Receptionist was very rude and short with people. Said “I wish there was something covering these windows because everybody looks at me”. Not very inviting. Although the technician was very nice and helpful.

DO NOT GO HERE! Not only was the lady rude, she is negligent. They took my urinalysis (drug test) on June 29th (they have proof I gave it), but sssigned it to the wrong person, so, the results could not be seen by my employer. My employer wanted to know why I skipped my drug test due to this grave mistake. I may miss out on this position because of incompetence. How can one mix up something so important? Mind you, this is a DOD job, and I am an engineer. They have yet to find my test, no one is returning my phone calls, and I am supposed to start my job next week. I have called over 30 times and left multiple messages. I had to drive 40 minutes in person to find out that they messed this up. I was told I would receive a call back once the gentleman spoke to a supervisor. Alas, I am still waiting.This is considered malpractice, and grounds for a lawsuit due to lost wages if this is not remedied.Edit:My response. If you were truly apologetic, then correct your mistakes. Find my sample, and inform my employer that I passed. How hollow can a response be?

I wish I knew the name of the lady working this Tuesday morning. Super rude and impatient. Im completely surprised shes comfortable being so rude in her workplace. Was back with her for a total of five minutes and she was rude on two subjects. I tried to stay light and make jokes but something is clearly wrong with her. Working alone must give you confidence.Ended up getting sick when following her (very rude) advice, so now my glucose test is compromised and I have to reorder it.Currently waiting for my other blood draws and Im super nervous to have her do it. I could just cry right here in the waiting room. Go to any quest but this one, Ive never had an experience like this at a Quest.

I was very rude to the woman at the Clinic today because I thought she was incompetent but turns out it was my doctors office. I am sorry to that woman she was blonde and working totally alone and new to the job. You should get her some help, and again I apologize to her for being rude. Giving one stars because I had to wait over an hour to find out she couldn’t do my urinalysis. It was not this woman’s fault but you really should have more than one person there. I left after closing and she still had to help 3 more people. Please pass my apologies to the woman she didn’t deserve it as she was overwhelmed enough as it was. Lori is great at her job, always respectful and welcoming, other labs struggle to find my fathers tiny blood vains. Lori always finds them at one poke.. she is really awesome 👌 I really recommend her.

Went there this morning and it turns out I didnt have the right paper work. Melissa went above and beyond to help me out. Would have given five stars but I dont like thier automative appointment setting. I wasnt able to talk to anyone ahead of my appointment. I had questions about fasting and could not get answers.

Easy, fast, painless, and professional and you can schedule your appointment online, Lori is very nice and friendly I told her that most people have a hard time because I have such small, thin veins and they end up poking me several times on both arms, before finally finding a spot on either of my hands. She felt around my arm, managed to quickly find two good veins, and went straight to work, highly recommended for your blood work

The front desk representative was extremely helpful in taking care of my pre employment drug test. I had read the office hours wrong, came in after close thinking it was still open and she was happy to accommodate. 10/5 would recommend. Thank you!

There was a 30 minute wait following my arrival for a pre-employment drug test due to their computer being slow. However, the customer service was fantastic and the staff on duty was very helpful and friendly.

By far the worst customer service experience I have had at a place like this. Staff was unprofessional and laughed when i attempted to explain my sensitive situation.

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. There were 3 of us attempting to get a pre employment drug screening. However, there were discrepancies in the infomation between the thrid party scheduling service and Quest Diagnostics. It would seem that this is a common error. However, the employee who was working the front counter treated each of us with such disrespect; she was unprofessional, rude, and otherwise unsavory. The actions of this employee shines negatively on the company as a whole and I do not wish to subject myself to this type of treatment again. To say I am going elsewhere for the screening is not enough. I believe I will do my very best to draw business away from Quest Diagnostics permanently.
