Gave birth here twice in 2 years and both times I’ve had an amazing experience! Nurses specifically mili, Libby, Casey, Sharon , and Jennifer were all super nice and attentive. Very caring and sweet! Loved their vibes from start to finish. Casey made sure I was comfortable the whole time and held my hand through it all. Housekeeping , Gerald and Elizabeth were great and very thorough. Food was amazing as well! Big s/o to the anesthesiologist can’t remember his name but he talked me through the whole process and made me so comfortable! Overall I would definitely recommend giving birth here

I was a terrified first time mom at 22 years old, I gave birth to my daughter here in August 2020. I cannot say enough good things about these nurses & staff. the absolute kindest, caring/wonderful people, I wouldn’t have gotten through it without them. I could feel how much they cared for me & my baby, my first nurse Ellen even came back long after her shift was over and found me in my new room just so she could meet my daughter. I moved out of Indiana but if I ever have another baby I swear I will move back just to have this staff again. thank you guys for giving me the most amazing birth experience I could’ve asked for, I’m going to cherish it forever

Worst hospital I have ever dealt with!! My entire experience giving birth here was horrible. Nurses were really aggressive one nurse even pushed my stomach so hard to find my baby’s pulse that I was so sore and my water broke a few moments after. I was only 25 weeks scared to give birth. My water broke at 3AM I was told by 7AM I would know what the plans were since my baby was so little and I didn’t hear anything until 10AM. Once I gave birth I asked for supplies like pads and ice packs and the nurse told me I shouldn’t use them that often because I couldn’t use that at home anyways so in order to not inconvenience her I left it alone. She also was coughing up a storm my last day there. The NICU team is about the only thing good at that hospital. They did everything for my preemie. Now it’s been almost a year and the billing department can’t bill the correct insurance and decide to harass me after all this time. I was thinking it was fixed and it’s not. They call are very unprofessional and when I told her I wouldn’t argue she hung up on me. This is the reason for my review. It has brought back all the anger of how I was treated. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this hospital!!!!!

My grandson was scheduled for delivery on May 3, 2021. He was born a Premi. My daughter was treated like TRASH. Aside from the babys delivery, she had surgery. She was released way too soon. My grandson was scheduled for circumcision, which did not happen. He too was rushed out/released way too soon. as well. Then, my grandson was released with severe diaper rash/red buttocks. I believe and sincerely feel as though they were both discriminated against and stereotyped. I was/am ashamed of my Catholic faith by my family being treated this way.

I had a surgery done here on 12/9. The staff was amazing. The level of care is second to none. They are following strict cleaning and distancing. Preop staff, nurses, housekeeping - everyone - were professional yet compassionate. They engaged with me and calmed me and kept me fully informed. I felt like I was in the best of hands. Im very grateful

I came into triage after having some concerns. My fears were alleviated and I am very happy with the care I have received! Dr Saransky and Nurse Jennifer were excellent. I highly recommend this facility and the staff!

Gave birth Fall 2020, ended up with complications. Several doctors at this hospital missed the diagnosis for over 6 weeks - several phone calls and doctors visits, and even an overnight stay at the hospital. Only for my family doctor to diagnose my issues within a week, and started appropriate treatments immediately. Would never recommend anyone to consider delivering at this hospital. I tried to remediate with the hospital and staff, only to get a lovely letter in the mail saying that they “met the standard of care”. It’s a shame how poor their standard is.

If someone is from out of town and nervous and worried about a loved ones health ,it sure would be nice if the attendants / reception would be friendly and courteous. I am here not sure where to go or what to do ... without the paper /patient number everyone else seems to have . When I ask a question I am made to feel lile an inconvenience. Feeling un cared for and alone . 3/25/ 2021
