I’m a truck driver who handles freight and went there for a massage. I’d definitely give it a 10/10 great atmosphere and amazing job. The building itself is amazing. There’s a beautiful gym and an awesome cafe in the same building! Also the prices are more than fair for the quality you get.

The sauna and tea post-massage were so nice for transitioning back into the real world before I left. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere felt very safe, which was great for getting over my beginner nerves.

Rasa Spa was calming the moment we stepped out of the elevator! They were very very helpful and accommodating in every way. We will definitely be going back!

It was very relaxing as soon as you walk in with the dim lighting. Being able to have a robe to relax in was also nice. I was told there were sandals but I wasn’t sure where to find those. I did love being able to use the sauna before the massage. The lockers were easy to use and definitely big enough to fit my belongings. I wish I had arrived earlier to take advantage of the tranquility room. It looked very peaceful. The massage therapist, Kate Eldridge, was very attentive and listened to everything I had to say about what bothered me or needed more attention. I could feel she was very empathetic when listening to my situation and ailments.

Every time I visit Rasa Spa Im always happy with my experience. I typically get the 60 minute massage. The receptionists and massage therapists are always professional and responsive to any suggestions (e.g., less or more pressure). The tranquility room is one of my favorites and I love to relax there before and after the massage.

The staff were calm and relaxed and did everything they could to help me feel that way. The facilities and extremely welcoming and beautiful.

Sooo pampering to be here! Really nice facilities, we could even shower before our massage. The “waiting room” or tranquility room is so picturesque overlooking the water. The massages were great and we were even given tips on things we could do at home! Overall nice experience, just a little pricier than massages I’ve gotten in the past.

The customer service is terrific--such friendly and helpful people at the front desks. And I cannot say enough about Katherine Gabelmann. She is a phenomenal Massage Therapist. She is one of the most caring and thoughtful women ever. Im vey grateful for her expertise, thoughtfulness and kindness. She pays attention to little details that make every visit so wonderful.

If you have never had a full -body work massage then book aThai /Shiatsu massage with Shayna.She is so intuitive in reading what my body is asking for. I trust her with ever alignment /pressure and of course our good communication.Every massage from Shayna I’ve never been dissatisfied, I’m always relaxed , feel an ease in my body and look forward to my next massage .An advantage I found going to Shayna for Thai /Shiatsu bodywork is that she reads my body’s ‘holding patterns’ and is able to free them up.I grateful to her that she truly loves what she has been called to do .Rasa has the best staff around !

Leana Love-Fabian!! I had the most incredible bikini wax of my life with her. It was almost pleasant, which sounds absurd. She was attentive, gentle, efficient, and yet didnt rush. I hadnt had a wax in about a year and a half, and I was afraid it would hurt a lot, but it was, in a word, amazing. Leana is so professional, sweet, funny, and exactly what youd hope for when in such a possibly awkward situation. I cannot recommend her enough. (I told her that she has to move wherever I do so I can have her for life!)As for Rasa, the spa is beautiful! You walk into a relaxing oasis, are greeted with a kind smile, and sit in a beautiful waiting room. Go!!!!

I go to Rasa for massages and waxing - both experiences are GREAT! Most recently, I went for a Brazilian wax and it was a great experience as usual. I recommend Kalika, she is amazing. She talks you through what she is doing and helps to keep you at ease during the process. She’s very knowledgeable about skincare and after-wax care. She has definitely become my go-to person for my waxing and I’m looking forward to other services she provides.

Rasa Spa is a luxury spa experience in a holistic, grounded space. We have had 3 massages and 1 facial so far at 2 of their locations. Their practitioners are very knowledgeable about their services and the spaces are immaculately clean. The only downside is booking through Mindbody, which is always cumbersome. It would be nice if they rethink this for their 3rd location. Other than that, we are devoted fans.

First time customer... I was amazed at how my masseuse, Vivi, customized my massage to my problem areas where most facilities incorporate a generic/set session for their clients. Will be back for another!

Just returned to Rasa since their re-opening and I was so happy to be back!The receptionist was gracious and welcoming, offering me tea and water upon my arrival.As always the reception area and treatment rooms were immaculate. Rasa is following the protocols for keeping all of us safe in this new era and I felt completely comfortable there.Im partial to Leana, she is an exceptionally gifted esthetician , but all of the Rasa staff members that I have encountered are terrific.Looking forward to my next visit!

My partner and I had an amazing experience with Rasa Spa. We were visiting for the weekend and found them online. The place is BEAUTIFUL. Very tranquil and relaxing. My favorite was the tranquility room which had chairs to lounge on and a view of the river. It was a great place to center ourselves before the massage and then relax for a few minutes afterward. Picture beautiful rugs, pillows, crystals, and plants. Then the massages exceeded our expectation. Dex was SO great, very experienced and knowledgeable, and was definitely one of the best massages I have ever had. Such a great end to our trip, and really good for our sore muscles after hiking all weekend! Highly recommend.

Rasa Spa is beautiful and clean and is a very relaxing environment. The best part of being there--for me-- was Ellie Morello who was my massage therapist for that session and will be going forward till the end of time. She is lovely and amazing at her job. She is great especially for someone with a lot of stress that they carry in their neck and shoulders and for those who have played sports and have had past trauma and injuries. She has strong hands but is also gentle and good at reading the body and what it needs. I HIGHLY recommend Ellie for your next massage treatment. I will 100% be going back to her.

I can’t say enough how grateful I was for my experience last week. It brought some calm, relaxation, self-care and normalcy to what have been a very chaotic and stressful few months. I think the staff did an amazing job of creating an environment that felt both relaxing and safe. While it may not have been exactly the same as what I was used to at Rasa (nothing really feels the same these days) it still brought tremendous healing for my body and mind. Everyone from the staff who greeted me at the front desk to my massage therapist was kind and very contentious about guidelines and safety but none of it interrupted my therapeutic experience. I had my first massage in Ithaca here today after going to school here for 4 years. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere at Rasa was calm and welcoming. The tranquility room is quiet and beautiful--a great place to rest, have tea, and read. Jacinta, my massage therapist, was very attentive and gave an excellent massage. I had a wonderful evening and hope to come back!

Rasa is rare island of care for those who want a total self care experience. Along with a variety of massage options to choose from they also proved a small private yoga space, steam room, showers that include natural product for your use that provide a wonderful sensory relaxing experience. They include for your use soft warm robes, rubber flip flops, fluffy thick towels and wash clothes. Also included in the price for your use is natural eyemake up remover and pads, scented lotion, q tips, cotton balls, combs, and use of blow dryers. they have a selection of hot Teas, lemon water and cucumber water. I cannot think of any other place you can go for such a relaxing day. And if you do not like massages you can pay a little and still enjoy all of the other amenities. Relax in the main room. Steam, shower, stretch, enjoy flavored water or hot tea while you read, meditate or even just nap in quiet relaxing atmosphere.

Simply excellent, as always! Rasa is top of my list when I visit family in Ithaca. The spa is refreshingly unpretentious, sparkling clean facility but still comfortable, welcoming to all types of clients, professional and talented therapists/aestheticians. Its wonderful to cozy up with a blanket and cup of tea in the Tranquility Room before or after your service. This particular visit I enjoyed the Japan Red Flower Ritual - an amazing experience featuring a scrub, (shower interlude in the treatment room to rinse it off) and unique massage. Amazing smells abound! Katie was a pro - repeatedly adjusting the table heater to my preference, draping to keep me at ease, working on tight spots and melting away holiday stress. Thank you!

Favorite massage place in Ithaca! The locker room is small-ish, but never feels crowded at the times Ive been. The sauna and showers are nice. The tranquility/waiting room is very relaxing and nicely setup with different seating and waters. The massages are excellent. All the masseuses Ive had are skilled, responsive, and kind.

The entire experience was very tranquil and relaxing. My massage therapist knew what she was doing and listened to what I was looking to accomplish with the massage. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The space was clean everything was timely without being rushed. Also, the locker room had heated floors which was amazing.

The massage therapist I had was professional and very skilled. She listened to my needs and attended to them. She gave me stretches to do after, gave me a hot pack to use in the tranquility room and talked about some future massage benefits. The reception employees were both skilled and professional as well. I love going into Rasa and having a full expert experience. Your spa leaves me feeling relaxed and restored. I didnt get to sauna this time but look forward to my next visit to include it.

I visited Rasa Spa based on reviews while staying at Greek Peak lodge. We booked last minute and Rasa spa accomodated us graciously. We arrived 45 minutes early so we could enjoy the sauna before our massages. The establishment is beautiful and clean. The receptionist was delightful and our massages were outstanding! We agreed that our massages (by Zack and Leo) were the best we ever received! 5+ stars!

The front office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first visit and felt right at home. The robes are large and plush, the cucumber water is tasty, the EO soaps and shampoo smell great, and the chaise lounges in the tranquility room are very comfy.I had Dex as a massage therapist, and he is quite skilled. Hes also been an instructor at Finger Lakes School of Massage before they went downhill. Dex was able to quickly find trouble spots and effectively work them out. I thought I knew my trouble spots, but he found ones that I didnt know existed. Also, he consistently applied the right amount of pressure, getting deep into knots without going too light, while avoiding causing lasting discomfort. Dex is definitely worth booking an appointment with.

I recently had a 90 minute massage with Amy Stofenberg and it was one the best massages I’ve had. She made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and her attention to detail was unlike any other. I definitely would recommend Amy to anyone that goes to this spa!

I like that I can call you up at the last minute and get services to help my body recover from the punishment it takes due to my job as a flight paramedic. Katie was great she was gentle yet firm where it needed to be and she took care and was delicate with my feet and face which I appreciate ( I’m still new to ppl other than my self touching my face) .she had a great personality. And was great at communicating. I’ve only been to one rasa location but Ithaca has a great view of a river from their tranquility room and I feel that the space they have they used wisely it’s beautiful and peaceful and I love how they are so mindful of the little amenities like the water and extra towels and the showers, the Organic eye makeup remover and the combs. well done to make it an experience. Note - make sure you are ready to be your room (parking + check-in+ changing) a little before your actual time of appointment. Fantastic spa. Very clean and super friendly and easy going staff. I had to change my reservation about 10 times, and felt horrible, but each time the staff was friendly and understanding. My facial was amazing, and my esthetician was super informative and knowledgable. We also took a private yoga class which was super relaxing and restorative. What a relaxing day!

Fantastic spa, and our masseuses for our couples massage (Avi and Brittany) were great listeners, applied the proper techniques to aid our sore muscles, and were attentive, on-time and generally great people to interact with. The amenities at the spa are the best in Ithaca, with saunas and showers in gender locker rooms and a tranquility room to wait in for your service. Great experience!
