Quick, friendly and efficient. Could not ask for a better experience... unless they also fed me pancakes.

Realizing this is a walk-in clinic I expected to wait as its first come first serve for walk-ins. However they can and do make appointments as well.. Once I was seen as a walk-in, I was amazed with the care I did recieve. I had to make a follow-up appointment for 2-weeks. I was in and out in a half hour. A+ for quality care!

Very rude! Had an appointment scheduled for over a month for a Dot Physical they canceled the day of and only had one time available to reschedule for the following day. Governor closed schools and put everyone in a panic so I was advised to pick my child up from school since the majority of staff did were not there. Subsequently I was 7 minutes late the receptionist gave me an attitude before I even said a word to her and told me the doctor refused to do my physical. Needless to say ill be going to Ann arbor where they treat patients as human beings I will never do business with Henry Ford Again! This isnt my first bad experience with them but it shall be my last :)

Would have preferred no stars as we waited for over 40 minutes, for a regular physical and when we asked the front desk they blew off our questions and pushed our 12:30 appointment to 1:06. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. And the building doesn’t have a bathroom on the first level, you have to wander around to find the elevators just to go one level down. Our appointment was around lunch time and was put off so the nurse/ practitioner could eat her cottage inn pizza 😁 would never recommend this occupational health center

Doctors are fine. They try to rush you through without actually checking it seems like. The receptionist Jenna is rude. Constantly being snippy and half the time forgets to actually inform the doctor I’m here till after my scheduled appointment.

I didn’t have to wait to long and they were quick and precise

Every time I’ve been here for an appointment I have waited at least an hour. Even for scheduled appointments. They will go well over the time of your appointment. I don’t understand the point of a scheduled appointment if I can’t get scene until an hour later? The lady’s at the front desk can be rude and so are the doctors. Would not recommend.

Marlize ( the german doctor) always tells me Im fat and writes it on your pre employment physical paperwork. Unprofessional and I dont like this place because of her. Who keeps someone from a job potential?? She might have a ph.d but she isnt smart!! I have been fat all of my life and she isnt going to change me by hurting me with her words.

Very unprofessional and rude! The wait time is always over and 1 1/2! This place is a joke
