I absolutely love this dentist office. I was in the military and moved around for over a decade and by far this is the best dentist practice Ive ever been to. The front desk and office manager are incredible and have gone above and beyond many times to help me with insurance and friendly and so supportive! Appointments are easy to get or reschedule. Superior decor, top notch equipment, technology, and even has TVs in the ceiling as a bonus. Dr. Palmer is very educated, patient, listens to your concerns and offers all stages and variations of treatment options tailored to you. ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been taking my family here for two years. We are fairly new to the area and we’re happy to find this practice so close to where we live. The staff is friendly professional and very helpful. I have an adult son with autism. The staff are absolutely wonderful with him. So much that he actually looks forward to his dental appointments!! Dr. Humphreys is a very good dentist and she makes you feel relaxed when you’re in her chair. She is knowledgeable and very GENTLE. I am very happy with this family orientated practice.

Everyone was very nice. On vacation in Jacksonville and they fit me right in. Had to get a new crown. Excellent work feels great. My daughter and son-in-law goes to them and loves them too.

This was both myself and my husband’s first visit to Dr Parker after having relocated to the area and we can not say enough how amazing it was! The entire staff is so friendly and really does all they possibly can to make your experience fantastic from the instant you walk in until you leave. We had intensive cleanings as well as 3 cavities filled (both of us had never had fillings before so if anyone would be sensitive to the process it would be us and it was 100 percent pain free). They take pictures before they do any work and then after and you would not believe the difference of the two side by side (before and after shots) post cleaning. Every bit of the plaque and bacteria were totally gone! Amazing really that it was that effective. The summary basically is this: feel confident in selecting them for your dental needs because they are super competent and equally kind! I honestly read reviews when i make my choices in life and would not steer a fellow review reader wrong. I rate them a 10/10!

AMAZING friendly staff and service. I had my first root canal this morning. The staff and Dr. explained everything to expect and during procedure in great detail. I had some pain due to the severity of the abscessed tooth, but that was due to the pressure of the infection. It was much quicker than I expected, and I had full feeling back in my mouth 1 hour after my visit. I expected to be down for the day, but was able to return to work immediately following without a bit of discomfort. I have never been satisfied with a dentist. And Im not a finicky person. I was above and beyond happy with my experience here. I highly recommend. The office is very soothing as well with coffee and drinks available on arrival. Yay!Thank you Gentle Dentist!

I’ve lived in Jacksonville for 15 years & have been to a handful of different dentists, but I have finally found my dental office for life at Beaches Gentle Dentistry. From the clinical side to the clerical side, everyone is so pleasant and kind. Unlike some other offices I’ve been to, instead of pushing treatment plans on you, they really take the time to explain what’s best for you vs. what you probably don’t need to waste your money on. I cannot recommend this office enough.

Awesome first experience here! From the first phone call for them to get me in until I left the door. Susie was super accommodating to help me find something to fit my schedule. The assistant, dentist and hygienist were all very welcoming. I do not like enjoy going to the dentist at all but this was by far the most pleasant ive had. I have a lot of work to do on my teeth and will 100% go back here.

What a great experience! Got me in super quick with a dental emergency. Great, dental work and everyone was extremely nice. Obviously, take care of your teeth, but if you have to have a root canal or a crown, I highly recommend!

I am a caregiver for a woman with severe Huntingtons disease. I took her to beaches dentistry in the hopes that they would be able to give her a cleaning and exam. Unfortunately she cannot be still enough to get an x-ray. the dentist and the office staff worked for 2 hours to try to help her. They very kind and very patient and because they were unable to treat her they did not charge for the visit. I found them very professional kind caring.

Honestly the smoothest and best dental experience I’ve had in a while. I saw Dr. Melissa Palmer today at Beaches Gentle Dentistry and she truly is the best dentist in town. She is so knowledgeable about what options and treatment plans you have available. Also while being gentle and kind during the visit. I was so comfortable and relaxed during my appointment, which I rarely am while visiting the dentist. Her staff is just as sweet and amazing. Throughout my visit each staff member I encountered was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable when explaining what was going. I left her office feeling confident we had a plan in place for my dental care moving forward. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Melissa Palmer.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. 5 starsDental work was not great. 2 starsI scheduled to get some cavities removed and filled. As far as the procedure goes it went fine. I didnt have any pain or issues and I was comfortable throughout the process. It wasnt until after each procedure ( I had 3 total) I had sensitive teeth. At first I thought a few days would be fine but by the following week it was painful. After the second and third visit I couldnt help but feel upset that I spent so much time to get this done even with the covid restrictions in place and I feel worse than when I first went in. As much as I want to go back in for them to fix all of this I just feel that its not worth more money to spend at this place. Im sure I was the unlucky person to have this happen here but I wish the staff the best of luck and hope no one else goes through this.

Had a routine cleaning and first exam. Dr. Palmer and staff were very informative with the process. Pictures of my teeth were shown before the cleaning which identified where I need to brush better. The offices are very new and clean. Staff was friendlyConsidering I was the last patient of the day I did not feel rushed. Happy to recommend.

Went in for yearly cleaning. Took xrays since new patient. Explained I needed some work done that would cost thousands of dollars. I knew dental work was expensive, but wow. A few weeks later I got my claim in the mail from the insurance company, turns out this dentist was out of network. Not one person in that whole office ever mentioned I was out of network, which explains the extremely high cost.Called to schedule follow up appointment and wanted explanation of cost, no one ever called me back.The dental hygienist I got was wonderful.

I would highly recommend their services. They have the best customer service and such of great interaction with their patients. From the reception, assistant, doctor, etc. I have not seen in any other place with such of friendly environment and very professional. Thank you all for the great service.

Not sure how the service was cause we were denied services due to my client being in a wheelchair. Was told being she may scream from having anxiety itd be best for us to go elsewhere. Never did they attempt to help us. Thanks gentle dentistry, sorry for the whole being handicapped issue💕

The dentist was condescending, arrogant and clearly eager to end her day. The rest of the staff was apologetic and kind in their interactions with me.I left this office feeling embarrassed, exhausted, and most importantly, untreated.I cant recommend going here for much of anything, unless your life is simply short on negatively and being treated like a number.I had an appointment for 4pm, and am not the easiest dental patient due to a strong gag reflex.
