on how incredibly nice everyone was. Always a treat!

I was so very impressed with every aspect of this office, staff, and even their paperwork. The office itself is beautiful and offers a pleasant and relaxing environment including music. The staff were all highly professional and very warm and caring and put me at ease. They explained everything to me and answered all of my questions and I didnt feel that I was rushed. Office staff very nice, overall everyone is nice and the facility is clean BUT when I received my treatment plan the charges were NOT correct. They were Overcharging for procedure codes, Adding codes that did not even apply to the procedure, verified by my dental plan. When I had fillings done on my front teeth, the wrong teeth were identified (back teeth), resulting in higher fees. This was brought to their attention and they did make the adjustment. Please pay attention to your treatment plan and the fee schedule your plan provides or even call, to make sure you are not paying too much.

All around great experience! Awesome staff that understands dental cowards, and manages to somehow make what was once a scary experience a pleasant one. My kids love the place as well! Fast, convenient appointments.

I came here after not having been to the dentist for years due to not having insurance until recently. This was hands down the best experience Ive ever had with a dentist and dental office. All of the staff was welcoming and friendly, the doctor was kind and gentle, and they really helped put me at ease because I really hate the dentist office. They had a cancellation before me and called to see if I wanted to come in early, which I really appreciated cause it meant I was also able to get a filling I needed same day. They also have TVs on the ceiling you can watch while having work performed which kind of helps take the nerves off!

My first visit with my child today, after having had such horrible experiences with Jacksonville dentists I am in love. I will never take my children anywhere else ever again. I cannot adequately express just how thoroughly pleased I am with every aspect of this place. From the environment to the staff to the dentist. I love it. Love love love.

WOW!!!!! There are no other words to say!!!! Me and my daughter had tried 5 different dentists on the Northside before this one. All of them rushed with her and didnt explain things to her and just did not have good bed side manner for a 7 year old. Out of these 5 dentist she has had many bad and painful experiences that have left her with a small fear. This dentist however solved ALL those fears!!!!!!! She was so loving, compassionate,cared about her thoughts, just talking to her about her interest made her feel at ease!!!!! They were super gentle and explain and showed her everything even gave her a tour of the entire office!!!!!! They also have some amazing technology i have not seen in any dentist office!!!!!! This is the best place to go for children!!!!! Im so happy after a 6 month search we finally found our dentist!!!!!!

My go to person usually is Angie and I fully recommend her for her great personality, sensitive touch and knowledge.Update (11/14/2018) : I had another dental appointment today. This time my cleaning was done by Erika. At this appointment I also had a filling completed by Dr. Hilton. I will say that both the Dr and Erika treated me gently and professionally as always. I certainly will provide a recommendation for their services.

They are great! I scheduled my 3 childrens appts in a block and we were out in about an hour including sealants. Everyone was very nice and the office is very clean!

Erika did a great job with my cleaning & the entire team was very positive. Everyone was courteous.

At first, I thought that dental place wont be great due to several reasons. But when I walked in, I was wrong. I was impressed. I know the lobby room is small and doesnt have enough lesiure is the reason why I put 4 stars. But those people are excellent to work with and they give you a tour inside the building when you are the new client. They have Netflix remote for you to watch what you want at ceiling screen. The service seems to be quick.

I wouldn’t let my Dog come here! Staff is rude, dr seems unassure of her self and they were fraudulent with my insurance sending extra exams that were not done and services that were not renderd! Horrible experience! Too bad you can’t leave 0 starts

Ashley and Dr Hylton are very proffesional and such great people. Would deffently recommend this place for getting your teeth sharp and clean.

So dissapointed after reading such great reviews of this office but they completely tried to rip us off. First off, they double charged mine and my husbands insurance for xrays, which I had to call about when insurance was obviously not going to double pay. We went on separate days and they did it to both of us, which shows me they try to regularly scam insurance to pay double. Then they tried to have me pay for xrays I had denied because insurance wouldnt pay for it in the first place. I called, they checked my paperwork that I marked deny and said Oh, ok. Nevermind. But this is all little stuff compared to what they did to my husband. He has always had great teeth and always gets comments from hygeniests about how little plaque he has. It really is amazing. We told them he missed one cleaning because we moved from across the country so apparently they felt the need to pounce on that. They told him he had SO MUCH buildup he now needed a DEEP CLEAN where the gums are cleaned below the tooth line. What? No. This also requires long term more intensive dental care ($$$) because they break the seal of your gums. Again, no. He said no, and they then tried to get him to get invisalign. No. So they tried for a $200 toothbrush. NO! What in the world?! He went for a second opinion who mysteriously said, Wow! You have like zero plaque! Also, when we had the xrays sent over from Marietta to the 2nd opinion, the xrays were so bad they couldnt even be read. Rediculous. Just beware. I guess everywhere has to scam somebody at least sometimes. We were the unlucky ones according to the reviews. Its just sad that they would scam someone into a medical/dental process that is PAINFUL and does irreparable damage to gums when that seal is broken when it is NOT necessary! Not even close! So disappointing.
