Here’s the thing about Tracy -- She goes above and beyond. Just knowing that you have someone to lean on who’s passionate about what they do, who is knowledgeable, but also deeply cares for you as an individual means the world to me. I know that she has my back, I know I can always count on her and rely on her for honest guidance that always sets me straight and levels me up. This past year I went through a really confusing, hurtful and sad time. I was trying to make sense of things and felt like I was just fighting between my head and heart. Tracy made the time for me, she held space for me and she offered her perspective in a way that really was down to earth and spoke to me. I gained understanding and growth because of her. Dr. Riley is in a profession that I truly believe she was meant to be in. Whether it be through counseling or hypnotherapy, her main goal in life is to help people and that shows from the time you walk in the door. She will listen and tell you what you need to hear, which may not always be what you want to hear. But rest assured, her number one goal is to help you and she is amazing at doing that. She has my admiration and respect, and my highest recommendation.

These people are liars and intentionally mislead. Avoid at all costs. Will make promises about how to help, but do not care about good counseling. The business owner is rude and entitled. Don’t waste your money here.

Having experienced numerous counseling services over the last decade or so, the quality of care, compassion and experience at Tracy Riley Counseling is by far the best I have experienced.Dr.Rileys experience and education are of the highest standards, and is one of a handful of therapist in the area qualifed in training other therapists for required ongoing continuing education credits. She has dedicated the last 20+ years of her life to excelling in the field of mental health and counseling, and has built one of Jacksonvilles most trusted and successful practices.With 7-qualified staff therapists, they are able to accommodate a wide range of appointments, including weekends. I highly recommend their professional services, hands down.

We were told our couples counseling was going to cost a total of $30 per session out of pocket and insurance was going to cover the rest. We confirmed this again prior to scheduling. We were skeptical, but went ahead and had 2 sessions. We were charged $60 for the two sessions. Prior to our 3rd session, we were informed that there was a mixup with insurance and promptly charged our card on file for $185. I’m not as upset with the charges, because I had a feeling that it didn’t seem right to be told insurance would cover all before a deductible being met. I am upset, however, in the appearance of deception on the part of this business. They were quick to charge the card on file before trying to resolve to confusion. It seems like it would have been good business practice to offer some sort of compensation to the customer for their confusion or I feel incompetence. Instead, they quickly take their money and run. They just have an appearance of dishonesty and lack of integrity. I would steer clear of this business for that reason.It’s very unfortunate because we were enjoying our sessions with our counselor.

I absolutely love this place. It’s so calm and peaceful when I walk in and the receptionist is so welcoming. It does not feel like I’m going to a clinic, it feels like I’m entering someone’s home, someone who cares for me and will listen. I highly recommend it!

I had problems with my weight my whole life. During my life I had lost hundreds of pounds only for them to come back and more! What always happened was that after a while I got sick of having to diet and depriving myself of the foods that I liked, so I would start eating wrong again. Diets didnt cure my desire for fatty and/or sweet foods, or my lack of desire for fruits, and especially vegetables.In the week after my first session with Tracy, I lost 6.4 lbs, and on the first month I lost 11.9 lbs. By the end of eleven months, I had lost 50 lbs. Its been 22 months since I started and Im 55 lbs lighter than when I started. I never deprived myself of anything I wanted to eat - if I craved it, I ate it, just a lot less quantity. I find that I no longer crave fatty food or sweets as much. I now I miss it if I dont have a salad with dinner.Those 55 pounds are gone forever, and its all thanks to Tracy!

Great & fast results ! I went to Tracy for hypnosis to try and get myself motivated, I wanted to get there but needed a little push. It worked great ! The sessions are very calming and comforting and without even realizing it on the spot, your subconscious takes in whatever you want to work on. Having your mind set and ready to change what you want to change, and the tailored session will bring results much faster than you might think.

Dr. Tracy Riley is unbelievable. I have wanted to give up smoking cigarettes for years. Im just not a youngster anymore. My doctors and my body were telling me that I had to find a way. My daughter told me about Dr. Tracy Riley and the success she has achieved in helping people to stop smoking through hypnosis. I was a little leery at first, especially since I had never been hypnotized before. Once I really decided that I was going to quit, I called her office and made the appointment.Well, let me just tell you it was the best call I have ever made. I went in and she immediately relieved any anxiety I was feeling. The hypnosis itself actually gave me a sense of rejuvenation. I havent smoked one time since and really havent had the desire to. I actually left there feeling like the non-smoker I had yearned to be for so long and still am today. I have thought about smoking a time or two, but then Im like, What? I dont smoke!I am so happy and just so proud of myself. Its been several months and I feel like a new person. I am forever thankful to Dr. Tracy Riley! My friends and family are so happy for me too.

You will not be provided with up upfront pricing and will receive a shockingly high bill after 2 or 3 visits.I visited this establishment and asked for upfront pricing, regarding the out of pocket cost for each visit. I was told it would be a $15 copay.I booked two sessions with Sara. She was professional and very competent.After my two visits I recieved a shockingly high bill that I did not expect (after clearly requesting transparent pricing information upfront). The team abruptly refused to take responsibility and charged my card on file without permission.Safe yourself the hassle guys, this firm is not transparent in the slightest.

Ms. Riley has a true passion for what she does, makes sure everyone is taken care of, and helped. She is a brilliant woman!
