My mother in law got told by doctor she was a ticking time bomb and was going to die among other things. Worst doctor Ive ever heard of dont come here . Staff is also very rude .

Overall, great patient care by all the staff. Great doctor! By far, the best family medicine clinic, I have ever been to. I was taken care from beginning to end by the very efficient front desk receptionist, Wendy who is a sweetheart. I didnt wait much to see the doctor, who took the time to ask questions! My expectations superseded when the doctor called to follow- up personally and professionally. The place is immaculate, very clean. Highly recommend!

This Dr is rude and has no compassion for his clients. Been here a couple of time with family members and friends always have to pay out of pocket even with insurance.

This doctor is so rude and unprofessional. My grandma went to her appointment because shes been having pain and he told her that he cant do anything about her being old and refused to give her anything for the pain. Then told her to not come back to his clinic because he doesnt even get paid a lot to see her. Its sad that we cant even trust doctors to treat our relatives with care. I will be filing a report on him today :)

This doctor is rude, he has no ethics, he yells at people mercilessly. My wife went and the treatment he gave her did not work for her, nor did it take away the pain and the flare up because she told him that she was still in pain, she told him that she he was lying and that she was in a bad way. I dont know how they havent closed that clinic, definitely the worst experience. I dont recommend it. All human beings deserve respect.

Luarca, he is rude, patan, haughty, neurotic, badly educated, without professional ethics.It treats very badly the people of the third age, it does not have respect!On Tuesday, my aunt was scolded, screamed and humiliated.Today I went to give an explanation and the very cynical says that has no patience.My aunt since that day her head hurts a lot, with her low self-esteem; more than suffering from high pressure.If something happens to my aunt, I hold Dr. Carlos R. Luarca responsible for psychological abuse of an elderly person. Because there are no excuses for someone, let alone a doctor, to treat a patient badly.If you do not have the patience to do your job ... what do you do working?Its the last straw they do not even know how to take samples of blood. My aunt has had a big bruise for more than a week, because they did not know how to draw blood correctly and, as if that were not enough, the exams did not do the process well, so they had to draw blood again.Definitely my aunt will never go back to that crummy clinic, which they only want to charge without having professionally qualified staff.
