This place is awesome! The doctor was very thorough and explained things so that I actually understood my vision and my prescription. The techs at the desk were both super helpful and personable. The gentleman has a great sense of humor and the ability to connect with customers; I wish I could remember his name right now! Danielle gets a big part on the back. She was extremely helpful in getting my glasses properly fitted. It was busy while I was there and I watched her juggle other things while she helped me. I think she has octopus arms under her lab coat. :)

Douglas MillerI had to make a appointment, but Anna was great. The phone was ringing constantly. She was focused on getting me taken care of. I told to answer the phone I’m okay. She worked hard trying to find what I needed do to my prescription. Your vision is worth paying for.Thanks Anna and RX Optical

After spending over $1600 for my husband and myself for new glasses/sun glasses 4 pair total and buying all the “insurance” packages. We took a pair in for a scratch they were only a month old paid the $42 for a new lens only to find out in the sun that lens was replaced with a transition lens so one dark one not in the sun. Go back again decide ok I will get a transition lens so they match paid again only to come home to find out they messed my glasses up and used some bolt and nut to get my glasses back together. So did they break the other mechanism who knows. As they said nothing To me and gave me the glasses back.Completely unacceptable customer service and workmanship.I hope this reaches upper management not what we expected here.

I had a 4:25 PM appointment. I was there at 4:20 PM and was told that I needed to take out my contacts and Id be with the Dr. in a moment. I started to look at glasses before taking my contacts out. About 5-10 minutes went by before the same man asked me if I had my contacts out yet. I told him no, I got distracted looking at glasses and apologized and went to take them out. At this point, I am unable to see, so I took a seat in the waiting room. At 5:05 PM, as I am still sitting in the waiting room, I am told that a lady that walked in in the last 15 minutes needed to be quickly checked before me and then I would be seen. I told the woman that I was not able to wait any longer and she needed to reschedule me. While she was apologetic, she insisted that it would only be a few minutes and I would be in. I told her that I had already been waiting for over 40 minutes and was asked to take out my contacts so I couldnt even pick out glasses to help make my appointment go faster, nor could I see to do anything but sit there. She was very apologetic and went to make me an appointment, but also told me they got behind due to a patient. Do not blame patients for being behind. Also, the woman who walked in after me around 4:45 was told they were running 10-15 minutes behind, yet I sat and waited for over 40 minutes and was never told they were behind. On top of this, the next time they can see me in the same time frame is 3 weeks later.While the staff is nice, their time management is atrocious, as well as their take out your contacts policy. I can pull my contacts out in 3 seconds... there is no need to make people do it before they walk into the exam room, leaving them blind in your waiting room.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! After I received my glasses, I told them there was something not right with them. They reassured me that they were fine and that they just needed an adjustment. After asking them repeatedly to check the prescription they finally did. BAM-Wrong prescription and there was a missed a prism in my prescription. I was told I would have to see an optometrist that specializes in prisms. NEVER have I had to see a specialist, my prescription hasnt changed in 6 years!After going back and forth, I decided to give the glasses I had already paid for back and request a refund. All because the service was HORRIBLE.The manager reassured me that they would refund my money and reissue my insurance benefits. We are not over 5 weeks, and they have not yet did was they promised.Who has the time or money to waste on this place???? I dont!

This place is under staffed. I went in on a Thursday @ 3:30. There was one person working and all he could offer was hes busy with another customer and would be with me soon. After a 10 minute wait it was clear that he wasnt anywhere near being done with the other customer. I finally walked out.How can you run a business like that?
