Awesome condos! If you’re looking for a safe, quiet spot to live- these are the condos for you! I’ve lived here for over a year and have always felt safe. Neighbors are super friendly too. Management is always on top of things around property. All around nice environment to be apart of. Highly recommend!

This complex is so easy going. I never hear anyone through the walls and the neighbors I run into throughout the complex are very friendly. The amenities are great and it’s double gated so I always feel safe. They’re condo, so each one is a little different but the builder built each unit with upgrades like granite and porcelain tile. The location is unbeatable if you’re looking to live at the town center!

Best place to live with no car!

Worked an open house event over here and Brandon was amazing.I know he had work to do and we did our best to stay out of his way - but he was so knowledgeable and I appreciate him so!

I’ve lived here as a homeowner for 3 years & have always felt safe. Most of the young people who are renting are mindful of the condo regulations. I am glad that units for rent are limited. The hallways are cleaned everyday but there are some dog owners who do not clean after their pets have accidents in the hallway. I always let theHOA know when I see these & they always promptly clean it up. The parking garage is pressure washed every month & the surroundings are well maintained. My biggest complaint is the dirty lake behind the property- the algae have practically covered half of the lake. 😕

Nice place to live. Mngt is generally on top of things. The condo units vary in size and some are not updated but some are very nice with nice floors. There are video cameras everywhere so overall it is very safe. Great location for Jacksonville, FL. Nice pool and nice covered parking garage.

Great place to live. There a lot of ways around the traffic. it just takes a little time to learn the schedules. I can be downtown at 8 with a 20 minute drive and to the beach in 10. I lived only in houses before this. The neighbors are so busy with their lives that the do not feel it necessary to intrude into mine. I love living here. There is something going on in the towncenter. Beautiful view of the lake. Unbelievable level of security.

Visited a friend. Good location in Jacksonville. Adjacent to Town Center and 10 minutes from the beach.

Went in today to view the apartments. Rang doorbell for about 5 minutes with others waiting at the door for someone to answer because on the front door it clearly read ring doorbell for assistance. Then later a woman come to open the door upset on the phone saying “THE DOOR WAS UNLOCKED” when instructions on the door clearing read ring doorbell. Walked in waiting while she was walking around on the phone. She walked up to me seemed annoyed asking what do I need. I told I was wanting to view the apartments. I tried online and didn’t get a response. She shrug her shoulders saying can’t help you. I asked who can? And as she is walking away she just says property manager. So I asked okay may I have the number, she went into another room and just ignores me. So I asked for her name, which she said Tonya, if she was taking the truth. Do not recommend.

Not impressed

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! EXTREMELY rude neighbors who act like they are too good to say hello in passing, pet owners NEVER clean up mess EVER!! There is ALWAYS pee or poop in the hallways. The management is extremely rude and disrespectful, they are never inside the office doing any actual managing, theyre either on a long lunch break or always on their personal cellphone. 9/10 of the IDIOTS that live here SPEED through this one way parking garage...I AM NOT EXAGGERATING I AM ALWAYS INCHES AWAY FROM A CAR ACCIDENT WHEN ENTERING OR EXITING THE GARAGE. The way its been built is very dangerous, (especially when u add into the equation these dumb drivers who speed and cut corners when turning), because its literally like a one way. If two people are coming towards each other one driver will have to stop and pull to the side in order for your vehicle NOT to be hit. And when I say in a split second another car will either be bumper to bumper with u, or trying to basically push u out of the garage if youre not driving fast enough for them!! Dont take my word for it, just ask to drive into the parking garage before moving in and TRUST ME YOULL SEE. The elevators are NEVER working properly, and literally almost gave my grandma a heart attack when it wouldnt open for her. She said shed rather take the stairs after that, every time Im on the elevator its getting stuck or making all kinds of noises that one would NOT want to hear on an elevator....ONCE AGAIN NOT EXAGGERATING it will open and close on its on from time to time with NO-ONE inside it. Hallways smell like animal urine, because nobody ever cleans it up. Oh if you dont renew your sticker for the tag on your vehicle, they will NOT give u until your birthday (which is legally when u have to renew your tag) your vehicle WILL BE TOWED!! Someone on management has a personal/financial relationship with someone at ASAP towing company, because they illegally tow vehicles all the time...just the other day I saw a vehicle get BROUGHT BACK by the towing company, and I saw him tow it the day before. Now we all know a tow company WILL NEVER BRING YOUR CAR BACK if it was towed for a legitimate reason. U MUST GO PAY $200 & pick it up yourself from who knows where. I could go on and on, but just see for yourself if you dont believe me. Just remember be prepared for RUDE neighbors who walk within inches of u, look down and not say hello when spoken to. RUDE management and maintenance, HORRIBLE drivers, ACCIDENT PRONE garage, FAULTY DEATH TRAP elevators!!!!!!!
