I have teeth cleaning done on a regular basis throughout the year. They do very well with it. I have sensitive teeth and they are very helpful in that area with different products and when they clean my teeth. Very pleased with their business.

I start Jackson Smiles around 2 years ago. I have never been more pleased and blessed with a dentistry. Everyone is so sweet. The remember my face and even Dr. Patel remembers some of the small details about me and my family. Although the dentist is not something most look forward to or enjoy they make it as comfortable and easy as possible.

I used to fear the dentist but since I’ve been going to Jackson Smiles Family Dentistry, my fears were put to ease. ( Staff, polly and the short haired bitter lady )act as though, minority is illiterate, I received a estimate treatment plan from polly.and she asked me to sign it, after I told her that I would not, she stated she would tell the dentist ( Patel) that I refused. I told her its not mandatory for me to sign a estimate paper detailing my future dental work, and the cost. She nor staff have asked that of every individual that comes into dental office that, an so she should not have singled me out. I wish it was more diversity there. Because the front desk staff excluding Mr. Patel wife seems to Have that slick dislike toward me as a black man ,due to me speaking up an calling things how I see them .im not one of those that will be belittled. But I will say I feel that Mr Patel an his wife are good people.

The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. They got me in in 30 minutes with an urgent issue, though Id never been there before. Where does that happen? I think the doctor is pretty awesome. Hes a very bright detail oriented personable person. He makes you feel comfortable with no nonsense information delivery. I like that. Now that Im over the crisis, I cant think of going anywhere else but Jackson Smiles.

I have two dental implants that were put in by Dr. Patel. It took a few months to complete the procedures on both teeth. However, I appreciate the time taken as it ensured the implant would be solidly installed. It has been over a year and a half since the implants were installed and Im completely satisfied with them. If I need another tooth replaced, I will more than likely go for another implant by Dr. Patel.

As a dentist myself, I know what great patient treatment should be. Dr. Patel has performed several procedures for me, and every appointment has been exceptional. Awesome service. I have hated going to the dentist since I was a teenage due to poor service. This place makes you feel like family. They do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable. They even have seats that massage to ensure you are comfortable. This is for sure the place to go. Also prices are reasonable.

I had a lot of work needed done. My teeth had NEVER been seen prior to come to Dr.Patel. The team at Jackson Smiles has always been so warm and welcoming. Dr. Patel and his staff are very competent professionals. They know how to make you feel at ease and put your mind to rest about any apprehensions you may have about your dental treatment or any procedure that may be new or foreign to you. Having a dental implant was definitely foreign to me and I was terrified at the thought of having a screw put into my gums. There were several steps involved in the process before the crown could be secured onto the implant. However, the procedure was basically painless. Jackson Smiles has a family friendly atmosphere from the time you are greeted at the front desk until the time you walk out of the door with your next appointment card. I would recommend Jackson Smiles and Dr. Patel to any of my friends, family, and co-workers.

I had an appointment to get 3 fillings done on top of my mouth. It took an a hour tops for me. Dr. Patel is very gentle and I didn’t feel the poke when he gave me the injection for the medicine. I recommend this dentist to any new patients. You will be very happy you did 😁

I have been going to this location for nearly 15 years, although Dr. Patel has only been there for the past few years. They do not have all of the fancy amenities that some of the other dentists in the area have, but the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I take good care of my teeth, so I rarely have any procedure other than a semi-annual teeth cleaning. My dental hygienist has always been very good and I do not come away from the visit with my teeth aching (Ive had dental hygienists in the past that are, shall we say, over-zealous).Highly recommended.

I woke up Thursday morning with a terrible toothache. My face was swollen and the toothache had a heartbeat of its own. Misery!! Dr. Patels office worked me in immediately. He along with his staff were AMAZING!! Within less than an hour of my appointment, I was worked on, feeling better and out the door with my prescriptions. We have been long time patients of Jackson Smiles and have always been very pleased with their services. My husband broke the bonding on his front tooth at 1 PM on a Friday, a day that Jackson Smiles is typically closed. Despite being closed, Dr. Patel met my husband at the office and re-bonded his tooth! Dr. And Mrs. Patel and their staff have always had a familial vibe at their office but this extra level of care on a day they are typically closed was beyond our expectations and we are so grateful for them!

Great place! Its takes me awhile to feel comfortable at a new place and I already feel comfortable here. Dr. Patel is really good at what he does and very calming. Really nice. Brandi ( I think was her name) Did a really good job cleaning my teeth. It had been awhile but she didnt make me feel bad about it. A very peaceful place. The rest of my family will be going soon. The ladies up front did a good job also. Not stressful at all.

I just recently had 5 filling done by Dr Neil Patel that I have been putting off for at least 8 years because previous dentists done such a bad job. I haft to say my fillings look amazing you cant even tell there was once cavities there. And on a very good note I didnt feel a thing. I have already told several family members to go see him. Im so glad I have found a dentists I can stick with.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Jackson Smiles. The hygienists are super and painless. Dr. Patel is very personable and knowledgable. I especially like all of the new technology and latest techniques that he has incorporated into his practice. I would highly recommend them.

The other reviews already cover the wonderful staff, and how happy they are with the service they received. I am going to try and give you an idea of exactly what you can expect if you go to this business.When you first walk in the office it is really bright. I am talking the 4K+ LED bright which those jewelry stores use to make you think the diamond you are giving your girlfriend will actually sparkle that much when you give it to her. This makes you feel a little more calm since it doesnt feel like you are walking into some dentist dungeon with dim lights and beige walls. Anyway, they have a really open window where you get checked in and there are two people so it usually is really fast to get checked in for your appointment. They also have some basket in the corner with granola bars and water if I remember correctly, which I guess is a nice touch.The thing that makes me miserable at any appointment (doctor, dentist, accountant etc.) is sitting down waiting for 15+ minutes. I never understood having an appointment at 1:30 and not being called back until almost 2:00, total waste of my time and is aggravating. However, that is not the experience I had had here. I have been like 5 times now and within a few minutes of being checked in I am headed back to begin getting my teeth cleaned. I have only had my teeth cleaned by Amanda and she is really nice. She also has very nice teeth, which is probably a requirement if you are going to be in this field. Once you get back there they have some massage setting on the chair if you are into that kind of thing. Then they pull up this high tech tv monitor that shows all your teeth and sections of it that they are concerned about and whatever else they have a history documented.I hadnt been to the dentist in 5 years before this because the last time I went to some place it was a pretty bad experience getting a cavity filled, I had a cavity and told Dr. Patel about my anxiety on these situations and I got some N2O gas to help me relax. This at least made the process of getting a cavity not dreadful.Dr. Patel is really professional and he is overall a nice guy that is really easy to have a conversation with. The one thing that really stands out about him is his intelligence. You can just tell he is sharp and ahead of the curve, not just as a dentist, but as a person in general. The entire process is ran extremely efficient and Dr. Patel is the type of person you just dont meet everyday. It is obvious he is smart, has good discipline and work ethic, a good leader considering the efficiency and morale of the workers, and to top it off he comes off as a really cool guy. This is the kind of person you want managing you dental needs. I really dont think there is much negative things to say about this business. So with all of that said, if you are looking for a new dentist you really cant go wrong choosing Jackson Smiles.

I had been suffering from a bad tooth ache for 10 days before I looked on the internet for emergency dental care. Jackson Smiles was the only provider that popped up. I called Jackson Smiles late Tuesday afternoon and had an appointment at 8 AM on Wednesday morning. Dr. Patel had my tooth fixed quickly with very little pain. I havent even had to take an aspirin after the root canal! It was over 10 years since my last visit to a dentist and no one there made me feel ashamed for the lapse. The entire staff is awesome! Dr. Patel and his staff truly care about their patients. When I broke a tooth and it needed attention, Dr. Patel saw me immediately even though he had a full office day booked. After numbing it to help with the pain, he had me come back at 5 pm and stayed after hours to treat me. I am so grateful that I have a kind and gracious dentist. Brandi does a great job cleaning my teeth and all of the other office staff that I have encountered are equally as concerned with making sure their patients are satisfied. They make you feel welcome and at ease. Thank you to everyone at Jackson Smiles!

I am very pleased with all the care I receive from everyone I come into contact with at Jackson Smiles. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel comfortable plus the excellent care I get.

He is great with teeth removal. Horrible with dentures. My dentures was lop sided. I pd 1500 for cheap chicklet teeth. They are uncomfortable and i cant eat solid food i was in pain all day even when i drank my food. I finally went to a different dentist, who agreed my teeth was to short and uneven.
