Advantage Life Chiropractic has changed some serious side effects from a concussion and herniated discs. My headaches were so bad usually 6 or seven days a week and now maybe 1 or 2 a week. I have been suffering from chronic daily migraines and neck pain for over a year straight now and have had headaches for as long as I can remember. I met Dr. Tony at the Twin Cities Wedding Expo, minutes after forcing myself to sit through a very loud fashion show full of flashing lights that had seriously triggered my head and neck pain. After a few minutes of hearing him speak about how he and his wife have helped others like myself that suffered from chronic migraines, I was eager to make an appointment.At my first appointment, I really appreciated being able to go through all of my x-rays. I also felt like I understood the purpose of each treatment that I was being offered because of the long conversation I was able to have with Dr. Tony. Even just after my second adjustment now, I have already noticed a difference in the severity of my migraine. Last night I was pain free for a few hours, which might sound like nothing to some people, but to me it was huge. I feel so hopeful.I also deal with chronic symptoms of POTS/dysautonomia, and lately Ive been passing out unexpectedly when I change positions (from laying down to standing is especially bad). This is another issue I am hoping might improve with chiropractic treatment.Dr. Sarah and Dr. Tony were so kind to me when I got dizzy and passed out when I got up from laying down too quickly. At first, I couldnt stop passing out over and over and wasnt able to walk for quite a while. If they hadnt been so calm and helpful, I wouldve been so scared. I appreciated it so much. I have been to several chiropractors but none were as thorough as Dr. Tony and Dr. Sarah. They make sure you understand what they are doing, why your body hurts but most importantly how it can be fixed. They use newer technology, one being the arthrostim. The machine not only does what old school chiropractors do but it does it without the creepy popping and cracking noises. The arthrostim also is used to not only target the bones but the loosen the tight muscles that leave everyone feeling sore and stressed. On top of adjustments Dr. Tony and Dr Sarah also believe in home care to improve you health while you are in between appointments. They will give you stretches for both in clinic and at home. They are not a pop you and forget you place!

Be prepared this one is a long one . I met Dr. Tony Nguyen at the Gluten Free and Allergy Fest in Minneapolis on May 21st 2017. He was doing assessments on people using a mechanical device that showed the severity of their problem area on a computer. I explained I have had neck issues for a number of years. I cannot turn my head to the right or bend my neck back to look up. When I need to look up I have to hold my neck with my hand or my raise my shoulders to support my head and neck. Even doing this it is painful/uncomfortable. He scanned my neck. WOW, I knew my neck was in rough shape. But, seeing my neck mapped out on the computer and Dr. Nguyen explaining what was going on and how he could help, really helped me understand how severe my issue was. He gave me his card and recommended I come in for a Free assessment and radiographs. My fiancé has been telling me to go to a chiropractor for some time. So, I finally decided to go. I went in for my full assessment and radiographs. When Dr. Nguyen went over my radiographs I gasped with what I saw! He explained how he could help me. My first session was done. It included a few exercises and an adjustment. Which did NOT include any cracking of bones/joints. But, using devices that massage muscles, pressure points and nerves. I was a bit skeptical when the session was over. But, he asked me to try and look up. I said okay? So, I did. It brought me to tears. I did it !!! And without my shoulders going up or having to hold my neck and without pain.Not only am I happy with the immediate results which honestly was a miracle. But, I am very pleased with Dr. Tony Nguyen and his wife Dr. Sarah Nguyen. They are so friendly and professional. They truely care about their patients.
