Friendly staff, clean office, and Dr Kim is optimism doctor; appointment timely efficient about 15 mins for my contact exam; Most contact exam cover glasses prescription but Eye Contact Optometry apply extra charge on top of my contact prescription;

Ive had nothing but good experiences, used them for contact lenses and glasses, through post-LASIK surgery and now for routine checkups. Office is easy to access from the Woodbridge Center parking, appointments are easy to schedule.

Dr. Kim was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. He explained the pros and cons of the various contact options for me, such as daily wear contacts vs. bi-weekly contacts. Dr. Kim was very pleasant, attentive, and very professional. Finally, his office staff were very friendly.

Kind, friendly, and Dr. Kim listens.I bought a Groupon so I could find out if I was a good candidate for contact lenses.After my exam, Dr. Kim let me know that I did not need contacts, but was a better candidate for new glasses. I explained to him my reasoning for wanting contacts & he heard me. That was a great feeling. He set me up with some try out contact lenses. After using these for 5 days, I agree that contacts are not an everyday solution for me, but I did purchase a 90 supply so I can take a break once in a while from my glasses.I highly recommend this office. Just a great staff & doctor.

There was no waiting when I got there! The atmosphere was calming and everyone was very helpful and kind. My glasses were ready on time and no appointment was necessary to pick them up. Very nice experience.

Dr. Kim was pleasant and knowledgeable. I usually find eye exams onerous with the back and forth is 1 better or 2? By the time Ive done that 20 times Im ready to scratch my eyes out. But Dr. Kim has some new equipment (at least it was new to me) that did a lot of the work so the eye exam was much shorter and easier! His price for my contact lenses was comparable to Costco, so I bought them from him - always want to give locals the business if I can! I would definitely go back.

Even though its my very first visit, Ive been greeted very friendly by the whole staffs, and it didnt take long until I was called in. It was quite pleasant experience throughout the whole tests and conversation, very professional with personal attention. Highly recommended.

I originally found Eye Contact Optometry on Groupon. I was looking for a nice professional Optometrist near my home. Upon calling I was able to get an appointment right away the next day. Everyone was very welcoming, kind and very helpful. Dr. Kim was professional and through in his examination. Eye Contact Optometry also have a nice selection of designer eyewear to choose from.

My kids have been going to Eye Contact Opt. for the past 4 years. Dr. Kim is always kind and gives us a thorough explanation! We are totally satisfied with the care and services^^

I highly recommend Dr. Kim he is very experienced and personable. Ive never had to wait more than 5 mins and the office personal is wonderful as well they are very helpful when trying to decide on the frames for you.

The worst possible optometry experience my family has ever encountered. This is a WARNING for all potential customers of his OrthoK lenses. Do not believe in his ideas about what will happen to the cornea. His patented claims are overstated and unsound.This message is coming from 3 different wearers of the lenses for approximately one year. When we confronted him about our shared problems, he unsuccessfully tried to dismiss our complaints and did nothing to address the issues. The most he did was give us eye drops. The symptoms grew worse going from allergies, virally infected, and eventually scarring the cornea. Our eyes were botched up and dried out for over 8 months. If he did not issue us a FULL refund, we would have sued him and gone to court. His willingness to give back the money was immediate, which gave the impression that he had similar complaints like ours before.Kim is nice if you try out his most expensive lenses. When we stopped using them, the service they gave grew less attentive and worse. Glasses and contacts started to arrive after 3 full weeks. One pair of sunglasses we ordered took over 4 weeks! Do not go here for your optometry needs. The quality and timing is very bad given our experience of one year. The poorest service imaginable.

I had found Dr. Kim on groupon as I was looking for an optometrist that was close to where I lived at the time. Each visit was wonderful, and Dr. Kim made me feel very comfortable. The staff was helpful when breaking down payment, too, along with my selection of Dolce and Gabbana eye glasses. I have moved back to NY since then but will recommend them to any one else!
