Where should I start... I got lured because of 5 star reviews. From the beginning I felt something is not about it. Cleaning service was OK, nurses were little on the rude side. Doctor himself tries hard to look calm, but as soon as you bring facts to him in a discussion he loses his cool. I tolerated all these. What turned me completely off is the fact that they charge you up front without charging insurance first. After 3 months I learned that they owe me money because insurance covered more than what they thought. They never bothered to call me. I eventually called and ask for a refund. I do not trust this place nor the reviews anymore. I overheard someone was denied service because of low rating review. That tells a lot about authenticity of all the rest of the reviews. I would not be surprised if they give discount for 5 star ratings.

I have been going here for about 3 years and have had good experience always. The routine cleaning is pretty comprehensive and they take enough time in doing a good routine cleaning. I also like the digitization of the records and liked their software better than some of the other doctor offices. All the people including front desk, nurses, and doctor are very nice, soft spoken and polite.

I have been going to Dr. K for about 6-7 years. I found him because he was close to my apartment in Irving. Since then, I have moved twice and I now live 45 minutes away from his office. But I continue to go to him for my visits because 1) his team is great - super friendly! and 2) it doesnt hurt! Dr. K is great at calming me down when I get nervous and he is so good at what he does, I never feel any pain. I would definitely recommend him!

Finally, I have to thank the good doctor for fixing my teeth and smile and making me look a little less like Shrek - well, just a little less!

First appointment was just for an exam, with a cleaning scheduled for a later date. I arrived to my appointment ten minutes early to fill out paperwork, and my name was called right on time. Two types of x-rays were taken, then I went to an exam room to wait for the dentist. The wait was a little longer than expected due to a complication with another patient, but the nurses checked in several times to let me know what was going on and how much longer I could expect to wait. The dentist was soft-spoken, friendly, and polite, and did a thorough exam of my teeth. Availability for a follow-up cleaning was a little slim - clearly this is a popular practice!

Dr. Kainth is great.. But the wait time is more. I booked an appointment saying we have to do a tooth extraction as the pain is more. After consulation with some wait time they said we have to wait for one more month for the tooth extraction surgeon. My sincere feedback is please look into the wait time of these things.

I recently had some corrective work done due to a longstanding problem. I had not allowed a previous dentist to do the same work because I frankly did not trust that it was in my best interest. After having a bad experience at my previous dentist, I was resistant in resuming regular dental care. My wife was patiently urging me to go and see her dentist as her experience with Coolbreeze dentistry has been very positive and was growing concerned about my dental health.From the initial interaction with Dr Kainths team, I sensed something different, as instead of the typical dental cleaning and proceeding dental exam, I was first given a dental exam, followed by, in my case, a dental get healthy plan. Also and more immediately from this plan, was the recommendation and referral for a root canal to a colleague of Dr Kainths, which was setup seamlessly by Coolbreeze staff, to include post procedure same day appointment with Dr Kainth to finish the root canal process.The care and concern shown by Dr Kainth and his team demonstrated that patient bedside manner is of utmost importance to them. Bottom line- after not being able to comfortably chew on my right side for over a year, I now can thanks to Dr Kainths quick and decisive diagnosis and treatment plan. So if your looking for dentist and troubled with one that you can trust, based on my experience Dr Kainth and his team will not disappoint.

I recently had a root canal done and it was a delight. I recommend one, even if its not necessary. My prophylaxes and fillings were nothing short of a party, as well. But seriously, Dr Kainth & Co do a great job and deserve 5 stars.

One of the best practices I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Dr. Kainth and his staff really change the experience of the dentist office. I always hated going to the dentist as it would always be awkward and time consuming.Dr. Kainth and his staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and valued. They also understand that people are busy and do not waste a patients time by making them wait around for someone to help. In all the times I have visited, I don’t think I ever spent more than 5 mins waiting for either being taken back at my appointment time, getting X-rays, having the hygienist come by, or for Dr. Kainth. That speaks to the high level of professionalism by his office.Another thing I like about Coolbreeze dentistry is that unlike many other chain dentist offices, they do not try and nickel and dime you for every little thing. Dr. Kainth and his staff are clear about what they recommend and why any procedure is needed or not. It really seems they are driven by the patients best interests rather than their own business interests.I moved over 20 miles away since I started to visit Coolbreeze dentistry and I still make the trip out there for my appointments.
