My husband just had an appt. Here and just like the other pain clinics they wouldnt listen to him about what tests really needed to be done. He has to have a ct scan with barium and they would only do a regular ct scan. And told him that everything was fine and nothing showed up. Funny thing there is a report at methodost north in memphis that shows his old neck fractures, the arthritis, 19 herniated disks, and a thrombosa lower rt. . he is only trying to get his lyrica. Because he also has 2 kindsof neuropathy. And I am trying really hard not to cry right now! Shame on you cody!!!!!!

The Doctor was polite and he put the ultrasound on my knee to get the correct spot to give me the injection! He was accurate, quick, and made it seem so easy for the both of us!! I highly recommend this doctor!!

Nurse Krystal needs a new attitude. How is she gonna be horribly rude to a patient who is already suffering chronic pain and constant anxiety, she ALLOWED THIS WOMAN TO LEAVE when her heart rate was WELL OVER STROKE LEVELS. This is malpractice and it is dangerous. I would advice asking for a nurse who can do her job properly. I almost had to call the ER and bring my mother in because MISS KRYSTAL TURNER ALMOST KILLED HER. You will not get away with this. Like I said, Krystal Turner for those of you needing to know who to ask to stay away from.

Everybody at spectrum pain clinic is nice and courteous, dr Hall explains what he is doing and what to expect,the nursing staff is remarkable

I have been to many pain Clinics in last 10 yrs.But here i feel like they care about my pain and treatment. Just had testing done to possibly fix some arthritis in back. Praying all goes well..I thank them for trying and caring

It was very pleasant. It wasnt as bad as I thought. I worried about it for 2 days.

Today was my first visit and I love them. The staff is super friendly and doesnt prejudge you. Dr. Turner is amazing! She is very friendly and out going. She takes her time upon assessment. She already has done more to help my pain without pain medicine. I can honestly say I am happy to be a patient there.

Dr. Luster!! This amazing woman is a lifesaver! She’s been taking care of my pain management for the last several months and it’s been such a blessing! She’s always there to assist me with any and all questions and concerns that I may have in regard to my treatment. Her bedside manners are the absolute BEST I’ve ever encountered in my life. She in no shape, fashion or form ever makes me feel as though I’m nuts or that my quality-of-life should be lower than anyone else’s simply due to my illness. I cannot dwell and brag on her enough!!Where there’s a great Dr, you know they possess a great support system! The nurses who assist me from the time I am called back, until the time I exit the clinic are just as professional, pleasant, knowledgeable & caring as Dr. Luster (even the young lady who was just starting her first day on the job about a week ago—during my last visit)!! The woman who schedules the dates for my next appointment/procedure also assists me with any billing questions. SHE IS ON TOP OF HER GAME ALWAYS! Even if she can’t answer my question right then, she will find out the answer for me and get back to me—or even have someone else do it—as soon as she finds out the CORRECT answer.The only thing that bothered me (especially during my last appointment on January 20th, 2021) was the attitude of the young lady who assists patients when they first arrive in the clinic. She seemed to be bothered and having a bad day. It seemed as though everybody who approached that window got on her last nerve. Maybe she was simply having a bad day...don’t know...but I do know that she’s patients’ first impression on that clinic and the staff operating it...and it was not pleasant...trust me, no one would be coming there if it weren’t deemed necessary by another respective health care provider.Anyways—one person’s attitude is definitely not enough to negatively rate this establishment and its valuable healthcare workers! Kudos to this entire team and I cannot thank you all enough for helping me gain my quality of life back & for not making me feel bad in doing so! *Reva I. Prescott*

I was referred to this place by my Doctor months ago, I have called and left several messages as I was told to do and have yet to receive a call about my referral even though their voicemail says they will call you back within 24 hours. Bad Business !!

I tried this place after CPS closed down. I had to go through spinal injections (already had with no help at CPS), was asked to try physical therapy which I’ve been through numerous times with no help, asked to try nerve conduction test to rule out nerve damage in legs. Damage is to spine, not legs. When I mentioned changing pain meds because I felt like mine weren’t working anymore, I was ignored several times. I had much better doctors at CPS that listened & cared. I just weaned myself off pain meds & quit this place. They need to learn compassion & bedside manners. I’m living in pain everyday. I have no idea what else to do or where I might possibly go to get relief. Any suggestions??

Not just a pain clinic. They are very thorough with their patients to figure out the best treatment for them. Extremely friendly staff.

If your older dont bother. They dont understand nor care even if you have proof you have a reason to be in pain. Seems they would understand agitation & withdrawals of a person in pain.
