Worst Clinic ever!!! After my first appointment with them, they scheduled an appointment for march, 2022 without my approval. I found out through my email. it was such a fuss cancelling that appointment. Ive been trying to call them for. about a week now and get hold of them to make an appointment but they are nowhere to be found. The phone is directed to customer care and hung up with out any sort of help!Online portal doesnt help as well. They arent open during the business hours. This is ridiculous! I wouldnt even give them a star.

If I could give them -0 I would. Made my mom an appointment after finding out our previous dentist was not in network with our insurance. My mom makes it to her appointment just to find out they did not verify her insurance and could not get breakdown done due to being a Saturday and insurance department was close. So we rescheduled. 2nd appointment mom shows up and receptionist informs mom Dr,s car broke down not sure what time she will get to the office. Like seriously you guys could off called heads up informed your patients the situation of whats going on instead of making my mom miss work twice. Very unprofessional worst place ever.

This place is TERRIBLE!! Waited 40 minutes to go in when its supposed to be the first appointment of the day. They try to scam you by trying to sell you treatments you DONT need. You dont get copies of treatment plans, or other paperwork but the receipt of your payment. They never pick up the phone, it will just keep ringing. This was my first and last time visiting this location. This place needs to work on providing an honest experience to its patience without having to scam them of unnecessary things.

Their customer service is good. I didnt have a long wait time and my kids were very happy and were not scared like the way they feel before going to the dentist. So they made my children feel safe and secure. my kids love going to the dentist. I definitely recommend them as a primary dentist.

Not open at posted office hours. Never answers the phone. Office is unorganized and sparsely furnished. High staff turnover. Rude dentist. Worst experience with a medical professional in my life.

Brident Dental in Irving Texas was the greatest, the staff was great and when I filled out the new patient paperwork and present it to them, they called me to the back fight at my appointment with no problems whatsoever!! The Staff was helpful and 100% friendly!! It was great!! Try Brident Dental Clinic in Irving Texas, you all wont be disappointed!! 😃

They are very unprofessional they just in business to get the PPE Loan. They gave me the run around about a clearance letter to my Dr. and what type of business fax machine be down for 30 days smh y’all need to be shut down. Then when I called to make a complaint they hung up in my face so I will be posting y’all on the better business bureau website and making a complaint their to.

We will not be returning ever again, and I look forward to finding a doctor that can actually provide care and service. This place is trash.

New York Avenue, Arlington TX location with the orthodontist side at this location for almost 3 years. I have had 6 different Ortho doctors and not sure how many staff changes over this period of time.This is the MOST unprofessional, dysfunction office I have ever been to. I know we are going through a difficult time with pandemic but again, this has been almost 3 years. I was to wear braces for 18 months but ended up being 19. Not a problem but I did have 4 different doctors by this time. Braces removed ( May 2019) and within 3 months my teeth were shifting because the retainer wasn’t properly fitted. They replaced retainer after trying to schedule follow up appointment for 2 months. Teeth still moving of course. Finally I get in and I told them I need to have my top teeth redone and braces are put back on in October 2019. Two new doctors and 3 follow up appointments later I am told I should be able to get braces off in April 2020. My February appointment had to be rescheduled due to jury duty. Could never ever get anyone on the phone to reschedule. I call left on hold, hung up on, call back no answer. This goes on for 4 days. I’m am livid now and finally get the business office or something, not sure but they schedule my appointment. Appointment scheduled for 30 days later for March. New dentist now in this office and he does he work and then I get fitted for retainer. Of course pandemic hits everything is shut down, no problem. Call in June to see if they have any idea when they may start scheduling appointments. Told maybe end of June early July. Call to schedule June 30th and told yes scheduling but told they will have someone call me back. Can’t reach anybody now. I am so over this office. I will complain to insurance company.again. I just want these damn braces off so I can stop dealing with them. This has been the absolute most horrific experience I have ever had. Never again. I advise you to not to use this dental group or office or use at your own risk.

I am giving them 5 stars. Because, my five kids were scheduled at the same time. I think we were there for an hour and a half tops. My own dentist takes longer with just me. The staff was great! They help with my 3 yr old who was very active. I highly recommend them.

~ EDIT My wife made appointments for both my sons and I. Suddenly they cant confirm my sons insurance. They just called to confirm my insurance for my appointment tomorrow because they dont have any records for me and could I please give my insurance to confirm. They call back a few minutes later to tell me that I have no dental insurance. I laugh and laugh. They just lost 4 customers and 4 starsThese guys are great. Everyone is very friendly and excellent at their jobs.

This staff is absolutely amazing. The front desk staff goes above and beyond ensuring my children were able to get seen. From the x-rays :-) to the cleaning my children felt very comfortable. Due to the wonderful patience and professionalism of the entire staff my children had a great experience. Thank you guys!!!

I took my 8 year old daughter in to get some treatment done and the staff was absolutely amazing! The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The Dental assistant who took her X-rays is great at explaining the process and he made it easier for her to understand. The whole process was smooth and the pricing was decent. My daughter did cry towards the end but Bracie, one is the assistants helped calm her down by singing to her and helping her with breathing exercises. I really appreciate her going out of her way to calm her down. I will definitely be returning and recommend them for anyone who needs to get dental work done.

I enjoy coming to this location! The staff and dentists are great! They are always fun , friendly, and make me feel welcomed and valued. Everything from the procedure to the cost is explained thoroughly and that makes me feel at ease when I have my visits .

My dad picked me up from school to take me to the dentist. They said I had a cavity, thank God a small one and the treated me very well. They filled my cavity up and told me that I needed to floss more often. My sister was very terrified but at the end she was very happy and everything was okay! South Texas Dental is the best. From the 1st day me, my husband and our daughter walked through the door the manager, her team and of course my wonderful Dentist made us feel at ease. They explained everything, walked us through the procedures and assured us everything would be just fine. Infact we had several appointments at the Dentist and each time the procedure went so smooth and organized we all were completely done and out of there in an hour or less. Trust me we had a lot of work done. I love South Texas Dental I would recommend them any day. Thank you Irving Team. Now me , my husband and our daughter (shes still a working progress) all have a clean mouth and amazingly fresh breath. Most people are afraid to say it. South Texas Dental gave me a new confidence in my smile.

This location is amazing! Rosie and Claudia always take really good care of me and go above and beyond to make the dental experience as painless as possible. The front desk staff is super friendly as well. Valerie greets every paitient with a smile.

Their staff is always friendly and are pretty good at reminding you about your appointment. I think they’re also pretty good at explaining the procedure.However it seems like they have been having problems with overbooking lately. The last few times I’ve been here I had to wait longer than 30 minutes. Last time I waited an hour and Today I waited 45 minutes.I’m not sure what’s going on with their billing department (separate from the dental office), but last time they charged me for a late fee and I always pay before my cleaning starts. It eventually got taken care of, but it was frustrating.I hope they get it together because I enjoyed coming here. I had never had a problem before the last two visits.

The procedures were explained to me in detail and how to take care of my teeth after the procedures was very informative! The staff was very friendly and got me out of there really fast! I didnt have insurance but was able to get work down by being a part of their payment program which also discounts the prices for a starting fee of 30$. So I got an exam for 30$ and a front filling for 160. Their prices beat everyone else I called! I WILL BE GOING BACK

This ppl have no experience, while they are performing the process they are talking between them about other stupid stuff rather than concentrate on what they are doing you can tell they dont have much experience at ALL. I thought clean at first but low maintenance. Staff doesnt communicate well with each other or to the client. I was told I needed 3 wisdom teeth pulled and to replace the gauze as needed, and returned two days later in EXCRUCIATING PAIN and I was told that I didnt do something right.Excuse me but you are the professional, so offer advise when it is due, NOT AFTER the damage was done.Came back 4 times throughout the week due to that surgery going wrong, and every time I was told that they couldnt give me a proper pain reliever until the next week. I show up on the day-of and the dentist doesnt come in until 1 for a single patient lol. What kind of place is this??????*** warned them I dont do good with dental pain and they tried to prescribe me ibuprophen???????? One week later, face half swollen and can not swallow or talk and I ask for them to step it up a notch on pain killers and they just play word games.Never Coming Back

Called at 2:30 on a Saturday because my 3-year-old daughter was crying that her chipped tooth hurt. They worked me in despite normally closing at 3:30, and said they were willing to stay late to treat her if necessary. Dr. looked at her X-ray and said nothing was injured and that the chip was not worth the cost of fixing as it posed no danger to the tooth and the filling would likely get bumped off. I was impressed by her honesty. They also only charged me $30 prior to insurance instead of the stated $69 because the doctor did not do a full exam. Multiple team members went out of their way to treat my daughter kindly and she got 2 balloons after, which she loved! Friendly, fast, and minimalist! I wasnt a regular here before, but I will be coming back.

Dr Park was amazing. He was very clear on the process needed for me and helped me be at ease.

First and last time I go. I went to get a tooth pulled out and had to go back because they called me saying they forgot a peace of my tooth. I went back and they re-did everything again. The shots and unstiched. In the end they couldnt get the peace out. They have asked me to go back and try again but I feel so unsafe now. I trusted them and I dont have insurance so now to have to go get my mouth fixed and pay someone else to fix what they did is just redicoulos. Do NOT recommend this place.

Dr. Mayfield and all the staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and compassionate. I was seen promptly, and after the exam, Dr. Mayfield took a good deal of time to discuss options with me. Ive also taken my autistic son to this clinic, and they were great with him as well.

Had a great experience last time I was there so I’m back again the staff is nice and friendly facility is very well kept and maintained was in and out wait time was not long I highly recommend this dentist office

C- Experience very unprofessional the Dr. taking advice from one of the employees that was cleaning up getting ready to close. The customer does not care if they are closing I arrived 30 min early and if the Dr. says one thing the employee has no business putting her nose where is not called for especially in front of the customer. I moved all my childrens, myself, and mother to Smiley Dental in Irving on Nursery. Above and behond with their professionalism.

They almost rescheduled my appt due to miscommunication between the receptionist and the dental assistants but the dentist ended up staying late to take care of me.

Stuff are very respectful..The dentist that took care of me, I felt like she didnt try to accomodate to my work schedule. & was told that I needed to be at the time she said because she would be more consentrated and prepare for my treatment! Which I felt that was very unprofessional. Last visit it was very bad done due to having a lot of brucing in my gums.

My Kids Have Been Coming Here 6yrs & No Complaints

First time I decide to take my kids to a new dental office an choose this office reason being its close to our house, well worst decision ever. The staff is to immature, rude and worst of all the staff constantly are having conversations about there personal life in-front of all patients. All rating are from months ago or over a year old most resent ones are not good at all. As a parent I recommend no one to take there kids to this dental office. Front staff are very rude when sighing in, they are not explaining the process they just scream out patients name pass back to xray room then just walk right threw waiting area without informing parents where our kids are going or what will be next. The doctor is very inpatient with kids she does does go over treatment recommendations but staff says other wise and right off they get you to reschedule treatment, and cleaning doctor is very rude all they where doing was having conversations in Spanish. The only staff member who was very sweet was one dental assistant think I heard staff call her Vivi.Its a trashy office because of staff, there are many dental offices please think twice before going to South Texas Dental.

Took a little to long i had an appt at 9 but wasnt called till 9:45. Staff here was very nice. Except the doctor he tried to tell me that the last place i had a filling it was done wrong but i never been to the dentist anywhere but there and that was 5 years ago when i told him he didnt say anything else and left.

They have really taken good care of my girls oral health.

They wanted to do a procedure on our son. We said no, we dont want to that, its not an option, but they insisted that it had to be done and they got annoyed and due to their emotions or feeling uncomfortable with us because we said no, they were done. Furthermore, they even forgot to clean his teeths and wasted our time because we decline to their procedure, due to staff being piss. Im never going back there. Will find me another Dentist that arent there to squeez the insurance and they are more there to keep your teeth clean and be real.

I truly love this place! Its worth my time to actually give them an online review (which I never do) the ENTIRE staff is so helpful, caring, & the take so good care of you! Thwy offer many resources & their days & hours are convenient for those whom work or attend school. They make that dreadfulness fully go away before any appt. & make it more a happy experience where youre handled by true proffessionals whom are down to earth in which you trust your in good hands such as family. Highly recommended..God Bless South TX Dental! They are life savers to my TEETH! 😁

Other than the long wait, I had a good experience. Dr. Mayfield was awesome.So he was pretty much worth the wait. He and his staff were sooo much better than what I experienced with Dossett Dental. He was very informative and even recommended me to a specialist since he was booked. I appreciate him for that because even the specialist was great. I do look forward to seeing Dr. Mayfield again. I would highly recommend anyone to check it out.

I hope every visit is as great as the first one. My grandson needs alot of dental work. They got us in to a room real quick. He had x-rays, tcleaning, sealant placed on teeth, consultation with Dr. Mayfield, whom I really liked, he was knowledgeable, the dental hygienist, who cleaned Kams teeth walked him thru whole procedure and he had a tooth extracted. Great experience all around. Highly recommend Dr. Will Mayfield,.only drawback was some dental assistant who had no bedside manner what so ever, but besides her everyone was great and Im an extremely overprotective perfectionist. So for me to recommend this Dentist is a first. Thanks Dr.Mayfield.

Man, i paid $60 for a professional dental diagnosis. I got told to go find an oral surgeon. It took about 5 mins. Damn man!! I needed that money.

Me dieron la cita para un sábado a la 1:30, estuve llamando para confirmar que si me iban a poder atender y nunca me contestaron cuando llego al lugar me dicen que no pueden atenderme porque no encontraron información de mi aseguranza.El dia anterior me mandaron un mensaje diciéndome que me iban a atender que tenía una cita a la 1:30, No se tomaron el tiempo para llamar y decirme que no me iban a atender, solamente me hicieron perder mi tiempo puesto que vivo a 30 min de la clínica.Muy mal servicio!!!!!😡
