This medical office is one of the most efficiently run offices I have been to. My wait time for my appointments has been very reasonable. Dr. Nowicki is very professional and knows his field of medicine. He answered all my questions so that I could understand the answers. I also appreciate the friendliness of all the staff. Everyone has gone above and beyond my expectations for taking care me. Millicent in the business office and the girls at the check out have always been friendly, professional and available to answer my financial questions. Thank you!!

I was referred to Dr Niwick, I got there the staff was very nice, My wait wasnt long..Dr Niwick came in yo see me he was very patient and explained every to me. I dont regret moving my Medical Records from Atlanta to him.. I feel very comfortable with being in his care alone with the staff his nurse was very nice down to check out, I met another staff that went through breast cancer..she talk to me I cried but she let me knew it was ok to cry because God will continue to bring you through...But to have the support of someone that been through and God brought her through 3 time... that it self was amazing to me ...I really thank this start for there support..I truly appreciate your support I love you guys.!...

From the first contact which was an email requesting an appointment, we received the best service and care we could have asked for. Dr. Barrett McCormick took his time and explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions we had and his nurse, Mary, returned calls and gave the same care. The PA Leigh, recovery nurse Casey, nurse Douglas Wayne T, nurse Darnisha and LPN Megan on the floor were all amazing. Dr. Q and his assistant Ryan were the best possible anesthesiology team. We have no doubt we made the right decision to travel to MD Anderson in Jacksonville for our prostate cancer surgery.

Beautiful facility with a free parking garage. Friendly staff also. Went for a CT scan and didnt have to wait too long. Had a beautiful blue sky with clouds picture on the ceiling to look at while in the machine.

I experienced the best visit at a hospital or doctor facility ever. As soon as you walk through the doors you are greeted by a representative smiling and looking like she loves her job. She directs you to your next section. The reps were very detailed and took their time explaining your visits and how they work. It’s very important that you understand every detail after all this is a cancer center. It was stress less. They were comforting and everyone from the nurses to the lab techs are very detailed. Even though I have been dealing with hospitals and doctors for the last 6 years. This is the first place I felt totally relaxed and understood every detail of my appointments and follow up treatment. Thank you for making this a great experience during my difficult time.

MD Anderson has been providing excellent care for my wife since she was diagnosed with ovarian/uterine cancer Mar 2019. Dr. Whitworth performed the surgery to a perfect outcome. Chris has been cancer-free ever since. Heather Dr. Whitworths assistant has performed quarterly follow-ups with care and diligence. There is nothing more we could ask from a medical team working in the most beautiful facility weve ever seen. Hard to beat!

Dr. Crozier is the queen bee. Trusting her with my life through my stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis and there’s no one else I could imagine working with. Absolute wicked smart, leading new trials and in the know on everything breast related. Wonderful demeanor, calm and most importantly never gives up hope. If you live in Florida it’s the place to be. Worth the drive if you don’t live in Jacksonville. Best doctors around trained at some of the best institutions.

When I was first told I have cancer, I went into shock. There was so much information being thrown at me, I couldnt keep up. Theres so many different Drs involved...Surgical, oncologist, imaging, treatment, ect...Then Theres the nurse coordinator which is a very important part of the team of Drs and Nurses. I couldnt keep up with all my appointments and treatment plan if it werent for the teamwork of Drs, Nurses and myself. Its easy to want to give up, then your Nurse coordinator steps in to encourage and push you. Ive been very lucky to have top of the line cancer exports.

When going through an ordeal as major as cancer, you are already thrown into a whirlwind. To have the right care team on your side as I have encountered with Dr. Paul Nowicki and his staff makes all of the difference in the world. The entire team including his angelic nurses are very compassionate, knowledgeable and understanding. Dr. Nowicki doesn’t sugarcoat things with you. He lays all he plans on doing for you out on the table so there are no surprises.MD Anderson Cancer Center is a very pleasant and serene environment with a very professional staff that are also courteous and compassionate.I would highly recommend anyone who is going through this horrific disease to consider using this center and if it is gynecologic cancer, definitely use Dr. Nowicki and his team.Michelle the Nurse Navigator has been a Godsend. She answers and returns your calls and put you at ease always. I can’t say enough about her.Emma Kate Alpert was equally as awesome! I can’t begin to thank them all! The whole team helped me get through with ease! There was no fear left in me!

All of the intake staff as well as the doctor and her staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everyone took the time needed to answer all my questions and I never felt like I was part of an assembly line, which is rare in today’s medical profession.

Very privileged to be a patient there. My urologist, dr. McCormick has a wonderful bedside manner a patient ear offers what seems to be very good advice never makes me feel rushed at the same time hes quite professional and I would say from my last 2 years worth of visits he is very skilled at what he does.

Going into a high risk cancer facility is never an easy thing to digest but ALL of the team members here were extraordinary! They put my mind at ease, answered all of my questions so that I could understand instead of talking over my head. And the view from the office couldnt be more peaceful. I wont go anywhere else. I put all my trust in my future Healthcare needs.

Each department I entered was extremely helpful and meeting my needs and protecting me from covid-19. Ive never had reception take me directly to my doctors office. It was like having my own personal concierge. This Hospital District about PGE and made me feel very comfortable about not being contaminated there. My nurse and doctor took all the time I needed to answer questions and concerns for my treatment. Ive been to three or four hospitals the past two years that left me feeling uncomfortable. Im truly blessed to have found Baptist MD Anderson. Even more blessed to have found my doctor that has the knowledge and give me choices for treatment.

I saw Dr. Melquist and he was caring and informative. He listened respectfully and answered all my questions concerning a surgery I was unsure about. He provided medical insight and information which greatly helped me make what I feel is the right decision.

Everyone has been super friendly. All of the staff at MD Anderson that Ive interacted with has displayed professionalism in ensuring that I receive the best treatment possible. Dr. Hand has a very warm demeanor and she really seems to care about her patients. Highly recommended!!

MDA is an incredible facility, but you need an escort or a trail of bread crumbs to get around. All of the staff members were professional and helpful. If I had to make one criticism, the house keeping could use some improvement. The floor in my room looked like it had not been mopped in some time. There was dirt and debris along the walls and corners. The house keeper came in while I was there and the floor looked the same when she left.

I feel so blessed to have been able to get my mother into this facility. I have dealt with various other institutions as this is not my mothers first time with cancer and this is by far the best. The staff is not only kind and friendly, but extremely HELPFUL. If there is any issue they do everything they can to resolve it. They make the phone calls that need to be made instead of making you fend for yourself like how I’ve unfortunately experienced everywhere else. It’s a difficult time for everyone there and luckily they make sure to take the time to care for all their patients. I call them just about everyday, multiple times a day sometimes and they always answer all my questions without hesitation.

Everyone is so kind! My Doctor is extremely knowledgeable! He made me feel at ease.

They are doing a great job of treating my cancer and I am now cancer free. Drs and staff are competent and will take time to listen and answer my questions thoroughly. I am so glad I left previous hospital and came to M D Anderson for superior treatment.

I thought the registration process was very efficient as well as the staff . The Corona Virus at the entrance to the hospital was just as efficient. I felt very safe and comfortable walking the halls of this hospital. The simplistic modern decor with the beautiful view of the bay made me feel like I was in a plush hotel. All the staff I met were very nice and helpful. Dr Beth Ann was very thorough during my consultation. She took her time to explain in detail my condition and options to treat me in the future. After meeting with her, I feel more confident and hopeful for a complete recovery.

Dr. Hand and all of the staff were amazing. Dr. Hand discussed all of my treatment options and allowed me to have a say in my medical care. She explained my condition in easy to understand language and made sure I understood both my condition and the prescribed course of treatment.

I was scheduled for an MRI at 2:45 pm. It was with contrast so my husband took off from work early to accompany me. I arrived on the second floor more than 10 minutes early and completed check in. I sat in the waiting room 55 minutes before someone came to bring me back. On the walk back the lady escorting me informed me that they could only do one MRI scan today with contrast today. I would have to reschedule the second MRI for a later date and be subjected to contrast twice. They have rescheduled the entire procedure for a later date but I am now very uncomfortable trusting MD Anderson with my medical care. I will be checking with my insurance company for alternative companies. I do not understand why this company would allow me to come in for an appointment, let me sit for an hour and then decide they did not have time.

Everyone there was so kind and helpful. Before going to MD Anderson we were very confused about what steps to take and they helped put our mind at ease and knew exactly what was the best route. I felt like we were being loved on by friends while we were there instead of being in a medical facility.

Everyone is amazing from the check in/registration teams to the lab work staff, the nurses that check your stats and of course the Doctors. I always felt like I mattered, even though I know there are so many others going through so much more than I have. But still, the docs never downplayed my experience. They eradicated the C word from my body and Im grateful for everyone at MD Anderson every day.

I am a patient of Baptist Health and was referred to MD Anderson because I am high risk. All of my medical records are linked within the Baptist system so any provider I see can review them. I get all of my medical needs in one place. The staff is very friendly and couldn’t ask for a better team.

I was scared going into a cancer center as anyone would be. The staff was amazing. From the minute we walked in, everyone was super friendly. My doctors were understandable about why i was scared and worried. They took time to explain my options and give me a proper diagnosis and care plan.

Every process, from the screening at the entrance to registration/check in desk to the front desk was really effectively and smooth. Safety was definitely a priority. The staff were professional and caring in their services. Yes, they made me felt welcomed. Ill definitely recommend Baptist to a friend or family.

I received the most kind and special care during my October 8, 2020 visit. From the nurse who took my temperature when I entered, the registration person, the intake coordinator, triage nurse, RN, surgery coordinator, nurse navigator, and doctor ALL showed me great care, kindness, and concern. They work as a complete team. All of my concerns were addressed. I always leave with a full understanding of whats next and how we will get it done together. I was advised I will remain under their care for monitoring/follow up for a couple to a few years and I was actually excited. I have the highest level of confidence in the individuals providing my care and I trust them with my life wholeheartedly! The surgeon that saved my life is Paul Nowiski. He went above and beyond the call of duty during my surgery and took the extra time (extra care) needed which avoided the result of me having a colostomy bag for any amount of time. I just cant thank him enough.My healing was closley monitored and the 24 hour call line has an immediate response time. I received a call back from the nurse before I finished making the report - I was still on the line advising of the issue I was experiencing.Ive never experienced such care in any industry. They listen and understand your needs and they respond effectively. Im proud to be receiving care from this team of individuals MY team at the Baptist Anderson Cancer Center!I salute them all, hats off & Kudos to them!I cant thank them enough!

Due to covid if you are here with family for whatever procedure and its more than 2 people even if you ask to wait in lobby and you would be sitting away from everyone they will not allow you in. I was going to be translator for mom with dad accompanying us as well. Wish I would of known before coming out.

I liked how friendly, inviting, and overall caring everybody was. Everybody from the receptionist, the lady who enrolled me, the nurses who greeted me, and the doctor himself. Great bedside manners.

It was a beautiful place it looked like it just been built the staff was amazing very friendly very concerned from the person I met at the front door till I left it is a wonderful place like I said before I wish Id started my treatment there I live in Daytona so its a stretch to go to Jacksonville but it was well worth it wish Id gone there like I said from the beginning wonderful staff wonderful doctors and nurses and people that arent even in the medical field were very kind and warm Im glad I had the experience to go there and will continue to go there till the end of my treatment I didnt get the greatest news there but they were the first ones that were honest with me 🤣

I am 58 years young and was diagnosed with two cancerous tumors in one breast. I thank God for my primary care doctor sending me to the absolute best doctors in Jacksonville, which are, Dr Polley and Desei,. I was given the choice of my journey, not just directed by them and I appreciate that so very much. I could have had a lumpectomy but choose mysestomy and reconstruction surgery to hopefully prevent future trouble. I have had my mysestomy from Dr Polley and am going through the process of reconstruction with Dr Desai. Just want to say from the minute I walk in the cancer center I feel comfort and peace with i pray only in my situation the lack of one employee, Ms Hicks, I now need to thank our awesome God above and my awesome Angels on earth, my doctors from the bottom of my heart. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️, I almost forgot and Im thankful I didnt, when the one was causing me so much anxiety, Lavita Carter built me up and encouraged me the whole way through, she has what it takes to be in this field, a beautiful heart. I must admit that the staff was amazing. Although I was not impressed when we saw the management staff who wrongful terminated my husband and destroyed his character as a person. Please find a management staff that genuinely has the staff at their best interest. Other than that, the doctor was amazing, but it was bittersweet to be in the presence of the disgusting and despicable people that did this injustice to my husband.

The entire staff at MD Anderson is wonderful. I have never experienced such a caring staff of medical professional and clinic staff.I could not imagine this difficult journey being handled so lovingly anywhere else.

She even called me from her European vacation to go over test results. My surgery experience was the best I imagine it could be under these circumstances.
