I was very sad when my dentist of 20+ years retired. Not anymore!!! 21st century took excellent care of me. It was so clean, high tech and everyone was beyond friendly! I feel like I am wonderful hands and at ease finding my new dental home.

I’ve been with 21st since 2011 and hence thought of putting a 10 YEAR REVIEW. I’ve enjoyed the quality of service, the extend of care & empathy the team provides which has been consistent. The place is very well kept with comfortable space & seating. A big shout out to Lil who has been my dental hygienist for last couple of years. She is very attentive, knowledgeable, engaging, caring. (Some examples —> applying chapstick to lips as I’m picky that way + not using cold water due to my sensitive teeth + blanket for more comfort). Looking forward to many years ahead with 21st Dr. Roy, Lil, & team. My immediate family goes to 21st as well, and I wouldn’t have referred many of my Microsoft team members to 21st if they didn’t excel in what they do. Keep up the great work!!!

By far the best experience I have ever had. I came in for a crown and Jason was assisting me. Great atmosphere and conversation that really put me at ease. Did you know he was Team member of the year!?! Quickly took the need X-rays then the doctor came in. The entire process was quick and painless! Yes you heard me Painless!!!!! I was not out to sleep by any means but I did fall asleep. In the dentist office!!! You know how great a team has to be in order for that to happen. Lil Ortega is an amazing Hygienist that always makes sure you enjoy your experience and makes coming back to the DDS an event to look forward to! I have far too many wonderful things to say about 21st Century Dental. The entire staff is just the best; they certainly have developed a special formula for hiring great people that blend so perfectly together. It’s amazing! As much as this may sound like an exaggeration, I have never had a negative experience with anyone at the practice! It’s quite the opposite, they go out of the way to insure comfort during some uncomfortable times! I have lost track of how long I have been a patient but I think it’s close to 25 years and I’ve absolutely never thought about going anyplace else!

Amazing amazing amazing experience...they provide such a quality service & once you enter inside, one automatically can sense that they are in safe hands...the staff is amiable, listens to you carefully and takes care of all your needs. My personal experience with “Thu Nguyen” has been totally worth it. She was so polite and very very caring. At every step of my dental procedure, she made sure i was comfortable and assured that results are going to be good & indeed she was so right about it all. Right from the staff at reception to the doctors, everyone was cooperative & very friendly. “Thu” has been such a great support, mentor, cheerleader at the end of the procedure & totally took care of me like a child :(mind you, i am 33 ;)) highly recommend & would definitely visit again!

Amazing dental office! I’ve been a patient for several years (maybe 10?) and I always leave feeling good about my time spent with both Cameron (my hygienist) and Dr. Bristow (my dentist). They both make me feel welcome and appreciated. While Dr Roy is a great dentist, but the one that really makes the difference and keeps me returning year after year to any dentist office is the Dental Hygienist. I’m sure Dr Roy has an amazing staff of Hygienists, but the one who has taken care of me for several years is Jenna. She is not only personal and professional, but really takes her time with a thorough cleaning.

I have been using 21st Century Dental for about 8 years and this is the finest Dental Facility i have ever been in PERIOD. It is exquisitely designed, beautiful, and with all the comforts of a good home, friendly, web internet stations if needed and free wifi when i was last there. What else could you ask for. It is the most modern facility with the latest equipment to provide you with the most comfortable dentist experience you have ever had. I have known Dr. Jeff Roy and his family for 12 years, yes Abby included and Dr. Jeff Roy is the best dentist i have ever worked with, technically adept, knowledgeable, and his skills with the patient are beyond belief, in listening, and understanding the patients concerns and needs both financial, dental needs, and coming up with a treatment program that is great for all involved. Dr Roy carefully explains all the options available to the patient and family. When Dr Roy is working on you he directs and guides you through what he is doing, and what to expect, his touch with the dental instruments is superb, gentle and you know he is sincerely concerned about your comfort. There is none better. Although, i have had the pleasure of working with Dr Smith and their latest associate Dr. Ashley Bristow and the have been just as exceptional as Dr. Roy. Then there is the dental support staff and the business office staff, the are all 5 star rated people, and you should be comfortable putting your next dental experience in their hands. Just communicate with them what your needs are and i guarantee they will try and acommodate you if they can. They are really good people, and they are more like FAMILY than just Dentists alone, you are NOT just a number. When i walk in the door even new employees greet me by name, and the other day i had never met the receptionist before, now that is Phenomenal. I must point out that my newest hygenist Miss Tran i believe, is the best hygenist i have ever worked with and i will work with her forever. I truly love all Staff of the 21st Century Dental Family, and you will as well. When i retire to the Rockies, I will come back to use their services when i can, i do not think i can find anyone that is better in dentistry.
