Ann Taylor as a therapist is very professional, caring and works with grace with her patients/clients. She works with the patient/client where they are at. Ms. Taylor always makes patient/client feel at ease and allows them to see and encourages them solve their problems/issues with newfound skills. Ms Taylor motivates clients/patients to look forward on using their coping skills, allowing them to accept reality and utilize skills to improve and resolve their lives problems.

Rachel Block-Stewart has a warm and welcoming presence. I’ve experienced her openness to listen and really hear what I have to say (no matter what it is!)without judgement. I know first hand how hard Rachel works for her clients and how much she cares about each and every one of them. I wholeheartedly recommend Rachel!

The therapist I worked with himself was great but the company makes you pay a subscription to them to be able to do appointments with the therapist. After finding me a therapist, they literally had no service to offer other than collecting money from me every month to allow me to continue to contact the therapist. All appointments were scheduled by me, through the therapist, not thrive works. With the co pay for every session on top of their monthly cost, its too expensive. You get 1 hour sessions which I found to be way too short to get much conversation versus just unloading whats got me at the appointment.

Absolutely terrible. I scheduled an appointment via telehealth which was rescheduled the day of. Provider never showed up. Was rescheduled for the next day and never given any information about my appointment or a link to appointment after calling and emailing multiple times. All thriveworks customer service personnel were so friendly and helpful but the experience was extremely frustrating.

I highly recommend Jessica Bailey if you have teenagers. She is very knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to counseling young people. Also, I love her honesty and her take home tips she provided for our son. Thank you Jessica.

I am happy to pay the monthly membership fee but customer service was bad. I tried to schedule an appointment with my son and because I had to change it (well before the 23 hour requested time frame) I was given a difficult time. I just asked them to refund my membership fee and we could part ways.

Terrible experience. This business seems like a scam to me. Only 5 star reviews here on Google...? Thats fishy.There was initial confusion regarding my appointment online due to the fact that I rescheduled once. I called and got it sorted out, but THEN I arrive 5 minutes early for my initial session and no one was at the office. Front door locked, blinds open to see inside, most lights off, no one to be found. I have never been to any appointment only to be faced with an empty locked office. I couldnt even get in contact with my counselor or anyone onsite, they just connect you to the main office in another state. This was so disappointing, my husband and I both had appointments. Hopefully we get our refunds in a few days, well see.
