The crossfit classes here are awesome! The staff and other members are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everyone encourages each other to keep going. I am looking forward to the next session!

Awesome place. The team at crossfit primordial is top notch. I’ve worked out here 10+ times when traveling and Nila and her team are fantastic. Erin can show you all the barbell movements you wish you could do. They do a great job of coaching beginners to veterans on technique and form. Friendly members and staff are welcoming and the facility is clean and sanitary, as well as safely laid out.

What a great experience! I was visiting from ATL and found this gym near my hotel. Eric and the members were super friendly and the gym is top notch. Easily one of the nicest Crossfit gyms Ive been too. If you are in town drop in. The drop in fee is reasonable and you wont regret it! If you live here then this is the gym for you if you want to look and feel great!

Been a member for over a year now and couldn’t be happier. It’s a great community of people that have the same goal of becoming more fit! New gym owners are a great addition and instill the same values.
