Oxford Chase is a wonderful community that is conveniently located minutes from the St.Johns Town Center. Oxford Chase offers the best of the best when it comes to a Townhome Community. Just inside this gated neighborhood you will find beautiful homes, pristine grounds and friendly people.As a former resident I highly recommend this sought after community.

Oxford Chase is a first class, friendly and beautiful townhome community. The Association keeps the grounds, exterior of buildings and pool/clubhouse in immaculate condition. Having lived there myself, I appreciated the friendly community of neighbors.

I love this community. Very family friendly. Conveniently located next to town center. I’ve lived here for 2 years now and I can tell that the people here truly care to keep this place clean and friendly. There are ducks that roam around and occasional geese. Neighbors are all very friendly.
