I have been a member for just over 2 years and would go nowhere else. As a woman with no prior martial arts training, I was nervous of this type of contact, but the environment is extremely welcoming and safe. The recent upgrades to the facility give students a very clean and simple place to train. Valente Brother black belts, Jack, Shayne, and Nick are all fantastic instructors that work very well together to make CSD a very well-rounded self-defense focused jiu-jitsu school for all ages. Not only has CSD taught me empowering, real-life scenario self-defense, but the Valente Brothers philosophy taught to all classes has helped shape my life for the better. This school has become like a second home to me and the members like family. If you want a clean, safe, family-feel martial arts school, CSD is the right choice for you and your kids.
