My husband treated me to a 60 min massage with aromatherapy and a 45 min facial with a scalp massage. It was AWESOME! i asked for light pressure because i have some tender muscles and she applied just enough pressure to work the muscles without any pain. It was the first time I got a facial and she walked me through it while still allowing me to enjoy and relax. I feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and pampered. Great experience!

I’ve been coming to Essentials for massages for a few years now. The value is good, the rooms are clean and the staff is pleasant. The quality of massage varies slightly from therapist to therapist. They seem a bit like a revolving door. Overall it’s a great place and reasonably priced. I’ve always been treated with respect and care.

I had an express facial from Nina and she was very knowledgeable and was so nice. She recommended products throughout my time and chose treatments fit for my skin. Nina was very professional and knowledgeable. This was my daughters first facial and Nina explained everything in detail each step of the way, which helped ease her nervousness. There was no pushy sales pitch at the end, like several places Ive been to before. My daughter looks forward to coming back and Ill be scheduling my first appointment with Nina soon.

Unfortunately while getting a massage here 5 weeks ago .... somehow my clasp on diamond hoop earring came loose, which difficult to do. (Very Sentimental and valuable to me) Jamal the masseuse is blind and I didn’t think twice why he touched my ear and earring.... I assumed it was an accident. KELCIE, that works the front desk there, called me and told me she found it!!! I cried happy tears!!!!! THERE IS VIDEO EVIDENCE OF THIS PHONE CALL IN THEIR ESTABLISHMENT BTW!!! This girl said she mailed it to me 5 weeks ago and it’s still not here. She has no idea how she sent it like via FedEx or UPS or USPS.... And she’s not sure what address she sent it to. Being a visitor from out of town it was hard for me to just go back and pick it up. And she can’t seem to provide any proof that she sent it. I have shipped many things in my life and you always get a receipt..... Sounds to me like somebody realized that my missing earring was valuable and it’s now stolen. I’ve spoke to both managers that run this place and they say that there’s nothing that they can do about it and that I need to stop calling them because it’s going to be harassment because I want some thing that is MINE was accidentally left in their care back and they can’t do anything about it. They have said that the owner will call me back when she is in town but I won’t hold my breath. Definitely wouldn’t go here if you have any nice jewelry.

Do not recommend booking online. After making an appointment and receiving a confirmation email, I arrived and was told no appointment had been scheduled. The receptionist said, “I really should have called instead.”

Although I previously had a good experience at Essential and posted about it, my most recent visit was a nightmare. The masseuse confirmed she was not vaccinated and would not wear a mask. I therefore chose to leave and the extremely rude, large person at the front desk refused to refund my money as SHE considered it a cancellation. I explained if she would wear a mask I would stay for the service. She replied “it’s not my fault you’re paranoid”. Obviously she either can’t read or comprehend reports on COVID. Their website also states they “adhere to all health and safety measures”. Worst customer service ever. Not sure why anyone would let her speak to the public.

I am visiting from PA and randomly selected Essentials. I do not regret my decision! Excellent customer service from when I booked the appropriate, up until I left. Jamal was my massage therapist and Colleen gave me my facial, both get 5 stars 🌟!!!! I will definitely go back when I am here for work again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We were running behind due to the storm, totally my fault but called to confirm if it would be ok to come and was told 15-20 late is ok. Get there at 12:19 (appt was at 12:00) and was canceled. Just destroyed my Father’s Day couple’s massage I wanted to surprise my fiancé with😩😩 i even begged to get the massage time cut down to the time we had left but the lady said the therapist decided not to do serve us smh! I booked almost a month in advance and was so excited to surprise him. I cried like a big baby because he so deserves this and we drove 45 mins to get there! Father’s Day is one time in the year… but they looked at us and canceled us. Money down the drain. It was more of the lack of compassion that stung. We were dismissed like a bad habbit. Yall let me tell you about my guy, Kenneth .I came into the store today thinking Ive had a deep tissue massage before. Boy was I wrong.He was not only the most professional person Ive ever worked with with massage, hes a genuine soul. My entire body is sore but it feels SO good. I felt things popping and moving like never before, and I most definitely will be recommending him to everyone.

We booked a couples massage. Will and Matt were wonderful! Dina at the front was very sweet and made sure we had a relaxing experience. The other women who managed the front however is not very friendly. When we made the appointment over the phone she was very rude. While we were waiting on the couch, we could hear her engaging with a new associate and she was very aggressive and belittling. The manager was also making unfavorable comments about other employees while we and another customer were in the waiting area. As someone who’s been in management, training and HR, I found this to be very unprofessional. We spent a lot of the night thinking about that poor new associate. Everything else was very enjoyable. If it wasn’t for the rest of the staff, we would not book again. It was not a welcoming experience until you get past the manager.

I scheduled an appointment and it was the wrong location in which that was find but it made me late to the appointment so my daughter called and tried to reschedule and the receptionist was very rude and also banned us from the place over misunderstanding. All we wanted was to reschedule a time. The level of disrespect was horrible. I don’t even care about the money it’s the respect that should go both ways.

I purchased a groupon for a massage and I waited until it expired to use it. The wonderful people who work the front desk told me that they still accept them. How amazing it that!!! Already off to a great start for me. Now this was my first massage. I filled out an information form and the masseuse came and brought me to the room. She asked me some questions about what I would like to focus on and what kind of massage I would like. She left the room for me to get undressed and get on the table. When she returned she turned down the lights and the fireplace came on and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed and calm. So glad I made time to come in tonight because I feel so amazing right now!!!
