Dr. Jackson is so gentle with my 18 month old, I’ve been coming here since he was 6 months and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly patient and helpful. The waiting area is neat and they follow careful COVID precautions. I will continue to bring my son here and I highly recommend you choosing tiny teeth for your children’s main dental care.

We had a great experience at Texas Tiny Teeth in Irving! This was our first time. I will admit that I was a little hesitant at first because the shopping center itself looks a bit run down. But, that is Irving in general these days. The dentist office was very neat and clean. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to my four year old. Dr. Jackson was very nice and took her time talking with my son, and giving me information. We will definitely be returning. :)

I found this dentist searching for somewhere to take my children because of complications at another dental office. I must say I am very satisfied. My oldest is a very nervous child when it comes to doctors of any kind and he did very well. They were able to finish his procedure. The doctor is very attentive and explains everything so well. She tells you exactly what will happen and how. She is amazing! So much so that after his procedure, he didnt want her to leave his side and he is usually bolting for the exit door. He says he cant wait to see her again!! I love Texas Tiny Teeth!!

We just left from Texas Tiny Teeth and Im quick to leave a great review because it had been a painstaking process to find a good dentist that truly cared about the patients during this pandemic.I left my previous dentist due to lack of transparency with vaccinations and because they werent willing to put their little patients first.Tiny Teeth in Irving checked all the right boxes for us, from checking in to checking out! They do a lot of communication via auto-text which is super simple and that allows you a quick and safe check in for your kids. In addition, their x-ray process is super simple and quick compared to other dentists - plus theyre super transparent and you see the x-rays AS SOON as theyre shot! So you know theyre not pulling a fast swap on you to get extra cash out of you.The dentist, Dr. Ratrice Jackson was phenomenal! She explained everything to me in detail and was very courteous, overall.All in all this was an excellent experience and we definitely found our kids forever dentist 😊

Awesome dentist! My 5 yr old daughter had a traumatic experience at a previous dentist and she was extremely nervous and scared when we arrived. I’ve found my son’s dentist for the duration of his childhood. Dr. Johnson is exceptionally thorough. She was sure to show me every dental note, my 4 yr old is developing a cavity and she provided preventative recommendations. Instead of jumping in to provide treatment she noticed the dental anxiety my exceptionally shy 4 year old has and prioritized developing trust and familiarity with him- a sure sign of integrity over profit. She “saw” my son. “Care” has to be present in dental and health care when i select a medical Practicioner for my family. This office is exemplary.

Everyone at this office was so pleasant to talk to and very patient with us as my children were very anxious with screams and cries. We just absolutely love Dr. Jackson as our children’s new dentist. Dr.Jackson and her team were amazing. They made my son’s procedure comfortable for the both of us. Although, my son didn’t like being numb they made sure to explain everything throughly to ensure he was comfortable before, during and post op. My experience at Texas Tiny Teeth was awesome! Just from walking Instantly there was a great energy in the building. Initially the receptionist gathered my information and told us to wait. It was not even ten minutes before we were called to the back. There were two dental assistants helping that were amazing with my child and her X-rays. Chavon stayed with us through the duration of the visit which made me comfortable. When doctor Johnson entered the room there was such a grace that followed her. she delivered the unfortunate information with total consideration to my feelings. Her knowledge and delicate care that she extends to her patients and parents is unmatched! On the exit I was met by Jocelyn that carefully explained to me the treatment options for my daughter and the prices. I usually don’t like the dentist, but this visit was so pleasant. In the words of my 5 year old, “that’s a good place, when can we go back” THANKS TTT FOR THAT AMAZING EXPERIENCE ❤️
