WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH CARE FOR MY CHILD. Like any mother I read several reviews and this seemed like an amazing daycare learning center. BOY WAS I WRONG. what was an excitement for my child to go to a school turned quickly into a nightmare full of screams and fear of having to go back to this Tutor time argyle. Multiple occasions my child would be crying and clearly upset and NOT ONCE did the teacher walk over to see it my child was okay to say the least. My concerns and constant calls were ignored and brushed off. My child’s first day there a family member was picking up my child no ID asked for no name NOTHING and away my child went. THANKFULLY this was my child’s grandma and not someone whom was not suppose to be picking up my child. Items of my child’s were vanished and my child would come home with other children’s items. ANOTHER HUGE thing they would let my child go all day 8 hours only having snack DUE TO MY CHILD BEING PICKY NOT LIKING THEIR COOKED MEALS due to being a government ran school. My child would come home upset and starving. I had to get a DR note after arguing with the DIRECTOR to even have this allowed but I was NOT ALLOWING my child to be malnourished due to their rules and lack of concern for my child’s health. WORST EXPERIENCE WORST DAYCARE WORST SCHOOL PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do more research and though I thought this amazing rated school would be perfect I was VERY WRONG. Good luck in your choice and I hope you have better experiences than we did if you chose this place.SincerelyA Very concerned Parent

Online it’s advertise that they close at 6:30 but they close at 6pm due to Covid but what does 30 minutes have to do with Covid. I don’t like that because I would’ve never wasted my time on a tour with them. And you can never speak to the facility directly and you always have to go to the call center which the call center has false information. It’s annoying. The facility and people there was nice but please update y’all information online and with your call center.

Wonderful teachers, terrible director. Their director is aggressive and just plain mean and rude. Its been a nightmare dealing with her and nightmare trying to remove my child. Just dont. There are plenty of high quality centers in the area that will value your time and treat you with basic human decency.

Tutor Time is the best — they are our second family! I can’t thank them enough for how much they love my kids. I have total peace of mind when I’m at work. I’m eternally thankful for them, they have the most loving and supportive teachers, and it’s an incredibly welcoming atmosphere!

What a wonderful place for infants. My granddaughter has been attending for 4 months starting in her second month. Such a great staff has made for one happy baby. They also focus on hygeine. Have high confidence in my granddaughters safety and stimulation.

The way the children lights up when we pull up. The most important the education in the way that their teaching my grandchildren is so amazing and refreshing. One of thee best decisions I have made it thus far since I had received my grandchildren.

My child does not go there but I recently did a tour on my search for a center. I called ahead to set up a tour. When I got there they were not expecting me, even though I had to give them my information before scheduling. The lady at the front desk came off as very abrupt and rude at first. We knew here wasnt an opening for weeks due to the fire at child time, and their overflow but I wanted to see all centers in the area. She warmed up slightly after entering the room for the tour and did a decent job of explaining heir policies. The teacher seemed friendly enough, but we didnt interact, she was understandably helping the huge gaggle of children wash their hands. They cook the food on premises and the smell was pretty overwhelming, not in a good way. There was only one teacher per room and was told that it was a ratio of 1:15, which seems extreme for toddlers. There is no security door past the front desk, which personally Im not comfortable with. They did have a wonderful section called the village, but its used as a classroom now, instead of play area, due to the overflow. was really hoping to like this one as its closest to me, but its not one I would ever choose for my child.

My son started here in July 2016 and graduated from VPK last month. All of the teachers he had (Miss Christine, Miss Samantha, Miss Jane & Miss Bree) were wonderful. Every staff member in the building was always nice and they all knew my son by name. We never had a single issue with this school or staff. If we were staying in Jacksonville we would be using this school for our next child.

Staff and teachers are VERY friendly and professional. We came here due to word of mouth recommendation about how great this school is. When we showed up for our tour, they had a welcome sign for us at the front desk and were very thorough with the tour. After my daughters first week, I see what the people I know were raving about. My daughter has loved her first week here and the in-processing was flawless. I look forward to being here for my daughters early stages of life and absolutely love that my daughter comes home EXCITED about her day at school and tells me how much she loves being in Ms. Samanthas class. Absolutely recommend tutor time!

I thought this would be a great place for my daughter but due to recent circumstances I decided to withdraw her from the school. There is a huge miscommunication from the front staff and the teachers. For the life of me, I will never understand how my daughter had a incident almost everyday for the last two weeks that she was there and it never got reported to me. When it was finally brought up, I was basically told she had 3 more times and she would be withdrawn. No one explained why we never got the paperwork and no one ever explained why we got it late. They tried to say that they called us about it, to find out they were calling the wrong number for my husband and I even though our number was correct in the system. I hate feeling like someone is trying to sabotaging my daughter but the situation didn’t sit right with me so I decided to pull her out completely. Her teachers seemed to genuinely care and didn’t understand why the office didn’t communicate issues to us.

My daughter attended the Pre-K program and she absolutely loved it.The atmosphere was amazing and the teachers there are so hands on. I loved how they gave the kids homework for the week it made them stay focused, she looked forward to actually going to school. On the Fridays where they could dress up she was excited about that each and every week and when she came home to tell us that the teachers actually dressed up with them made me feel like I made the right choice in choosing that school to start my daughter in. I want to thank all of the staff that took part in my daughters learning.

All three of my children attended TutorTime by Watermill. They started when they were toddlers all the way through VPK. My youngest child just graduated from VPK in June of 2019. My children loved going to school there. They learned so much and entered kindergarten socially and academically prepared. They were loved and cared for everyday while I was at work. The teachers were all patient, well trained, and communicated with me and my husband on a daily basis. I am so grateful to the teachers (Ms. Desiree, Ms. Colleen, Ms. Keisha, Ms. Autumn, Ms, Samantha, Ms. Tiara... etc.)

Love, love, love this place! My son has been at this center for almost a year. I was so hesitant to put my child in daycare so young ( 3 months). After meeting Mrs. Clark and Mrs. Gail, all of my worries went out the window!!!! My sons teachers have the biggest hearts and the most uplifting spirits. You can tell that they all love their job and the children that they take care of. We absolutely love his teachers, the staff, and the director Cheryl. We have never had any issues/concerns. I highly reccommend this center.

The staff was very rude and disorganized. Security is below expectation for what they advertise. My son hated going there and screamed/cried every morning at drop off. The teachers made no attempts to include him. One day he had a bruise on his ear, which is highly suspicious for abuse. On my sons daily report, it was noted once that they fed him something he was allergic to! I dont know if they actually gave it to him or mixed him up with another kid when writing his daily summary. Luckily it was a mild allergy as this could have been a very serious situation. His allergies were noted in his file because the school held his Epi-Pen. Both kids were repeatedly sick for the 3 months they went to this school. We stayed only for my daughters teacher, who was lovely. When she left, we made the decision to look for something better. Only one week into a new daycare program, my kids were running to the door of the new daycare, excited and happy to see their friends and staff. Plus they no longer got sick every other week. You can really tell the quality of the care your child gets by how they react to their teachers. Listen to your gut when it comes to these things.

We love this school! My children have grown so much since they started there about 1 1/2 years ago. My girls teachers have been there for many years, which is so important to us since the last daycare we went to (The Learning Experience) had so many teacher changes in the few months we were there. All the teachers have been great, especially Keisha, Samantha, Tiara, and Chivy. We are greeted everyday with a huge smile by the front desk. All the managers and teachers know my entire family by name. The director Christina has been amazing working with my familys needs and has always shown so much love towards my girls. Jane, Christina, and Christie hug them everday when we leave and that lets me see how much they care. My girls didnt come to school for a few days when they were sick a few monts back and they even called to check on them (of course having two kids sometimes we forget to call 😆). I recommend everyone I know to go there.

Wonderful school curriculum and 3 year-old teacher (Ms. Keisha!) I love the updates on the brightwheel app and my son genuinely enjoys going to school.Only thing I was offended by was that I was threatened that my son was going to get disenrolled for his behavior. I had incident reports every day about situations that occurred with my son, yet, when my son gets a terrible bite on his shoulder or gets a huge bruise on his face from another child hitting him, mysteriously nobody recalls anything. My issues stemmed from the director, Christina, who at times can be rude and has the kinder director, Jordan, apologize for HER actions. Come to find that the director (Christina) has a son who goes there whos behavior is absolutely unacceptable as he hits the teachers etc. If my son has to get disenrolled for his misconduct then so should hers.
