I came in WITH APPOINTMENT, and took them FOUR HOURS to see me!! Why? Because when I got there they were dealing with a difficul patient, and none of the three nurses checked me in while i stood there after I asked. Then I was told to sign in at the current time (past my appointment time) even though it wasnt my fault.So the front desk girl CANCELED my appointment without telling me anything!!! Only reason I found out was because I barged into where they had the rooms rather than asking the receptionist for the 5th time. And someone else told me that someone canceled my appointment!! Unbelievable!!!!My baby is about to be 3 months. Ive been here three times and all three times Ive had a problem. That girl at the front desk (not the dental desk) is so unprofessional and rude. You might be able to tell her apart: mid to late twenties, rude, unprofessional, cares more about her looks than her job since she always has her nails and makeup done.

DO NOT GO HERE! DANGER! DANGER!My wife and I went here when she was pregnant. When we arrived, the nurse warned us that the doctor would want to see my wife fully nude for the exam before he discussed the pregnancy. We asked the nurse if this was mandatory to have a full nude examination. The nurse had a haunted look and said he doesnt let anyone get seen without one.We thought we could talk to him about it to find out if it was maybe a medical necessity. He was very rude about it and defensive and said that if my wife wouldnt get totally naked we could leave... we left.We went to another doctor at a different place (the Inglewood Family Medical Center). She was very professional and informed us that there is absolutely no reason to do a fully nude exam.West Century Medical Center was terrifying and unprofessional.

For my first time visit I really loved it y daughter was there for Refills and the doctor really nice and the stuff too I would definitely come back .

The fat/pregnant lady really shouldnt work as a nurse, she was very rude and seemed really miserable working there, maybe you should go back to school and get a better career no reason for patients to have to tolerate her rudeness and unprofessinalism. I will be making phone calls and sending letters out to get her re-evaluated to see if shes even fit for this type of workplace, hopfully Im able to get her terminated , she really doesnt deserve the spot shes in

This place is a joke. Long wait times. I don’t understand the point of calling someone in getting your weight checked and than go back outside and a wait another hour to see the doctor. Avoid this place.

Ive gone hear couple of time the wait is long even with a appointment

Very bad service we got to the place at 9:20 am we got ask to weight and measure the baby until 11:30 , come out again to the very overcrowded waiting room and we got to see the doctor at 1:00 ...just for a routine check up BAD SERVICE , BAD ORGANIZATION , i dont recommend this place at all.
