The staff is great and the program is very doable for a lifestyle change! Its not expensive. I normally dont like things that require support group types of settings however, this feels totally different. Its like a group of friends who meet and share information about what works and what doesnt. The people are wonderful; they are very encouraging and friendly. I actually look forward to going. Im loosing weight, even when I dont exercise. Im also able to eat and Im not starving myself like I have before. Again, this is not a short term diet. Its a lifestyle change! Im all in!!
