For several years now I have had the opportunity to receive the best care from this vision center in this quaint town. Living in Salt Lake, I have traveled to see family members often enough to be tested and framed for glasses that met the needs of a demanding job. Today, I just received my favorite pair that had been sent to Renae and then to the shop for new lenses . She called to let me know they were on their way -Viola! My expectations have been exceeded AGAIN! Thank you !

Doctor Galbraith not only did a great job at giving me the best eye exam, he also gave me a pair of contact lenses for free. Price is very cheap even though I don’t have insurance with me . The staffs are very helpful and polite in helping me with selecting my contact lenses and glasses. I will definitely come back again! If you are looking for an optometrist you can trust, this is the place !

Eagle Vision is awesome! Dr Galbraith is very professional and makes sure you understand whats going on with your eyes. The ladies who work at the front desk are very welcoming and quick to help. The prices on glasses and frames are really competitive, I was surprised! Renee was a great help to choose frames and giving the different options without being pushy. Great team and great experience!

I was passing through town, and tore my contacts while camping. I had called around town asking if I could buy samples at different eye drs in town. This place was the only place that was nice and helpful. I had my prescription and the let me buy the samples. Renee and Laurica were so kind and helpful. I really appreciated their hospitality. They let me put them in while I was there. I offered to buy them lunch, but they said it wasn’t necessary. Thank you so incredibly much for saving my day and vacation!!!

This was a great glasses buying experience! The front desk greeted us right away and was eager to help. My husband and I were in and out within 30 minutes with an order filled. The woman who helped was very knowledgeable and clear regarding our options with lens were, when we had never had those options explained at any other place before. Well definitely be using Eagle Vision Center for the foreseeable future!

I stepped on my glasses and thought that they were broken and I had to get a new frame. I went in and the receptionist was very confident that one of their employees, Renee was her name, could fix them. My lenses was popped out and super bent and I had little confidence. 5 minutes later she had them fixed. No charge. I bought them there but that doesnt matter to them. They are super friendly and great prices and great atmosphere. Definitely recommend the place.

Shawn Galbraith is by far the best eye doctor I have ever had the pleasure to visit. I have been to several eye doctors and they have all been fantastic but Shawn Galbraith is the kindest, most respectable man and you can 100% count on him to be the doctor that really cares for you and not your money. He is very skilled and very professional--I would not go to any other doctor and recommend him to anyone within a 10 hour drive to his office!

I highly recommend Dr. Galbraith. He was able to get me in the same day I called. I am leaving for a mission in a few weeks and he was able to take care of all my needs before I leave. There was a large selection of frames to choose from and comfortable contact lenses. Dr. Galbraith was very considerate and professional. His staff was also friendly and easy to work with.

Im visiting from out of town and lost a contact this morning, so I resorted to my glasses. Only to remember my glasses have nose pad missing. I saw Eagle Vision on the way to BYU I campus and stopped in. The lady at the front desk was SO helpful and cheerful! She replaced both nose pads and did a fitting on the spot. When I asked her what I owed for her services, she said A smile and a thank you! What a great place! Excellent customer service!

This is the worst clinic I have ever visited in my life. I was given the wrong contact lenses prescription, and I waited around 2 weeks to get a new one because the doctor was gone.

I had a terrible time trying to find glasses I liked. I looked all over Rexburg. Eagle Vision has the best selection, in my opinion, of classy in-style glasses. I finally found some I liked there, but once I got them home, I realized they were slipping of my face like crazy. No matter how they were adjusted, they kept sliding everywhere. Eagle Vision allowed me to swap them out for another pair. It was great!

Elaine had amazing customer service. My contacts were not originally ordered on the day they were said she she helped get them in ASAP! She is amazing and I highly recommend your company with her service to anyone in the valley!

Quick and professional. These guys realize that your time is important and help to get you in as quickly as they can. They also take the time to make sure that you have what you need when picking out frames for your glasses. I have had excellent service every time I have gone!

I was on a fly fishing trip in Swan Valley, Idaho floating the South Fork of the Snake River. The evening before we were to meet our guide I sat on my glasses! Three days of fishing with bent frames!! My fishing partner and I drove to West Yellowstone on day four and found an optical shop located in Rexburg, Idaho on the way. It was a wonderful experience, the staff is very friendly and helpful. My appointment went very well with no problems, and it only took about ten minutes to accomplish. The location of the Center is very easy to find, very close to the college campus nearby, which makes it easier for students to come, who dont want to deal with the complicated process of the Health Center on campus. I will be coming back next year for my next exam.

Dr. Galbraith and his entire staff are very knowledgeable and professional. With a previous prescription in California, I had been having vision problems from eye strain. Dr. Galbraith discovered that my previous prescription was much too strong and adjusted and actually lowered the strength of my prescription. Also, suggested a different contact lense that would be more comfortable for me. Today new comfortable contacts, gorgeous Fendi glasses picked out with the expert help of one of the doctors assistants, Elaine....and no eye strain. Thank you everyone at this office!

My experience at Eagle Vision left me feeling like my issue was not addressed and that I was simply rushed through the process. While Eagle Vision is well-equipped with a vast selection of eyewear, I felt that my interaction with Dr. Galbraith and his staff left a lot to be desired. I didnt fill out any paperwork or sign any forms whatsoever, not even any mention of HIPPA protection. I was asked once about my medical history verbally, but it made me uncomfortable that my medical history was not something that was charted and recorded physically. My examination with Dr. Galbraith was very brief and impersonal. He didnt shake my hand, and I felt like the exam was rushed. He didnt ask anything about me--all conversation during the appointment was strictly business. I did not feel like my concerns were addressed at all, and Dr. Galbraith walked out of the room quickly. Disappointed and frustrated, I proceeded to deal with a receptionist who urged me to give credit card information verbally in a very public environment, which I refused. Upon resolving payment confidentially and leaving the office, I felt like because my concerns werent the doctors concerns, my concerns were invalid. I quickly scheduled an appointment somewhere else for a second opinion and hopefully a resolution of my issue.

Dr. Galbraith has bent over backwards for our family. He has always been very genuine, understanding and helpful with all aspects of our life and especially with our eye needs, financial setbacks, and other things. He is up-to-date and well read on all eye problems, at least the ones we have had.Thank You Dr. Galbraith.

Very nice office, and very friendly. I havent actually purchased any frames from them, but I have gone in several times for advice and fixing of my glasses, and they are more than willing to help.

We took our boys in to get checked. He was very patient with our little kids. Our toddler ended up needing glasses. The staff was also so wonderful with our kids. We love our miriflex glasses. Best thing to get for little kids hands down.

I had my eyes checked here back in April of 2016, and they were so patient with me while I tried to figure out insurance stuff. I cam back recently (February 2017) so I could get a screw fixed in my glasses. The lady who helped me was polite.

Dr. Galbraith was very thorough with his exam. He was able to fit me with custom contacts (synergeyes) for my kerataconis. I am very happy with the fit and vision I have with these contacts. His staff is willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had a pleasant experience picking out frames and lenses as well. I would recommend them highly.

Because of my severe astigmatism, I have a really hard time with contacts. My previous eye doctor had difficulty finding the correct lense and I was often unhappy with the contacts I had spent hundreds of dollars for. I switched to Dr. Galbraith in hopes he could change that.From the start, his staff was very friendly. Working with Dr. Galbraith was an easy and comfortable experience. He really listened to my concerns and difficulties with contacts. From the start, he put forth efforts into getting me into contacts that were comfortable and I could see out of easily.A few appointments later, I have been fit with my dream contacts. They are Synergize lenses which adhere to my comfortable and allow me to see without constantly adjusting them. I have found my dream contacts. I am so glad I switched to Eagle Vision Center.

Everyone was very helpful; I have some special needs that I shared with the Dr who was very willing to work with me. Rene paid extra attention to getting my glasses fitted properly as I have a high degree of myopia and have had difficulties getting a good fit. The doctor is very nice and helpful. His receptionist however is very over bearing. She made two separate billing errors and tried to blame the insurance company rather than take responsibility. As long as she is there I think Ill take my business elsewhere.
