This place is AWESOME! Everyone is so friendly. Colton,hygienist, was the best. He made me feel right at home. Always asking if Im okay and explaining everything Tiffany took my x rays , she was really friendly. I just met Dr Patel and she is really nice. Even when checking out, the ladies up front seem to really care about me. Totally impressed with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Was looking for a good kid friendly dentist my daughter and son could go to.. I was totally wrong, my daughter last visit was unprofessional the dentist said a BIGGOT remark toward my daughter who is special needs. Looking on his home page he needs more practice dealing Special need children , but this mother will not tolerate it everyone should be entitled the same treatment. I will be reporting Dental Partners to the ADA.

Ever since I have been going I have always had a very pleasant experience and I had dreaded going to the Dentist thats why I hadnt been in years but my experience with Dental Partners has changed my outlook all together! I just want to thank Cindy the best receptionist ever, Ms. Bree the best assistant ever, and Dr. Kim the greatest dentist Ive ever experienced.

I love Doctor Kim and his assistant. I have had bad encounters with so many dentists. But with Doctor Kim, they made me feel very comfortable, they were not the least bit judgemental of my teeth, AND they are way more affordable than many dental offices around west TN. As well, they accept some insurances that other dental offices say theyve never heard of. All around, a GREAT experience! Thanks Dr. Kim!

I was very impressed with Dr Jones as well as his entire staff. I had an initial conceseltation / appointment for my 88 year old mother. They were so gentle and kind to her. They had a difficult time getting pictures of her teeth, but they seemed to not get frustrated as I have seen in some Dentist when working with elderly people. I was so touched, I made an appointment for myself. I had been looking for another Dentist.

We bring our children Zoe and Davin here. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. They get them in and out in very reasonable times. Not to mention the dentists do great work. I would highly recommend them.

The front desk assistants are as rude as winter days are long!!!! My family and I have been going to this office before it turned into Dental Partners and everything was fine. These group of ladies at the front desk must not realize that they can and will drive patients away with their ugly dispositions! Dr. Kim and the dental hygentist are lovely, but those ladies (Im trying to be nice) will make you stoop to a level that you dont want to go! Currently seeking another dental office for my family.

I have great dental anxiety. First visit very stressful for me. Second visit I ask for laugh gas to help calm me..dental hygienist stated we dont have any hooked up in this room...the same hygienist new I was already anxious from previous visit. She should have tried to make it a little better the 2nd visit..both visit very stressful. Take time for your patient especially one that is anxious!

I was shopping for a dentist to pull a tooth that was beyond repair. It is the very back tooth, the filling had come out, which left the nerve exposed. I just wanted it out due to pain therefore I consulted Google reviews. Dental Partners had the best reviews, in my opinion. I was able to get an appointment the next day as all this fell apart at night the night before. I saw Dr. Brian Kim. After an x-ray, the tooth could not be pulled as the tooth root tip was on a nerve that ran along the side of my jawline & had to be cut out by an oral surgeon. Dr. Brian Kim, felt horrible he couldnt help me, I could hear the discontent in his voice. I reassured him, I was fine with his decision. I dont have dental insurance & the charge was under $100 (to my surprise). I highly recommend this dental office. The staff was undescribable in excellence. I was very well taken care of! Im also not a big fan of the dentist but I would most certainly go back for any other normal dental procedures. Kudos to you guys.

I was not pleased with my visit for the first time ever.. i felt like they were trying to run up a bill for future visits and i didnt even get my teeth clean. Hygienists seemed offended when i requested future services they suggested be precerted.. the whole visit was sloppy. Just sloppy.

Ive had a very unpleasant encounter with this group. The reception is great but the management is unprofessional and quite inconsiderate. Ive been seeing Edward Vaughn when it was Family Care Dentistry since adolescents and Im a mother of 3 now but this new age crew will never have to worry with my family ever again. Best of luck.

I had schedule both my kids appointment for 10:30 am. When we had arrived at 1030 , the clerk Pam was hesstarical claiming the appointment was at 1020. Pam threw her Penn at the wall . While making copies she threw another and then start rolling her eye at me. Another new patients came with appointment at 1:30 was sent him in before one off my kids with 1030 appointment. I address problem dr. Jones he stated she been with him years so he stand by her behavior if i dont like it take my kids somewere else. That front dekservice is a mess and the dentist that tolrate it should close down his practic to the public. Im a war veteran and i will fight this bussiness with all i have to make sure at last noone else have to deal with the raft of Pam. At least eye rolling, pen throwing, bad customers service Pam

Dr was very nice but didn’t understand I’m a single mom on disability with bad credit and needed help to get teeth repaired so I️ can eat because right now I️ can’t I’ve been on a liquid diet for 6 months I️ don’t think dentists care about their patients any more or those who are in crisis just as I️ am when I️ tried to explain I️ had no money I️ was told they would set up a work plan not how I️ could get the treatment and help I️ needed I️ wish a dentist would help me n give back to a patient in crisis n financial chaos that needs the help desperately as I️ do I️ can’t eat n have lost 50 lbs n 3 months due to my teeth please if there is a god heaven help me

Dentist was in the room for 4 or 5 min tops. Lifted my lips to look at my teeth and that was it. I have enamel problems and my teeth look worse than they did when I can in.I spent more time in the waiting room than I did in the chair. I will not be back.
