You only get one chance to make a first impression. Dr. Storch and his team were VERY impressive. First, the team is well-prepared and have taken the necessary steps to ensure a CLEAN, Safe environment for all of the patients - which is critical these days. The entire staff makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. No Guilt. This was my initial visit, each step of the exam and consultation was explained with as much detail as needed. Patients are not just welcomed to ask questions, they are encouraged. The entire process was positive from the initial phone call with scheduling, checking in with the receptionist, initial exam with Morgan, detailed exam with Dr. Storch and developing the plan with Lauren. A very VERY positive experience.

I have spent thousands of dollars with this business. Early this year I moved. I never received an e-mail or phone call that I had $20.00 outstanding, but they sent my account to collections - without ever communicating with me. I dont doubt that they mailed something to me, but nobody can be expected to remember every business they have dealings with when they move. Youd think they would have the courtesy to at least have a conversation with someone who spent thousands with them before turning them over to collections over $20.00. Ill spend the remainder of this afternoon leaving negative feedback everywhere possible.

These are some of the friendliest people! The dentist greeted me in passing, and he told me to enjoy my cleaning. Amelia did a great job! I got so comfortable by the time she was done that I almost fell asleep. There definitely was the necessary scraping and water-pic work. However, even though Amelia was very thorough, she was also very gentle.

I was referred to Dr. Storch by my dentist due to a number of teeth with recessed gums. After an evaluation, gum graft surgery was recommended and completed. Being the type of person who gets dental anxiety, I can assure you that the dentist and staff were very supportive and helpful. Two weeks post-op today, and everything has healed nicely. Im so happy I had this done and am grateful to this practice.

If there was a Horrible Experience category this practice would deserve that rating. They do not return phone calls, even left several messages with Hillary for office manager and never even got a courtesy call back. They cancel percedures an hour and a half before it s scheduled to begin. It took four months to get a scheduled date for surgery after insurance was submitted by Hillary in September for surgery that never happened.Dont waste your time let alone your money!

Also took time for consideration of breastfeeding mama/ medication concerns, coming up with a plan that works for everyone.**UPDATE**. The surgery itself was far better than I anticipated. I also had some wound issues (no fault of the periodontist, just a possible side effect), and the office staff & Dr Bianco have been phenomenal about continuing to check up on me. If I had known that this procedure was going to go this easily, I would have had it completed years ago.
