I had a great experience with Dr. Namba!Process was rather quick and simple. Booked my appt & paid, submitted my medical records that listed my qualifying conditions 48 hours prior to appt, Met with Dr. and was in and out within 15 minutes and registered in the MMUR before I made it to my car. The office was very clean, well kept and there’s also a whole table full of coupons and various information on strains, dispensary’s, and the benefits of cannabis for you to take with you. AGE disclaimer: You can call DOCMJ and to determine whether or not certain doctors have age restrictions(because some do) However, this was not an issue I faced and I’m under 24.

From online Tech help which was really great, to Dr. NAMBA. I got lucky getting M. Mamba for my Dr. He is highly intelligent and informative. Hes really helped me through this Pandemic on-line along with some very insightful information to my health. Most Drs. dont even know what the word is I have. He knew, told me where, how to get relief in these uncertain times. Im so greatful for his insight. Thank you, hoping to be my abbynormal self soon. Have Dr. appt. set up asap. I believe he is spot on. 2 hospitals just kept testing me but not fixing the problem. GREATFUL!!!

Paid money for a prescription I never received... until I posted this review.

My experience was very good, from the time I walked in, and was greeted most pleasantly by the receptionist, she is awesome, and when meeting the doctor, he took the time to explain everything per my recommendation, answered every question or concern, even took the time to question my medical issues and history, and very clearly explained how the treatment would work, what form to take, how much, and when, which I really appreciated

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. Very helpful in educating me and compassionate staff. They printed out instructions that were perfect for completing the steps I needed to. Easy to follow. (this was important to me, as I felt overwhelmed at first)

Wonderful experience, lovely greeter/nurse (@spring glen) I was slightly nervous until I arrived; you feel welcome & they appreciate that you need to be there. Dr. Namba was extremely professional yet understanding & offered great knowledge to get me started. HIGHLY recommend.

I am brand new to the medical marijuana world and Dr. Namba took the time to explain the entire process and all the delivery options in detail. Professionalism at its best. Super informative with the utmost care; compassion to say the least. Timely visit all around. Friendly nurses and the doctors take their time with each patient accordingly. Easier than my primary! If only they offered offices close to home. The only thing worth an hour plus drive is Disney.

I suffer anxiety attacks. Even though I was prepared and checked my route before leaving home , I got nervous because I was traveling without phone or GPS. Panic set in , I second guessed myself and got lost. I was so nervous that I would loose my money and wouldnt be seen. If Im ten minutes late at pain management thats what would happen and Id have to wait five weeks for a new appointment. I arrived 17 minutes late. The nurse was VERY nice. I didnt even loose my place in time slot. To my advantage they were running late. Im not saying its okay to run late and it wont happen again , but they were very nice. Noah is wonderful for releaving anxiety and will answer any question. Noah is amazing , always kind and supportive no matter how many little sprouts he has .

Was gonna give this place a good review bc the receptionist was so accommodating but the Dr appt felt rushed. Wasn’t very friendly either. THC has been helping me for a while now but even though I’m an adult apparently “I’m too young to have THC”. Never going back there again. She made me feel like my problems didn’t matter and only the money mattered. She gave me a CBD recommendation which I can already get at cheaper prices and it actually helps.

Simple and everyone was very nice having a little trouble trying to register , but they walk me through everything and the number they gave me for the other end with the gov. They helped me the rest of the way, even stay on the phone with me till they had everything they needed, and Im approved.

Dr. Nancy Chiarello was unprofessional, rude, condescending and not helpful at all. Will not recommend this doctor to anyone ever! Absolutely horrible experience! If you do go through docMj, do yourself a favor and request another doctor, or go somewhere else!

Such a serene atmosphere - has never been more than 2 other people in there (awesome for the anxious peeps) LOTS of info /pamphlets - we stock up on biz cards to hand out 😉

Scam watch out they took my money the dr. wouldnt even see me because I did not submit medical records that I did not have from a car accident that happened 16 years ago. If you want your card go some where else

Dr Eckert is excellent and very helpful I definitely recommend him.

VERY DECEIVING . I paid up front for my initial visit , and 6 month follow up. I received the call for booking my follow up and was told I had to pay yet ANOTHER $169.00. My follow up appointment was already paid for in my package , however they require you to now pre-pay for another year. If you dont do it right then during the phone call they will not honor your follow up services. What if you dont want to continue on with them ?? They are forcing you to pay another year or refusing to give you a service they already charged you for ?? Needless to say , the Media will be advised of this scam. You should be advised as well. The only service I really received was one visit for an evaluation.
