I’ve been a patient since 2019 and have never had a bad experience here. I love that they certify for 7 months instead of 3, and Dr. Jones is very sweet and easy to talk to. Maddison is always upbeat and personable, and she always knows about the best discounts! She’s proactive in making sure everything is in order for your visit so it’s seamless and quick and just has a good energy about her. I would definitely recommend Certified Associates if you’re looking to get your medical card

We had a delayed start due to timing but the rep stayed with me, we worked out the issues and it came together quickly. A bit more expensive than other cannabis doctors but the rep took care of every single detail. Money well spent!

I was certified at this office couple months ago And everything was good so far. I had to call today to try to ask for a letter of going to court dealing with some child support issues concerning financial obligations.Just basically was trying to ask for a written letter from the office to the judge showing the judge that I am being treated. Just as for a simple letter cant even get that spent $300 on the certification. And this is what I get some rude behind staff and Find out these past couple weeks that other offices give out cheaper prices a lot cheaper like $100 here 125 there. And that dont top it off with the expensive prices on the marijuana in the dispensaries does not make it any better. I will just not recertify after this

I am with the guy that commented below. Maddison is a real rockstar and any company that has her really has a true gem for an employee. We have been dealing with her for about a month now (first for my fiances card and now for my caregiver card) and she has gone SO over the top in her assistance for this whole process. I honestly dont know where to begin without writing a book instead of a review. From the very first phone call trying to set up an appointment we had a great experience. So great that after speaking to some others (who were also wonderful at a another one of their locations) that we called and canceled our appointment in Deland, and drove all the way to Jacksonville for our appointment. Seriously, with her background coming from Colorado and experience in the industry, Maddison is so very knowledgeable and was able to answer the DOZENS of questions I had. Anyone else surely would have had enough of me and my cluelessness in this new venture, but she really took the time with us and was very patient. My fiance laughed at me when I told him I was excited to go meet her at our appointment. As a business owner who has worked in customer service my whole life, Maddisons customer service really stood out to me. Even with how overwhelmed and busy they get she is still always so dilligent with following up with me and staying on top of things even when I forget! The other lady working the day of our appointment was fantastic as well, I wish I could remember her name. She was very friendly and compassionate to my fiance and his situation. We dealt with Dr Schwartz while there and he is a real stand up guy as well. He made sure our info was all submitted in a timely manner and was even patient with us when we had an error we made on our paperwork and he had to correct it in his system. Since the initial process and before receiving our card, we have had an address change on my fiances ID and Maddison was on top of it lightning fast to make sure we had no issues with my fiance receiving his card in a timely manner. I cant even begin to explain how this saved my fiances butt in a legal situation that could have went bad had she not been so on it.We initially planned on switching to Deland after our initial setup, but with the fantastic experiences we have had dealing with this location, we have instead decided to make the extra drive in the future when its time for renewals. I highly recommend CMMD for all your medical marijuana card needs. They really do have the best prices, customer service and do everything by the books. Which is a fantastic feature when you hear of so many other locations being closed down for cutting corners which really hurts the patients in the long run. For anyone local or willing to make the drive, I highly recommend this location. I have been sending everyone I know here when they ask me how our experience was getting the card.
