Dr. Holtz is absolutely amazing. The office is so quaint. He is very welcoming and gets right to work. He explains every xray and nerve examine with thorough detail leaving no question unanswered. He walks you through everything, every step of the way. Noticing that my back and neck were in worse shape than I was hoping, he offered solutions for every curveball my spine and neck threw his way. Very informative, professional, personable and caring. He truly wants to help you. Despite the common soreness after an adjustment, I already have more mobility in my neck. Dr. Holtz even made a follow up call before he left the office for the evening. His knowledge and dedication to his clients is refreshing. Dr. Holtz intake of xrays and discussion of my condition is something other chiropractors have never done. I have severe osteoarthritis pain and stiffness in my neck and back. On my first visit I am seeing improvements. I have confidence in his knowledge and abilities. I have a slight improvement on range of motion in my neck already. Looking forward to seeing the improvements his treatment plan will produce.

Wow! I was in dire need of an adjustment for a neck issue and came across Integrity Health & Wellness online. Honeslty I was in pain and willing to see just about anyone. After calling Integrity Health and Wellness to see if I could get in Dr. Holtz personally called me to discuss my needs and fit me right in that day (come to find out he even canceled personal appointments to see me). Dr. Holtz was so kind and accommodating. He was a educator of sorts, pulling up graphics and xray results to TEACH me about my spine, neck, and posture. I walked in simply wanting and adjustment and walked out not only feeling a 100% difference but knowing more about my spine and neck than I could have imagined! There are no coincidences in this world and I would 100% recommend Integrity Health & Wellness to anyone in need of chiropractic care!

I had horrible lower back pain that made walking extremely difficult - to the point that I was in tears. Of course this happened on a holiday weekend and I was sure I was going to end up in the ER because who would be open on a holiday weekend?!?! Dr. Holtz to the rescue! He stayed open later on a Saturday to evaluate me. The evaluation was the most thorough evaluation I’ve EVER had by a chiropractor. The x-rays were so helpful. After dealing with lower back pain for over a year due to a soccer incident, Dr.Holtz has definitely helped me out. You can tell he’s passionate and loves his job, he goes into great detail and takes his time explaining everything before adjusting you. You never feel rushed at all, after the first adjustment I felt instant relief and was able to sleep on my back without it hurting anymore. I was in a lot of pain and have never been to a chiropractor before. Doc Holtz went wayyy above the call of duty for me! I’m VERY grateful for his compassion even though my results from the x-rays weren’t what I expected. Doc Holtz created a short term plan and I am sticking to it. He even gave me a call later after my appointment to make sure my pain had decreased and I was feeling better! Obviously, I will need a few more appointments to assure healing, but I’m looking forward to feeling comfortable with Doc through my process!

I came in to receive an initial consult and adjustment for lower back pains that had been extremely painful for about 3 days. Dr Holtz was very professional and seemed to genuinely care about what I was experiencing. He took digital X-rays and was very thorough in explaining them in a way I could understand. After about 8-10 mins on what I would describe as an automated massaging table I received my initial adjustment from Dr Holtz. Especially shocked when I felt some instant relief in my back. The pain was not completely gone, but to my surprise it was very manageable at its current level. We scheduled my next appointment and I am looking forward to seeing my progress with Integrity Health. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because it’s my initial visit, I am completely satisfied as of now. I will come back and update to a 5 star after I have some more visits logged if I am still this satisfied. I recently had received care at a franchised chiropractic establishment just before switching to Dr.Holtz at Integrity clinic. The difference between the two clinics was extremely salient. At the other clinic, passed amongst multiple doctors, I felt commodified; the adjustments felt routine, lacked personalization, and attention to detail.Whereas Dr. Holtz was is a serious one-man show, not beholden to corporate oversight, nor is he lax in his approach. He runs an incredibly clean and inviting clinic from which he offers a wide range of services. I started my wellness journey with Dr Holtz a month ago. Dr Holtz customized a plan for me based off of my evaluation and x-rays, I’ve been seeing him for adjustments 3 days a week for the last 4 weeks and I’m noticing major improvements with the ailments I was having prior to his chiropractic work. His office is beautiful, he has top of the line technology and equipment and has been very through with explaining valuable information, and his staff members have all been very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Holtz should probably be labeled a miracle worker! I finally decided to make my first trip ever to a chiropractor after nothing was helping the pain I was experiencing in my neck. I was very pleasantly surprised when he went out of his way to get me in the day I reached out, even though he was booked. I felt nearly immediate relief and was so shocked that he even cared enough to take the time to check in with me following the adjustment. I also was highly impressed with the app he provides his patients for customized exercises. Dr Holtz has been great, he is very thorough. I have been to multiple chiropractors before and have never been told about the cause of my hip issues, only to keep coming back for adjustments. First appt with Dr Holtz he put a heel lift in my shoe and my hip has never felt so good. It has also helped my stability in working out and in my golf swing. 2nd round after the heel lift I shot the lowest round of my life. I feel significantly more stable in my swing and follow through. Starting every appt with the reaction bed is awesome. I would definitely recommend Dr Holtz to anyone!

I have never been to a chiropractor prior to my most recent visits. My doctor couldn’t diagnose my shoulder and arm pain so a coworker recommended I go to Integrity and give it a try. My back was a mess... could hardly even walk. I was in tremendous pain could not get comfortable or sleep. Muscle spasms every time you move...Life was miserable ....Dr Holtz got my spine and hips realigned and within 2-3 visits I was able to feel like a person again. I Could do daily activities. ( get in and out of car, get in and out of bed, take shower and go to the bathroom. ) we take these activities for granted when you normal. I have been to many chiropractors before and Dr. Holz has met all my needs. His adjustment skills are fantastic and he has many other services he provides as well. The best around Jackson for sure!!

Danielle got me at my worst. And made me feel my best! So, I went to see Danielle on an emotional, stress-filled Monday after work. I had just came down with the strep throat/sinus infection forbthe season. I was sore, cranky and had been holding tension in my shoulders for the majority of the day. I was a mess. But, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff and Danielle was very accommodating. Soft music, the scent of lavender & vanilla, and dim lights met me in the massage room. The heated table was wonderful...just the right amount of warmth on my aching joints. Professional and thorough, Danielle managed to massage the cruddy feelings of the day away! She has a great pressure technique that she used on my clavicles that was THE BEST! Ultimately, I had a great massage and plam on returning soon. Thank you Danielle and Integrity Health & Wellness!

Integrity health and wellness offers the best chiropractic care I have ever received. (And I have been to many chiropractors). All of the staff are so kind and caring and are so good about taking the time to hear any questions or concerns you may have. They cared for me during my pragnancy as well and helped me be nearly pain free through my entire pregnancy. I have gone to them for over a year and I would very highly recommend going here for any chiropractor and massage therapy needs!

From the moment I walked in I could tell I was being cared for , they stunned me with all the tests they did to figure out how to fix me , most places just throw you on the table and that’s that and the amount of information shows their dedication to their clients. Rhonda is quick to get you taken care of and super great and very kind to my girls while we are there. The office is always so bright and clean . And Jim is just amazing !! I’m so thrilled with my experience with him , I use to suffer with migraines weekly and headaches daily since my first visit with him I’ve felt a major change and have had a couple headaches but no migraines . I would highly recommend them to any one and every one .

My back and leg pain are gone in less than 3 months. Rhonda is very professional and friendly, always has a smile and a cheery hello. She is very accommodating with the schedule. Dr. Holtz explains what hes going to do every time. No surprises in his treatment. He takes time to have a conversation during his treatment which helps to make the atmosphere in the office relaxing and welcoming. Ashley is the best massage therapist ever!. This office has it all.

Great service and good pricing

Great service, always available for quick adjustments and and flexible hours. I don’t write many reviews but the care and services are worth it. All the staff can make you smile, even when you’re having a bad day.

I had a great massage at Integrity Health & Wellness, I left very relaxed and plan to schedule again. Dr. Holtz could not have been more pleasant to talk with and completely engaged in conversation with active listening. It seems quite often these days doctors see you as a body and an appointment time and not a person. Dr. Holtz was the opposite of that, I could not have been any happier with my experience at his office.

Dr. Holtz is great, very knowledgeable and informative, I reccomend him to all my family and friends! When I started coming to his practice I was miserable and in constant pain, he made me feel very comfortable and promised I would get some relief, he devised a plan for me, gave me helpful tips and exercises and Im happy to say I am currently pain free and feeling great.

Been going to Dr. Holtz for about a year now. The atomosphere has always been very professional and friendly and they offer a variety of different services from chiropractic, to massages and CPR classes. I highly recommend this place!
