Omg! I cant say enough about this place. My grandsons glasses got chewed up by their puppy. He was so upset and couldnt see. I called Gregory Optical and I talked to Nicole, she was awesome. I got his prescription from his previous eye doctor and she had lenses in stock, had him back.in glasses the same night. Thank you thank you so much..

Ive been a patient of Dr. Carter for nearly 20 years. (as well as my wife and children)I have always been amazed at how thorough his exams are and professionalism. His staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Would never consider another doc. Thanks Cliff!

Always a pleasure to see the good doctor. I found Cliff when we moved to the area years ago. We instantly struck up a conversation. I truly believe he has his patients best interest at heart. He always inquires about work and family, as do I with him.When he retires, I retire!

I have been seeing Dr. Carter for a few years now, and really enjoy going to him. He’s always thorough in his explanations, has a quirky sense of humor that I enjoy, and is very patient. Rita, the office manager, is also terrific. She has twice found ways to save me money, and helped pick out my first frames and they were perfect for me.....honestly told me what worked and what didn’t, which I really appreciated!

The optometrist (Cliff Carter) is super friendly and clearly excellent at what he does. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they treat their customers very well. Highly recommended. They even have good coffee to drink while you wait.

I have used your company since my second pair of glasses,before your move. I will no longer be your customer, nor will my household or my parents household. I came earlier this year and was upsold, treated rudely by staff and told that I wasnt emotionally ready for bifocals by the doctor. I could not afford the package quoted to me and returned today. I asked for a cheaper option and from the first interaction was met with exasperated sighs, and trite tone. When exploring insurance, I observed the technition mouth I hate her or perhaps I hate this to the insurance verification person. This is unprofessional. Your business treats me like i must comply, or Im an irritant. In this world, it is appropriate to ask questions and explore all options. You will not have my business any longer.

I usually have a great experience at Gregory Optical, so I have been going there for a couple years now. Unfortunately, I find their customer service is greatly compromised at the simple INQUIRY of canceling an order, which was ultimately not cancelled and that’s totally fine- (there’s further details as to why I asked about cancelling the order that aren’t productive to disclose)- it’s the way I was treated after just ASKING that bothers me. The employees I dealt with while trying to figure the situation out over the phone were very UNHELPFUL and RUDE. Franky, I felt targeted. I was posed with rude questions, succinct answers, and too much unnecessary information. No concern for my actual issues was expressed. Thankfully, Rita, a manager, apologized for their very unprofessional behavior, and discovered that my account was actually billed incorrectly at my appt. and I didn’t even know that nor was it part of my initial issue. She saved me $63, All because she took the time to listen to my concerns, and take a second look my account without me asking. They are lucky to have Rita. However, I don’t quite feel this is an adequate redemption of the very frustrating experience I had, as it was the employees I spoke with that were at fault and did nothing to rectify the issue. I am not sure I want to come back to Gregory Optical, this experience has really shaken my faith in their ability to be consistent in their customer service. It will take some time for me to feel comfortable going to them for my optical needs.

The nose guard broke off of a very cheap, but loved pair of sunglasses of mine. I walked on Gregory Optical Co., with no idea what to expect, trying to find out if they could help me replace the nose guard so I didnt have to throw the sunglasses away. The receptionist simply asked me to sign in, have a seat, and someone would be with me shortly. I waited no more than 5 minutes and a woman took me to a table where she asked me what the problem was. I told her and she said she would be back in a few minutes. About 3 minutes later she came back out with 2 brand new nose guards on my sunglasses and had tightened up the screws. When I asked her what I owed her, she said nothing. I couldnt have been happier with the service I was provided and would definitely go back if I actually had issues with my eyes!
