I recently went to another office to try a chiropractic service for the first time. Im probably atypical in that I dont have anything I think/thought needed to be fixed, I was just looking for a positive effect on my everyday life. Story shortened, I was informed that (to fix me) Id owe $1300 up front to be corrected and thereafter XXX per visit. I also waited 40 minutes to be seen the first visit and 20 the second....and never received an adjustment.Inver Grove Chiropractic is the opposite of the above. I showed up 5-10 minutes prior to my appointment (which was the day after I called) and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Front reception handled my check in and initial set-up immediately, and after this I was sent over to the Chiropractic Team who gave me a non-intrusive once over. Their positivity was/is contagious. These folks seem genuinely happy to to be doing what theyre doing and let it show. After assessment I was introduced to the roller table room and then had my first adjustment. A+, 10/10 first time experience. Thanks all. I very much appreciate the straight to the point, no bs, fun, first-time encounter.

I’m a highly sensitive person and read energy and there were only good vibes to be had at this wonderful healing place. Everyone I came in contact with was warm and inviting, all the people that work there have super chill vibes. As someone who has a fear of relinquishing control over my body it is hard for me to see doctors in general, so I love that the open floor plan means that nothing they will do is something that they wouldn’t do to you in front of other patients, doctors, desk staff, and lobby patrons. Even though they have a gym, there is no body odor, and everything is clean and comfortable. They have some beautiful, gentle, happy dogs who roam the floor bringing joy and calming energy to anyone they say hi to. I’ve only had one visit here so far, but I truly believe I’ve come to the perfect place for me to heal my pain! Thanks to the staff today for being so kind to me.

This is my favorite chiropractic place I have ever went to. All the providers are amazing people with great personalities. I love all the different therapies they have to offer. They really do improve your quality of life here.

Great new patient experience. I was able to book a new-patient appointment within 2 days; the staff all seem very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ross listened patiently, and I was able to get some helpful relief on my first visit. Inver Grove Chiropractic is an awesome place! They have a great staff of Drs, physical therapist, massage therapist, nutritionist and a trainer for working out. They have a 8 weeks to wellness that rocks. You learn allot about nutrition and exercising with a trainer for a program that fits for each individual. I googled a chiropractor in my area when I was having neck and upper back issues. I went to this location since it was closest to me. I was absolutely amazed when I first walked in, guys, they have dogS, yes more than one. If dogs are not for you, they can put them in the back office but they are super gentle and kind. I actually thought at first that one of them was a statue for how calm and still he was. Also! They have a gym in the location with benefits of a trainer on hand to discuss posture and nutrition. The chiropractors are super kind and down to earth, they ask many questions to ensure they are meeting your needs and make sure that you dont leave with any questions or concerns. I seriously suggest you check them out if you need an adjustment.

I was nervous to come here since I did not know much about this place but overall, it is really good. The staffs from the front desk, to the chiropractors, and assistants are super nice. Really helpful, ask questions to make sure you are good. Price is reasonable if your insurance does not cover all. I would recommend if anyone wants to go. They also provide yoga classes and physical therapy as needed. The chiropractor are really knowledgeable and talkative, makes the session goes by super fast. They told me about my neck and lower back issue and they make things straight forward and simple to understand where you can do at home exercises to speed up your recovery.

There is no chiropractor clinic like this one. They have it all, including a very welcoming and comfortable experience. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

The facility is well equipped if you need any physical therapy. My masseuse was great! There’s a big difference between a relaxation massage and a physical therapy massage.

I am a full-time construction worker and have been coming to this facility for about eight months now and have received regular adjustments from Dr. Austin. I have also done some extensive physical therapy for work-related injuries and had the opportunity to work with both Dr. Emily and Blake. Amy and Ross several times, and I got a couple of therapeutic massages to help with pain management.We really appreciate the docs and staffs here. They’ve always got a great attitude, are flexible with our schedules, and aim for continued and overall wellness as opposed to ongoing corrections. Also, when coming in for an adjustment, we don’t feel like they’re trying to rush through to the next patient.
