SKIP IT! All they want is your $$$$Most unprofessional office I’ve ever been to. Showed up at 10:40 —10 minutes early for paperwork. Appointment at 10:50. Waiting room had 3 people in it. At 11:15 I asked how long. She didn’t know and said your appointment was at 10:50. In other words, you’ve only been waiting 25 minutes. I work for a living and manage a pretty tight schedule! While waiting I saw the receptionist/nurse slam the waiting room door shut several times, slam the sliding glass partisan (between the waiting room and front desk) multiple times (alarming slams) and I watched another person waiting about 20 minutes panic about missing his next appointment, and leave. The receptionist said “good luck finding another specialist!” Wow, talk about disrespect. I waited another 30 minutes, listening to slamming doors and a rude receptionist be snappy with people who called in. Not to mention she already took my insurance card and requested my credit card immediately. So they take payment but they don’t tell you your wait is over an hour. Sorry! Thank god I didn’t give her my card to charge because after 65 minutes of slamming doors and rude people I left.

Horrible front office!! If your time is valuable do not go here. Rude and unprofessional can not even keep appointments correct!

Great staff, from front office with sheila and (I’m sorry I don’t remember your name) to back. And the nurse that I saw the most was Teresa, and she’s amazing. Dr Davies always has time for you, very professional, a magician at biopsies and scopes, and always so kind. A straight shooter. Recommended highly!
