Great place, kid and pet friendly and a very clean park

Stayed here for 6 nights in my Fifth wheel RV. First, u was so impressed with their hospitality. The maintenance man, Mr Grandberry was so helpful. He guided me in since it was a back up site on a cement slab. He assisted in hooking up my electric, water and sewer hose. In fact, he lent me a new sewer hose since my fitting was missingHe assisted me in pulling out since my RV was so long. All the residents there in mobile homes were very friendly.It is a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay!

We set up a mobile home here. It was a very nice mobile home park.

Just moved here on Friday, and so far I am really liking it. It is nice and quiet.

Went to look at a trailer for sale but it needed too much work. The park had loud vehicles and trash in the yards.

They are always accommodating when it come down to visit family. Quiet at night, full hookups. Unfortunately no wifi on the sites but still a nice place and friendly staff.

Stayed here for a few weeks while shopping for real estate. This is the best of the very few options for an RV in the Jackson area. It’s mostly mobile homes, but a few of the sites are rented short-term for RVs. The husband-and-wife resident managers are great people - very friendly and accommodating. I did have one bizarre issue with a long-term mobile home resident who had an aversion to anyone occupying the RV site next to her, but when I approached the managers the day after moving in, they immediately offered to relocate me to another site.There is onsite laundry (bring your own quarters, about $3 to wash & dry one load), a game room, a swimming pool and small playground.The roads are paved, wide and clean. I felt safe letting my kids walk around or ride their bikes together.Some of the RV sites looked like they might be a little challenging to enter or exit due to a sharp transition across the curb, but others were very smooth. I think there are plans to address the worst of these sometime in 2020.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Parkway Village to someone looking for an RV site in Jackson.

If you need a place to stay in Jackson Tennessee, you would be pleased to call this home. Clean and well orderly park with very friendly staff. The neighbors also made me feel welcome. Activities in the rec room and free WiFi let me catch up on my emails.

Pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. This is mostly a mobile home park but they also have RVs on sites as well. We reserved over the phone, and yes they take Good Sam discounts, and we were given our lot # over the phone. The office was already closed by the time we arrived, so we paid the next morning. The staff and the residents were all helpful and friendly. I would recommend!

Im in the process of trying to buy a mobile home and live in the community. But its been a long and still continuous process for getting approved. Ive been asked many personal questions that I dont think pertain to the process. But Ill just continue to wait to see what happens.

Mostly permanent residents in mobile homes, but welcoming of RVs. Very quiet and clean. We were there in the wintertime and just needed a place to sleep while we visited relatives in the area daily, so didnt check out any amenities. Management very nice. Will definitely stay there again, as there is literally no other RV parking in the area that we would consider, save Wally-docking.

Great place to park your travel trailer or motor home over night or who knows when! I stayed there 8 months in my travel trailer, when I was looking to buy a home! It is such a great place to live, nice friendly people, cheap rent, close to everything! Best park in Jackson! That is where I will go and take my RV!

I HAVE LIVED HERE OVER 7 YRS, LOVE THIS PLACE . BEST PLACE TO FEEL SAFE AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. CLEAN PAVED STREETS. WONDERFUL NEIGHBORS. MANAGER &ASST.MGR. ARE VERY HELPFUL. ITS QUITE HERE . HAS A POOL , LAUNDRY, PLAYGROUND AREA. GREAT PRICES AND BEST OVERALL SAFE PLACE TO LIVE OR STAY A WHILE.

This is a nice RV park. Being a mobile RV technician I come to this place a lot and Ive never seen it dirty or people getting loud or anything. Definitely recommend.

Always a wonderful place to live! Close to everything and convenient to ball park, shopping and restaurants! Great neighborhood! Great amenities! Most excellent Park Management!!! He takes care of any issues right away! The assistant manager is a Pastor and can always offer kind words and encouragement when you see him. Only home owners and No renters other than RVs. Golf cart community. Above average!!!! Great security!

Clean very quiet. Large level sites. Very well kept.

My husband was working on a construction project in Jackson, Tn. We stayed at Parkview Village Mobile Home and RV park almost 5 months. We were very happy there. The park is clean, reasonably priced, they have a wonderful swimming pool, the onsite laundry room is inexpensive and clean. It is close to groceries stores and restaurants and its right on the bus line. The staff was very nice too. I definitely recommend this as the RV place to stay in Jackson, TN.

It was an old mobile home park. Very hard to get a 42 fifth wheel in. But it was quite and the people were very nice.

We stopped here for one night while traveling I-40. The park is very nice and safe. I would highly recommend this park for RV’s.

Good inexpensive place to park your camper for the night. Easy access and hook-ups. Lot was level. Quiet area. No bathhouse. Wi-Fi available up front. Looks like it has long term parking.

Clean.Quiet.Mostly mobile homes with a few R.V. sites. Laundry definitly needs an upgrade. There were 2 old washers and dryers.

This is a low income mobile home park first and foremost. In a class A motorhome, we were placed between two permenant residents with a new 50 amp outlet with no on/off switch, which we suspect wasn’t to code. Addtionally, permenant residents, with long extension cords, had used all the available plugs at our site so we could not plug in our heated water hose with freezing weather called for. Fortunately, we were carrying some fresh water, and used that for the night. There was NO WiFi, and the sites are cumbling. I have no idea why this is a Good Sam Park. While we did not feel safe in this poverty stricken neighborhood, we had no issues.

This place wasnt bad at all. First, this is a mobile home park that has empty lots that they rent to RVs. We stayed overnight on our way through town. The sites have water, sewer, and 30/50 power. Its relatively quiet, the people I mean. At 3am we were woken up by the most God awful racket of a million birds going chirp crazy. Inside the camper it sounded like 2 really close song birds. I went outside, at 345, to run them off only to be perplexed by a chorus of hundreds of birds. That was basically it for sleep on that night.Additionally, the bathrooms are locked up at night so youre on your own.

We just stayed overnight. Easy check in. Clean. Everything worked. Friendly.

This is a permanent mobile home park. There are a few RV slots but unless your camper is small, it is hard to get in and out of the slot. There are no bathroom or shower facilities here. The slot we were in did have concrete, but it was broken and uneven making it difficult to level the camper. Also, I had made a reservation about a week before we arrived. However, on the day of arrival they did not show a reservation. Not sure why it rates as a Good Sam RV park. We will not choose to stay here again.

Management is involved to provide a safe stable living environment for family

People are moving out they make you pay property tax on land you do not own or ever will and any time they do any kind of work in the property you rent is going up and staying up
