This is showing my sons name but I was the patient, Angela Reeves. I had an excellent experience with complete dental care in Jackson TN. I have high blood pressure that is also affected by anxiety and bad experiences with prior treatments at other places. Im also very difficult to get my gums pain free during procedures. I had to be put to sleep for 11 teeth to be surgically removed, several cut out. The surgeon was great and has a team that come on Mondays to Jackson. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I am a complicated case as my blood pressure was rising high but they put me to sleep and when I woke up my blood pressure was normal and I had no complications. I was on antibiotics from my family doctor, prior, during and after the surgery. I had adequate pain management also at home after surgery. I am so thankful as my health and diabetes was at risk without these teeth being removed. Thank you all!!

Terri Lane did an excellent job as far as customer service and her job. She assisted me in getting Destiny to hold my hand while she numbed me up. Very sweet. She made everything a breeze. I love coming to the dentist!!

My experience with Complete Dental Care was absolutely phenomenal! Mrs. Jordan sat down with me and explained my treatment plan. I was aware of the out of pocket expenses three weeks before the appointment.Dr. McLaughlin was a great oral surgeon! He explained exactly what he was going to be do during the procedure. I did not have any trouble or pain after the surgery! Highly recommend going there for all your dental needs!

Nice, clean and friendly dentist. My only dislike was when my 9 year old daughter was called to the back to get her teeth cleaned they placed a grown adult right beside her whom was getting work done as well. I didnt like that because every other chair was empty in the back were they were cleaning teeth it was only my daughter and this other adult so why not space them out during Covid times? Especially if all the other chairs are empty and no one is getting work done. Made me feel a bit awkward and I havent been back since not to say that I wont go back though.

If I could give complete dental care a 10 out of 10 I would when I walked through the door I was greeted with open arms. Every one made sure that I was doing ok the Assistant to the hygienist to the doctors them self. You can tell that every one at Complete Dental cares about you and wants your smile to be the best that it ever has. if you havent been you should. best dental place I have ever been to

I have had horrible experiences at the dentist previously before coming here. The Jackson staff was super nice and welcoming. It really felt like they valued me and my time being there. The told me everything that I needed to know going forward with getting my teeth fixed!! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

I had an appointment at this place & was told that i had to bring in a fairly large amount of money because my insurance was not covering the entire procedure. I asked if i could have half of the work down now and schedule half of the work later. The scheduler agreed then we discussed what i wanted done. She gave me my out of pocket expense and i agreed. The day of my appointment i wasnt sure exactly what time the appointment had been scheduled so i called to verify. I was told after holding 11 minutes that my appointment had been canceled because they didn’t think i was going to pay. The only info they had regarding me was my name, my race & gender and insurance information. I just want to know which of those factors were used to determine my ability to pay.

This is definitely my favorite dental place to go to! My parents and siblings went here before me and suggested them to me, and I got in for my cleaning so fast and the doctor that I saw was super sweet and explained everything to me where I could understand what I needed treatment for! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Today 6-29-21 was my third visit….each time has been great 10 stars..i first went in with 2 broke teeth. they got me numb without giving me the gas that i have always been used to.today i had to keep my bosses daughter, the girls all helped me with her especially TeriLane and Dr Tony. and some of the other girls who’s name i don’t haveSo to all the staff at CDC thank youI will be starting my grandsons their soon..

Not somewhere you can get to see the surgeon very quickly. Was referred to complete dental care for a surgical consult in December. took until March to hear from them, and scheduled an xray. a month later they are ready to schedule a surgical consult soonest appointment is another month away. they dont want my business.

My children are patients with complete Dental and they’re amazing. I’ve had miraculous encounters. From the front desk to operation chairs. One person that always stand out is front desk Saprina, she always remember our names and handle our accounts with diligence and care, I just love her enthusiasm! The doctors have amazing personalities as well. I recommend them to anyone.

If I would have known how awesome this place is I wouldnt have postponed going to a dentist for so long. Awesome, friendly and caring staff !!! Highly recommended

I had to best experience at this location. The employee that assisted me was a lady name Saprina. She was absolutely AMAZING. My son had most of his teeth by 9 months and while this was quite new and a scare for me, Saprina reassured me that my son would be just fine. My son has had his second appointment since then and I will most definitely be returning.

The service is slow and they just completely forgot what they were supposed to do with my child.

I went in for my normal cleaning at Complete Dental Care and Saprina Hamlett made the experience wonderful! Never have I felt at home with a dental care center! I went to Complete Dental for a procedure and the lady at the front Saprina was very nice and friendly and extremely pleasant even with her mask on you can still tell how genuine she was in helping me!! The staff was friendly and they made procedure very painless!! I highly recommend them!

I had an appointment this morning for my 3 year old son to get caps put on two of his teeth. Because hes so young, they were going to put him to sleep for the procedure; therefore, he couldnt have anything to eat for a full 8 hours prior to his appointment. Not a big deal since his appointment time was 9:20 a.m. We arrived at the office a few minutes early and I was handed a little bit of paperwork that needed to be filled out. When I returned the forms a few minutes later, I was instructed to wait in the car until they called my phone. After about an hour, my hungry and tired child was getting extremely impatient and uncooperative. I went back in to find out how much longer we would be waiting and was told they were working on one person and there was another person in line ahead of us. My next question, of course, was how long (on average) procedures usually take... at least an hour to an hour and a half. So ballpark guess, we would be waiting AT LEAST 2 AND A HALF TO THREE MORE HOURS. HIS APPOINTMENT WAS AT 9:20 BUT HE WOULDNT BE SEEN UNTIL 1:00 OR 1:30!! That is if they didnt go to lunch at that point. One of the forms I had to sign was about missing appointments and stated if you are ONE MINUTE late, youve missed your appointment. Yet its somehow acceptable for them to make my 3 year old son wait in the car for FOUR HOURS ... with nothing to eat since last night. At that point, we left. We live 45 miles away from this office. It took us a little over an hour to get there and a little over an hour to get back home and we have been waiting for this appointment for almost a month. Not satisfied doesnt even begin to describe how I feel about our experience with Complete Dental Care of Jackson.

Complete Dental Care is by far the best dental clinic around! I don’t have to travel here and there for dental services since they are all in this office! My son can see ortho and children’s dentist while I see a general dentist. I also had my wisdom teeth surgically removed and the doctor and staff made me feel so comfortable! They even called over the next few days afterward to check on me! Such great patient care and experience!

Absolutely LOVE them!!! Dr Hannah and Terry Lane are amazing!!! Would recommend everyone going to them. Never felt so comfortable in a dentist office. They treat you like family not a $ sign!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience. Will never go anywhere else!

This place is very unprofessional. My very first visit had to be rescheduled which is no big deal. Then they called back and said never mind you can keep the appointment. I found it odd but went on anyways. The facilities were very nice. That’s about the only positive. After signing in and waiting I was called back to have my teeth cleaned. To my surprise there were 3 students watching the whole thing. It was a little uncomfortable but they were learning. No big deal. However when the dentist stopped cleaning to chit chat with them about personal lives I started getting aggravated. I then had to schedule to get some work done on a later. Well wouldn’t you know it. I get a phone call a few days later and they need to reschedule. So I did. Then the day before my Newly scheduled appointment I receive a phone call asking if I would still make it and I said yes I would and answered a few questions. 10 minutes later I get another phone call from them saying they have to cancel because the doctor isn’t there on those days anymore. I said not to worry about it and hung up. She called me back a few minutes later and suddenly the appointment was available again. I declined. Their own policy is if you no show twice you can no longer make appointments. I expect the same level of respect as they want from customers.

Love it here! My children loves it! So peaceful and clean. Everyone is very nice and friendly!

The main dentist will talk to your child about his political views 🙄Also, don’t expect a call back when you have a dental emergency.

I had a wonderful experience at Complete Dental Care in Jackson today. My son had a lot of dental work done today, keep in mind he is 4 years old and doesn’t know what “be still” means. The wonderful faculty and receptionists went above and beyond for us. Dr. Alex really made my son and I feel very comfortable, he is so great with young children! I loved getting updates along the way while he was being put under anesthesia for his work. Thank you so much to all the GREAT faculty of CDC for making my son and I feel right at home!

They were fast and Friendly and listened to what I had to say and fix my tooth and my smile is beautiful like my tooth had never broken off

We had a great experience at the dental office. I was so happy that I did not have to take off of work to carry my 6 year old son to get care. The office is open until 7 pm a few nights a week for pediatric patients. Wonderful schedule!

My girls both had an appointment tonight and they were the last patients. I talked to Dr.Alex in advance and let him know that my youngest has had a bad experience previously somewhere else. He was awesome with both. He sat down and talked to my youngest and got to know her a little bit which made her feel comfortable. When we left they both said they really liked him and wanted to keep coming again. Thank you for being so nice to my girls and making them feel comfortable.

Brian and Caroline were amazing. Caroline cleaned my teeth and was just so lovely to talk to and has a great personality that made me feel more comfortable with being at a new dentist office. Brian numbed me and was very gentle and also had a really fun and outgoing personality. Coming to Complete Dental care made me not dread having to come to the dentist. 10/10 would recommend

I had the best experience! My little girl broke her tooth on the gym floor at school and they got me in immediately to repair it! Dr. Alex and his nurse were able to keep my daughter calm the entire time. He was great with her! Now she wants to be a dentist!

Dr. Mark and his staff are one of the best orthodontic groups Ive ever seen! Ive had braces myself and have had other children get braces elsewhere. By comparison, His entire team are top shelf professionals that create a genuinely warm environment. They really make you feel right at home.... AND... My sons teeth look AWESOME! I had two teeth removed, one of which was a wisdom tooth that was expected to be surgically extracted. They were able to pull both teeth, without surgery! I had been told by another dentist that it would have to be cut out. I had complications from being put to sleep several years ago at a hospital, so was obviously a bit concerned about the anesthesia. They was able to lightly sedate me with a different anesthesia, monitoring me closely. Praise the Lord, I had none of the previous life threatening complications. I did have some nausea, but I was immediately given phenergan and wet towels on my forehead. Two nurses/ techs stayed with me until i was able to leave. They told me to take as much time as I needed. Even then, I was there less than an hour.

I was impressed with Complete Dental Care if Jackson TN. All personnel were friendly, courteous, and seemed knowledgeable of their jobs. The dentist was Hannah Farrar. She knew her stuff and explained it to me so I could understand what she meant. She also told me reasons for why she would go a certain route. I was impressed. Everything was new and clean. They also helped me with a payment plan.

First of all I want to Thank The laughing gas lady with blonde hair for making me feel relaxed, and the assistant for holding my hand im sorry I forget names and Dr williams for doing great, fast work on me and being so patient...Now to everyone who reads this...I AM the biggest 49 yr old baby when it comes to dental work. Yesterday I had 2 teeth Extracted. These people listened to me Cry, saw me be Terrified of being there And I must say they were Amazing at helping me feel better...I feel for them cause they had to deal with me...And today Im doing ok,Not really pain today, just a little soreness and a little swelling which is to be expected..My bad teeth were killing me all weekend..Excruciating pain . so thank goodness thats no more...And If I lived closer to them Id go there today and give them a big HUG...but I live 30 minutes away...So I recommend them Highly and I Thank Them More Than They Will Ever Realize....

The staff was great. The only thing I was concerned with was the fact that we felt like the staff couldn’t wait to get us out of recovery. Our daughter had to be put under general anesthesia for her dental work. I felt like they were trying to push us out as soon as she woke up. Our daughter has had anesthesia before. But this experience was different. She cried & screamed, just like she did when she the tubes put into her ears. But she was twitching & having a total different reaction this time. I understand that it was probably the difference in the anesthesia gas used, but I was not comfortable leaving the office with her still reacting to it. It made for a rough ride home. I don’t know if I could have done if not for the fact that my husband took off work & was driving us home.We had to take Katelyn back to Complete Dental Care today. She had the same doctor. He was great both times! She did have a different anesthesiologist this time. I’m not sure what was different, but Katelyn done a lot better today. Last time, she stiffened up, bucked, & had convulsions when she was coming off the anesthesia. This time was so much better. She opened her eyes, reached up to me, & just snuggled into my lap. She cried, which is to be expected. It wasn’t nearly as traumatizing as the last time. I would recommend Complete Dental Care to anyone that might ask.

Dr. Alex is amazing!! He done a excellent job on my daughter’s teeth. She fell and knock her front teeth out he stayed late to fix her teeth. Excellent bedside manner would recommend to everyone!!!

Very quick produce. Only thing I would change is instead of giving the patient paper prescriptions I would have the prescriptions faxed to the pharmacy on the patients chart. I had to wait three hours after surgery to get my medicine and was in a lot of pain. It was the pharmacy’s fault for taking that long but it probably would have been ready if it had been called in

We have been going to Complete Dental Care for a while now and we love it. The staff and dentist are always so friendly and informative. We had an issue a few months ago with an assistant but I havent seen her in a while.

Dr. Alex is a 5 star dentist! He makes his patients feel comfortable in the dental chair and even sparks interest in his patients to become future dentists! He is compassionate and caring with his patients and is truly a SMILE MAKER!And the beautiful office space is definitely an added bonus, a very warm and welcoming environment for patients and their families!

Dr. Moss was very rough. I dont reccommend him for an extraction. I went in needing relief from a bad tooth and ended up in even more pain through out my entire jaw.***But on a positive note the ladies working there were all very helpful and compassionate..as well as Dr Nelson.

Now that my gums are healed, its actually going to cost much more. If you have a procedure done just make sure exactly what that money will go to. Ask many questions. I hope this helps. Other than that, everyone is nice and the place is clean.

Im the pediatric dentist here and I can honestly say the facility, as well as the other 6 doctors/specialists, are absolutely top notch. There is very little we cant handle. This clinic truly is the only place you need to go for all your dental needs and I am very proud to be a part of it.P.S. My balloon animal skills are improving every day!

They where absolutely amazing. I have always been terrified of the denist but they have really changed the way I feel about it. They where so friendly and thoughtful. Everything was relatively quick and they did great work. I whole heartily would recommend them to anyone and dont see myself ever going any where else.
