The entire experience was wonderful since I have not been to a dentist in years. The family staff were very professional and showed that family staff relationship toward each other. The Leadership shared that professional warmth so it spilled out over to the staff. I felted a part of the family and that made me relaxed and felt that I was going to be taken care of. They are on point with their chair side manners. To GOD be the GLORY for the community establishment. MY MOUTH FEELS GOOD!!!!!!!

I had not been to the dentist in some time. The staff was understanding of this. I was even able to fill a cancellation spot 2 weeks before my scheduled appointment day! The staff was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was explained to me as it happened, so I wasn’t overly anxious. Care was taken in making sure I was comfortable. I was provided next steps in the form of a plan for future work and the cost breakdown of each step. I am pleased!

Had a wonderful first appointment with Soutel Dental today! I historically hate going to the dentist and have never found an office I truly liked. Every single person at Soutel made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walked in. I found myself being more calm than I have ever been at the dentist and I truly believe it’s because of the therapeutic culture they have created there! Soutel Dental Center doesn’t deserve 5 stars, it deserves 10! Everything about my visit is always perfect from the time I walk in the door and am greeted by Lexi at the front to when Dr. Polite-Clark or Dr. Clark walks in to start my examination. Everyone always makes sure that I am taken care of and comfortable during my visit. Lexi is great about ensuring that I know what I am expected to pay well before my appointment and that makes it much easier for me to have my finances ready before my appointment. Dr. Polite-Clark is very sweet and she makes me feel very comfortable at each visit. I drive 2.5 hours to be taken care of by the Soutel Dental staff and I can ensure you it is well worth the drive. I am so happy I found a dentist that I can rely on and trust!

This place is like home to me, this my home dentist Ive been going here since I was in elementary school. I fell off once I got older but I decided to go back October 21st of 2019 and even though the workers are different the doctor is the same and she still as nice and friendly as and well as the other workers. She made me feel like family, I didnt know her but I was so comfortable I opened right up. I love this office and will always continue going.

Although the office could not pull my wisdom teeth,due to it being on a nerve and could cause paralysis in my mouth the staff did helped me find several different locations that could perform the surgery needed and provided me with antibiotics to help with the process. The staff worked well together, they were communicative ensuring that the parents and/or the patient were aware of all processes and procedures that are being handled at the time of care.SERVICES: During my initial call to the Soutel Dental office as a newly registered patient it went quickly while the staff explained the initial visit preparation. They instructed me to go to one of their website to locate several documents to print out and sign for when you come into the office for faster service. For the older or less technical patients, this process requires you to move quickly and to be somewhat computer savvy.PRODUCTS: After the appointment, you will receive a small tube of toothpaste, toothbrush, ink pen, sanitation spray and chapstick, and many more based on the procedure your receiving.SAFETY: Soutel Dental is practicing COVID-19 safety guidelines on behalf of the staff and patients. They require you to call upon arrival for them to call you back when ready to service you. Be aware that your service time maybe 5-15 minutes after your scheduled appointment, but you still should arrive early and on-time. They do not supply any mask, make sure you bring your mask upon arrival.APPEARANCE: The staff and Dr. Clark are well-kept, well-groomed, and are practicing hygiene care. Most of the staff located in the office are African American, some diversity will not hurt to ensure your company is of service to all nationalities, races, and origins.FACILITY: Soutel Dental office is a small facility, not the best looking facility I have entered. The outside is very plain, with no splash of color or a welcoming feeling when pulling into the location. The inside of the office is once again very small, unable to tell how the rooms in the back of the office look since no one is allowed back other than the patient.SERVICE TIME: The service time is time-efficient, their quick to provide you with your needed service.LOCATION: The office is in the convenient Soutel area of Jacksonville Fl.PARKING: You enter and leave out through the same area, which is a tight squeeze so be careful when coming and leaving for other cars seem to enjoy parking in the driveway area. You will drive to the back of the office in a secluded area for parking where you will sit and wait until service is received.PARENTS: Message to all parents if you’re bringing your child to be seen at the Soutel Dental office be aware that no one is allowed in the office at this time other than the patient ages ranging from 6 years to older. If this is your childs first visit to the dentists office and you want to be more involved throughout the process, you may want to consider other offices for dental care.OFFICE TECHNOLOGY: The Soutel Dental office is behind on all technology for the business and the patients. It’s important to understand that were living in an evolving technical world which means it’s important to always advance your systems, equipment types, and services to rank against other dental businesses. I would HIGHLY recommend some technology that allows you to see your child and/or patient while procedures are being done such as the use of a tablet with a camera that allows you to see inside the rooms while waiting outside. As a parent, I am unsure if my childs needs were taking care of since we cannot be involved and unable to see.PAPERWORK: All the paperwork that is provided to you for care is not detailed specifically to the patient care and can be given to each patient as needed. There’s no paperwork providing before and after images outlining the procedure provided to the patient at the time of care. I feel since we as parents are unable to be involved with our child while in the care of Dr. Clark it’s important to outline all details provided on paper.COST: Insurance coverage accepted. Pay all fees upfront of a small percentage.

Dont let the area or the building fool you. Once inside you are greeted with an exceptional staff that gets you started immediately. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and very sweet. They want you to understand the health of your teeth before starting treatment. Dr Clark was very nice and willing to explain any questions.
