Switched dentists as Dr Billiot took over Dr Bonapartes practice. I LOVE going to the dentist and this is a great practice. Friendly assistants and hygienists. I love Beth. Dr Billiot is super friendly and explains everything in detail. Shes very careful and thorough. Its easy to get to from work and usually theres parking in the back. If not, there are usually a couple of spots out front (for a fee). Dr Billiot offers mini implants which are way less invasive and quicker to heal than traditional dental implants if needed.
Its always a pleasant experience which is weird to say about a trip to the dentist. From Crystal to my Maria to Dr. Heck..everyone is kind, cheerful, answers questions honestly, able to propose solutions to problems, gives freely of information when asked. My work schedule and transportation circumstances are respected and accommodated with courtesy and grace. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness.
My dentist (who we LOVED), Dr. Bonaparte, recently moved and I guess joined this practice? At our previous appointments in July (at the old place) we scheduled appointments for cleanings for December. Late summer we got a nice letter about relocation.Last week THEY asked us to reschedule for an 8 AM this morning, we agreed . . . when we arrived they said we owed money and refused to continue with the appointment. I have super expensive, super comprehensive insurance, so I do doubt the accuracy of that number, regardless, I should have gotten a bill between July and December, and at the very least shouldnt have been rescheduled last week (as per their request!) with NO MENTION of any billing issues. My partner was the one with the appointment, so he was physically at the office- when I called I had to try 3 times to get through, seemed like they were having tech issues I kept getting beeps and tones instead of a person. The woman I finally spoke with was rude, completely unhelpful, and filled with sighs and statements like as I explained to him and I have no control over.Mistakes happen, particularly during transitions and I get that- but what happened to customer service?I am hopeful we can get in touch with someone we knew from the original office - we had such an amazing experience with them. If not, we will be finding a new dentist.
Very frustrating to deal with as far as billing insurance and receiving requested documents. They dont bill insurance company so we had to pay up front for 2 fairly expensive procedures. We have asked TWICE now over a 6 week period for attending dentist statements so that WE can send to insurance company to get our reimbursement and have yet to receive them. Have also requested release paperwork so that husband can switch to my dentist at Ridge Road Dental (who by the way is wonderful!) and have yet to receive that as well. Seems as though all they care about is getting their money and as long as they have that, who cares about the patient.
I think Dr. Billiot and the staff there are really special, kind people. Great place!!
Court Street Dental continues to provide very efficient and quick routine cleanings. Direct advice are provided and fake pretend conservations (small talk) are avoided. I really appreciate this professional atmosphere!
Excellent care, reasonable prices, and a very friendly atmosphere. By far the best dentist Ive ever been to.
I always have a great experience at Court Street Dental. They are always attentive and I feel at ease whatever I am there for. If you are looking for a new dentist and hygenist, this is the place to go!
I called to make a appointment for four year old son and my call never left the desk. After the hello the receptionist first response to me was hello yes we require payment up front and requested my credit card number. In my response to her statement i was confused about how would you know what to charge for whats needed done. Thought dental insurance covers. Ive heard of copay but not reimbursement from my insurance
I had a big chunk of my tooth break off, I was SURE that I would have to have the tooth pulled. I arrived at the office in a heightened state of anxiety, worried about loosing my tooth. Dr. Heck came in. Looked at my tooth and decided that he could save it. I love my dentist.
Maria did a great teeth cleaning. Recommended!
An honest sweet wonderful group of people working together to make your experience the best ever.
I had a broken filling replaced. I got the appt quickly and the whole, painless deal took less than 40 min. Dr. Dave and staff are a super toothcare team.
On my most recent visit I found that, as always, the staff, hygienist, and Dr. Heck were friendly, efficient, and highly competent.
