If they have an issue and you are a tenant, they will not contact you personally.... even if it’s something simple. Not really sure how to fix the issue when they refuse to come to you with said issue -_-

Lived here for almost 17 years. Its the most unorganized and political mess ever! Thur the years many of the BODs ignore several of the covenants, spend unnecessary money on pet projects, dont post meeting minutes for months and they never consult homeowners on matters that affect them financially!
