The place is clean and their staffs were nice.

The pharmacy was a complete mess, and so was the store. Things were out of place and not in stock. The soliciting is OUT OF HAND. I was approached by two people. This man actually harassed me and cussed at me on the way to my car because I only had a dollar to spare. If you are in Inglewood and need to go to CVS, I recommend the one on Market St. instead.

The guy working in this cvs for manager position it’s rude and incompetent I don’t understand why this cvs pay this manager maybe to lose castumer .

This pharmacy was so unprofessional. I literally waited on hold for a very long time then when a lady answered she cut me off before I could talk and placed me on hold and that happened twice within the same call. I was hung up on and when I showed up to the pharmacy I was still treated rudely. If you don’t have to go to this pharmacy DON’T GO!!! I wouldn’t even give 1 star.

Why does drive thru take forever? Didnt everyone already have their prx ordered? There were 2-3 cars ahead of me and Ive been here about 30mins.

There were 5 people working in the pharmacy. My prescription was ready & there was barely any waite. They seam to have solved any staffing issues they had. They were on top of everything. The store is clean, fully stocked & the cashiers are supper friendly. They offer Corona testing through the drive through. Flu vaccines at the pharmacy.

Horrible service. The staff at the pharmacy are so rude, ZERO customer service and organization, try to avoid this pharmacy, just drive down to the next one.

I got covid19 tested at this location. I couldnt understand English very much but an employee tried to search my language with smile. I really appreciated about it. Thank you so much!

My experience with the Covid testing was great !For the test you pull up to the drive thru window.The employee who helped me was very specific with the steps! They were super nice and made a weird experience less awful!

Theyre terrible. I called in and they had me on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. Went in and they couldnt find my prescription. Called the next day had to wait on hold again just so they could hang up on me after 10 minutes. Went in again and they couldnt find my prescription yet again.

The passport photo machine is always down. It doesnt seem like they care about fixing it. Theyll just direct you to another store. Call now. Itll still be down. If I can give no stars, I would. Can the owner respond to this?

I was alerted by text message to come to the pharmacy here to pick up medication. I arrived 45 minutes later only to learn that the medication had not been filled and or verified.I should be compensated for the cost of gasoline .There was another customer just ahead me in the line who seem to have experienced the same or similar problem. She too was told sorry it’s not ready. You should have seen the look 👀 on her face.

Eight days after getting tested here and still no test results. Promised call from a manager never came. Go elsewhere.

I had the very best customer service from Kery one night while shopping with coupons. The store was about to close and but she was patient and pleasant towards my mom and I even though I was having some issues with my coupons and some items had to be deleted and I needed to run back to the shelves to pick up more items to qualify for the rewards. I appreciate Kery because most cashiers are rude and impatient when they see that you have coupons. Kery had a great attitude and we left feeling like a valued customer. Thanks Kery:).

This CVS at this particular location is ALWAYS a mess! Each time I am asked to come and pick up my prescription and I get here, it is either I am told again that it is not ready or I an given a wrong prescription. The most annoying one is that of tonight, after I had been informed that my prescription was ready as at 1.15p.m and I got here, only to be given a wrong prescription/medicine again. I dont wanna come here for anything again. The place sucks!

Customer service us excellent, and pharmacy is fast .

My experience was not great I need to used the restroom and the pharmacist lady told me to go to the counter and ask for the associate for the restroom code and she told me is for customer only ? I was like wow 😳 my wife was buying some items for us, however I ask the lady nice and polite for the restroom code ? And she told me that it was out of order I was very desappointed because this restroom need to operate for customers and if there is problem just have a sign out of order is just so simple, but this is not professional not having a sign. if you want to have customers in your pharmacy give customers service be nice empathize with the customers and assist them or give options!!!! Dont just ingnore custumers needs.

Ladies in the front of the pharmacy would rather chat than help me on the drive thru, once they had a line inside they told me I needed to wait because they had to help them first. I was finally helped by some dude who was nice.

There service is not good they are disrespectful I do not recomend.

I had to get my prescription transferred from a horrible cvs pharmacy in Van Nuys. They went abovè and beyond to make sure the van nuys pharmacy transferred it over and wère so helpful!

Theyre behind in all the cvs pharmacies, they need self checkout but I dont know why they dont, they under staff and over whelmed

Been here before had no problem. This latest few visits horrible, mostly due to human error and just getting the run around. They seem to need the medicine more than me they have amnesia. Take pictures of them make sure they log your info and have them call you not text.They will blame it on the computer which is always right.
