Well I live here . downtown can be a little rough but in general its not bad at all . some major plushies are the Jacksonville bus terminal is not too far away .

Giving this low because of the front desk staff. I asked to speak to a resident and stated their name the gentleman laughed proceeded to say WHO? handed the phone to a woman and said you have to take this while laughing excessively. Then the woman is like maam we dont take messages at the front desk then hung up on me. Not sure what kind of establishment is being run here but management should do something about their front desk staff. They need to learn proper phone handling skills.

Employees are rude

Great place to live.If I knew then what I know nowI would have kept looking!Management is horrible,They like to intimidate.The floor maintenance isAllowed to talk to tennantsHow ever they want, front desk peopleCall out tennants apartment numbersOver the intercom, most are untrained.Cant walk outside with outBeing pestered by homeless people,And the city doesnt care about the area.I could go on and on. If you love your family membersDont let them live here.
