I want to thank the staff at Crevasses Simple Cremation-Jacksonville. They were very pleasant when speaking on the phone to make the initial arrangements, in person for signing the documents needed, and the picking up of my husbands remains and certificates. They took care of everything. We made pre-arrangements with them due to my husbands condition knowing his time wasnt long with us. As heartbreaking as this process is, knowing whats coming, the staff was very supportive, kind, understanding, and helpful. I would definitely recommend them for these arrangements, being planned ahead or at the time of passing of a loved one. They are as they are titled, Simple. Its what is needed during such a difficult time.

Crevasses Simple Cremation provided an excellent service for us when my mother passed away recently. They worked with the hospital social workers and hospice to take care of everything; all of the paperwork for processing the cremation and the death certificates was done expertly and with great reverence and respect. The staff are very professional and courteous. The cost was also quite reasonably affordable as well. Everything was taken care of with little effort on my part. I highly recommend Crevasse’s Simple Cremation. I helped my Dad make his final prearrangements and everyone who helped was compassionate and professional. They listened to what he wanted and honored each request. My Dad recently passed away while in Hospice. Crevasse’s handled the next steps and stayed in contact with me. I picked up my Dad’s ashes a few days ago and felt the kindness and compassion from the moment I walked in. It is a difficult time when you lose a loved one. Having heard horror stories from friends, we were prepared to deal with the unrealistic demands from funeral homes. However, we discovered Crevasses Simple Cremation to be a welcome relief to work with. Sarah and Shelly (at the Jacksonville location) offered the dignity, respect, and humble service that we needed in our moment of distress and anguish. Their professional services were more like working with long time friends. Total cost was very reasonable and there was not the usual funeral home high pressure sales tactics. Always polite, courteous, friendly, and helpful. While my mother was well prepared by using Crevasses Simple Cremation for planning he passing, It didnt make it much easier when she passed. Crevasses made the process of Approving her Death Certificate though email and communication to out family a out when she was available to be picked up. My sister and I were able to have a necklace with my moms ashes inside. We can carry her with us wherever we go now, and will always have a memory of her thanks to Crevasses.

My father had a stroke and was in hospice. His wishes were for a simple cremation and I needed to make arrangements quickly. I called Crevasses and they were very helpful, did not pressure sale me, and the entire paperwork process was done via email. It was all done in way less than an hour so I could spend my time with my father without ever even having to leave him. After his passing, they took care of everything and I was able to get my fathers remains and death certificates in just a few days. I highly recommend them, they were professional, kind and made the process as easy as something like this could be. We were looking for a very basic cremation but when I went to pick up my fathers ashes I noticed a variety of beautiful urns and remembrance items. They have options, but it was also nice that they did not try to push anything else on me. Shelly listened to what I wanted and respected my fathers wishes to a T. Thank you.

They were very kind and helpful and help me get through this time I needed because I lost my friend, and wife in one second. I know this will take me a long time to get through this but they started the healing of the way I feel.

I cant think them enough for making my brothers arrangements so easy. We live out of state and knew he only had a short time left. My wife called and talked to Sarah, she made the process very simple. My brother passed soon after. They took care of everything and sent all the paperwork to us so we could go back home sooner. Considering the circumstances that I was close to 1000 miles away from the facility made the process a little more time consuming, but everyone there was kind, patient, kept me well informed, caring, and overall amazing customer service. I couldnt be more thankful for choosing this facility when it came to taking care of a loved one during such a difficult time. I cannot say enough about my experience with Bryan at Crevasse’s. After a devastating loss of my daughter during my pregnancy, I was searching for options for how to honor her remains. Unlike other crematoriums who quoted me $375 to $675, Bryan said, “We would not charge you. This would be a service we provide for free.” During one of the worst times of my life, this simple act meant the world to my husband and I. Bryan walked us through the entire process and our daughter’s remains are in a beautiful urn with us until we determine there is a better place for them.

We had the worst thing ever happen to my family, we lost a daughter who was 31 years old. This company made a terrible situation bearable with their professional service. From the first phone conversation to the meets to even well after when I needed to ask a question they were there. And at a time like this I dont even want to talk about the price, but they were half the price for the same service from other companies in the area. Second the same other companies said it would take two weeks Crevassess said 7 days max and with-in 5 days we had everything done. I and my family would recommend no one other than Crevasses
