Dr Moon is extremely thorough and she truly instills confidence. She’s also warm and very caring. She has caught some nasty skin cancers at a very early stage. I highly recommend her

Above and beyond to give you the best treatment and plan. They do a great job keeping your file electronic which includes photos of progression and results from any treatment. It is a wait to become a new patient but worth it for the best care.

Would not recommend if you are a new patient.I am new to Jacksonville - and had been referred here by a current patient. I called and emailed (as it says on their site to do) - they got back to me promptly which is great. I am in the area and have a flexibility to pop over.**Apparently they are fully booked until July 20th. About 46 days out from today (6/4) for a simple consultation. This was surprising to me considering the handful of dermatologists practicing here. Im not sure if this is a common trend, but I sadly did not feel welcomed over the phone by the appointment coordinator, she sounded irritated and felt as though I should call somewhere else. I apologize for the review but I am also bummed as I heard great things and had very high hopes on meeting the awesome dermatologists here.

The office staff and doctors are knowledgeable, professional and patient focused! I’m new to this area and have never had such an incredible dermatology experience! I’ll never see another dermatology group... Stephanie Ortman and Ines O’Shaughnessy are incredibly competent doctors!!!

The office is well-organized and efficient. I was greeted immediately, signed papers electronically, within 3 minutes brought back to a room with an assistant who took all the necessary information. The wait time for the doctor was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Ines was thorough, friendly, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

In this day in age when a specialist spends perhaps 3 minutes with you and leaves you feeling that you were number 32 on a list of 40 they must see today, Dr. Stephanie Ortman is a pleasant and welcome surprise.Thorough, professional, wonderful bedside manner and one who takes the time to understand any issue you may have and actually explain a recommended course of treatment.I could not be happier with her professional and personal way of practicing medicine.I recommend her without hesitation or reservation.

Dr. Moon is always exceptional.... takes her time and answers all my questions. I have recently had to take my ten year old son to her and she is GREAT with him! So patient and explains things so that he can understand....... So personable and genuine!

I love this office. I have been going here for years. It’s far from my house and at one point I thought I would try a closer dermatologist. Not worth it. Dr. Marty is my doctor and she’s the best! I never feel rushed and in this office, there’s practically no wait.

Just had my first visit to First Coast Dermatology. I was very impressed with the kindness and efficiency of the staff. Dr. OShaunassey was great and provided a very thorough examination. Scheduled an appointment for a few concerns on my skin and had questions and concerns put at ease; additionally, I was able to ask other questions and receive further advice on other things not related to my visit. I did not have care for my toddler as I just moved here and was reluctant to schedule an appointment for sake of not dealing with the hassle but it meant a lot that the staff was so understanding and welcoming of us and I appreciate you all making us feel welcomed. Left a message that I would appreciate an appointment as soon as possible to have a couple of items examined because hiip replacement surgery scheduled in 30 days and was delighted to be able to see Dr. Moon this past week. Very little waiting time and always appreciate that she remembers me and previous treatments. Two areas were of sufficient concern for Dr. Moon to send them off for review but the cutting part was almost pain free. I have confidence in Dr. Moon and appreciate the friendly and professional staff at FCD!

I had a mole removal there about a year ago. The office was convenient and the staff were professional and friendly. They offered to send me to a plastic surgeon to ensure no scarring, but I chose to let them do the work. A year later I have barely any sign of a scar...great experience!

They are the best! I love Dr. Marty she is so good and does a great job. She took a small lesion off my arm and I never felt it. I have been a nurse for 30 years and am very critical of health care providers and I cant say enough good things about Dr. Marty and this office.

Just went in to have stitches taken out. I was there less than 10 minutes . I went to tfstment room in less than 5 minutes waiting. Took maybe 3-4 minutes to get stitches out, no waiting! Then out! Very efficient and everyone was friendly.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Marty for more than 10 years. We moved to the Northside more than 8 years ago, and were so happy with Dr. Marty that we make that drive to keep her as our dermatologist. Shes great!

Not only was the staff great with me, they were great with my two year old son who ended up having to come with me last minute due to a scheduling conflict. They gave him stickers, talked to him and comforted him while I was getting a biopsy done. It was a great experience all around and I would recommend them to everyone. Dr. OShaghennesy (spelling?) was very thorough and helpful as well. They will definitely be my dermatologist of choice.

Dr. Swartz and the office staff are terrific. While the Dr. examined me she made several suggestions about over the counter products that would help with dry skin and other skin related conditions. At one point I thought Ill never remember all this and I jokingly said to Kellie, I hope your taking notes - to which she replied I am, thats what Im here for. What a relief to know that I didnt have to worry about remembering all the details. At the end of my appt. Kellie handed me my prescription plus a goody bag with samples and coupons for the products Dr. Swartz recommended.

They are all so nice and professional every time I have had a visit. They take the time to answer and question and concerns.

Look out for the overcharge and ripoff here!! 10 min office visit for 4mm spot which we all knew was nothing to begin with, $300. If they claim they take your insurance upfront, BEWARE!! That means nothing. Have to say my referring doc also an idiot, has to take some of the blame, as he is in-network and supposed to refer in-network for my insurance.

My primary care doctor mentioned to me that they are the best for skin treatment , this is the man and the man upstairs , who saved my life . The man upstairs has saved my life 3 times
