Owner was extremely kind. Saved his last spot for us. Site was easy to access with full hookup. Pretty quiet and relaxed area even being near highway. Was only a one night stay for us but definitely grateful for the spot.

Being an mobile RV repair technician, Im in this park a lot. Overall, its a good place. Its got some age to it, but the owner and his staff do a good job in keeping the place up. I especially like this place in the summer because of all the shade. I would recommend this place for someone who is just passing through or someone who is staying a couple months. It can accommodate either type of traveler.

This RV park is close to the highway & not far from restaurants. It was relatively cheap to stay there. Its nothing fancy but definitely convenient when traveling through the area. It was easy to pull our fifth wheel into the spot & get it all hooked up. I would stay at the campground again if I was traveling through the area.

This place is ideal for someone passing through Jackson, TN. If you need a day or two off the highway this place will definitely fit the bill. No it doesn’t have a scenic view of the lake or the mountains but for rest of myself and my RV it was absolutely perfect. Don’t believe what you read until you investigate it yourself. You will be pleasantly surprised 😌

Arrived on a Friday afternoon, stayed two nights and never met any employees. Returned Monday morning to pay and still nobody in the office. I called the number and was told to leave cash in the drop box. We didn’t have any problems while we were here, and because there were several vacant sites, we had no problems parking our 32’ Class A, plus a 16’ enclosed utility trailer, a pickup truck and a minivan we were towing. However, this place is nothing more than a parking lot full of potholes in a rough-looking neighborhood. I did not feel safe leaving my wife and kids here while I left for work, nor would I have wanted my kids running around the place on their own when we were all here together. If you’re looking for one step up from boondocking at a truck stop, this is your place. If you’re looking for a place to relax and be comfortable with a family, you have woefully few choices in the Jackson area. Best bet is to head 30 min north and try Parker’s Crossroads. If you’re looking for something in town, try Parkway Village.

I am a travel nurse from Texas I was looking for a facility or RV park close to where I worked… I was very fortunate to find this place went and spoke with the gentleman and left a deposit... I did see several reviews about this place not being very good... I then got a bit concerned however… This gentleman helped me park my rig help me get it all set up and level… And it was close to my work... there are no frills... it’s nothing fancy but it safe and everybody there was very nice… He works on an honor system if you stay at his facility that if you show up in the middle of the night you leave an envelope with your money… At any rate the only downfall and the only reason I didn’t give it a five was because im a night shift worker and you could hear the highway… Other than that it was fine and very very reasonably priced ... thanks so much for everything.

Stayed at park from Jan 2, 2017 - June 4, 2017 with work. Had zero problems during my stay. Park was always peaceful and quiet. It is simply a park with basic amenities, not a resort. It does have electric, water, sewer and laundry. Its location is 1 block off the interstate with tons of restaurants and shopping all around it. The owner cares about his park and guest. Would definitely stay again. Thanks JR for the hospitality!

Pull through sites are a paved parking lot. No tables..fire pits..showers or rest rooms. Sites barely long enough for rvs. Nightly rate a little high considering the lack of amenities. There are other much nicer spaces that may be available for long term stays. Easy access to and from I 40.

If your looking for quiet then dont stay here. Very loud road noise and screaming people from very nearby apartments. Permanent people live here with their dogs barking all night long. No bathrooms or shower house. $30 a night is overpriced by $25.

We needed a spot for our camper because my Honeys job brought us to Jackson. We ended up staying for 6 months and enjoyed it the owner JR is great we never had any problems with our stuff, everyone we met was friendly ,all lots have beautiful trees and having a safe but very convient place close to everything made us feel comfortable and at home. If we ever end up in Jackson again this will be the first place we go. Must say one of the best RV parks we have ever stayed....

If there was a minus 10 I would mark it. You are literally on top of your neighbor. The slide outs have to be staggering so you can walk between them . No place for children to play, no showers, no bathrooms, nothing. There’s no room between the RV’s. This is literally the worse place to stay. You get water, electricity, and sewer. And your neighbors sewer is connected right beside your camper door. Will never come here again. Not even a good place for one night.

The pictures and website are quite deceiving for this place. Since we were there, we went ahead and pulled in. Plugged into box and it didn’t work. We decided to go on up the road. Owner called me and was very rude to me when I told him why we left. Go on up the road and don’t stay at this place, period.

Total dump, limited space, waste dump was directly in front of my entry steps, had to prop up electrical service to plug in, laundromat and wifi the only amenities, poor layout, $30 total ripoff. Stayed in park with ten times the amenities & in 100 times better shape for $19 the night before. NO STARS! In short bypass Jackson, TN!!!! This program will not let me choose NO STARS so I had to put one.

Worst place ever. The guy was extremely rude with us. Wanted to stick us in a parking lot shoe horned in between some other rigs. Never asked if we had kids on the phone or told us there was no room. Once he found out we had kids his exact words were I dont even want you here, may got rid of the last kids nice guy, real nice. Im not sure why this place has some good reviews because I drove around the loop and it looks like a real low rent trailer park. Very trashy. Luckily I could stay at the job site which has way more room and nice people.Beware of this place.

Pot holes, pot holes and as little asphalt to go with it. They should call it RV/Trailer park pothole central. You park right at the entrance to a trailer park, right passed the 40th pothole in the center. Car traffic all night long. Did I mention the dang potholes and busted up asphalt? I wont stop again, just saying.

Called for a last minute week reservation, the gentleman was nice on phone. He asked size of my rig and a few other questions, tells me he will find me a place and to call when I am closer. Get there, meet him, the spots that are open ate just a parking lot and TIGHT. Starts telling us how to go to site, then Hubby mentioned we had 4 kids. His response, I dont even want you then. Then begins to be rude to us. Never was I asked on the phone size of my party, or if I had kids. We asked if there was any other RV parks around. He said no. Its now dark. Not a way to do business.

It met the needs of these road weary travelers! And...for $30/night we cant complain. It looks like 80% is trailer park with a few back in spots and 15 tight asphalt pull throughs. The pull throughs are full hook up with 30/50/20 amp as well as sewer and water. The spots are crowned for drainage but for the average RV or pickup/trailer wheel base, you should be level. From the campground you can hear the interstate, but not really over air conditioning. The area has a rough neighborhood vibe, but I cant back that up with anything more substantial because two of the more permanent RVers stopped by to say hello and see if we were doing well. All in all...if youre looking for quick overnight stop over or a place for to drop anchor during seasonal work, Jackson RV Park should meet your needs.

We reserved a site a month ahead of our arrival for $30 (cash only). When we arrived the price had changed to $40 ( again cash only). Our site was nothing more than a spot in their parking lot between diagonal stripes. Barely enough to park our small trailer (17) and the truck. The place was dirty and poorly kept. After calling around we found a very nice campground east in Yuma called Parkers Crossroads Campground for the same price.
