Receptionist very rude. Thinks that it is ok for me to use the pen and pad she handed to me without cleaning it. When asked for sanitizer, she avoided to let me pump the sanitizer bottle. I’ve been vaccinated for over two months. I also, wear my mask regardless.Filled up requested form. At my appointment time she told me that we will do only x-ray today!!!I have waited for this appointment for over two weeks and made it clear that I am interested in cleaning my teeth and I repeatedly asked if you honor the $59 flyer I have. The answer was yes.Obviously, they did NOT honor their word. Also, receptionist did not care to correct the situations.I’m hoping that they destroyed my driver’s license copies!! Because I forgot to ask them to destroy it.... and I’m concern.

Im happy I have found this office.I went to put braces on and I can say Dr. Joseph Chiafair is very nice and very professional and makes you feel very comfortable. Very friendly staff and very helpful. It was also easy to set up an appointment and get my teeth taken care of sooner rather than later! I would and do recommend them to my friends. I sincerely recommend!

Dr. Chiafair and his staff have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my cosmetic dental needs. I would consider myself a pain but they never make me feel that way. I recently lost my father and Dr. Chiafair went above and beyond to bring me laughter while working on my smile. I have known Dr. Chiafair and his awesome office manager Renee for years and hope to see them many more. I love my smile and owe it all to the great care of my favorite dentist!! 😀😀😀

I had a very negative experience with this dentist. First, the equipment is old. The premises do not appear very clean. During one visit, there were apparent remains in the toilet. Dr. Chiafair was not particularly friendly. He had me waiting for almost 20 minutes for a filling. When he arrived he performed the filling in a rather gruff, abrasive, rather than gentle manner. Shortly afterwards, something felt strange with with my tooth. Due to my schedule, I was unable to address it immediately, but later brought the problem to his attention and he insisted on charging me a full fee to re-do work already performed by him previously. Needless to say, I wasnt too happy about that. Also, one of his top rated dental hygienist left for more permanent work at another practice, and the new replacement (a recent graduate) did not perform my cleaning to the same standard. In short, beware.

Dr. Chafair is an excellent dentist. His staff is very jovial and the experience was painless and easy going. I would recommend him to anyone pursuing any kind of dental work.

He has provided me with the best care on several occasions all while being very gentle and kind. His practice is not limited to routine dental care and instead offers a broad spectrum of specialty treatments.
